If there were Michelin Stars for plumbing EK Coggin rates a three with us. The tech's AJ and Mike are personable, knowledgeable and neat. The office staff are a delight to speak to and very accommodating. They did a lot of work; 2 outdoor spigots, three faucets and a hot water heater in record time and a very affordable price. We are thrilled with them. We've been renovating and Coggin is the only company we would call again for their service. Rose Z Melbourne read more

Once again, Robbie and another technician whose name I do not know, were able to quickly diagnose a minor sink issue that was causing major heartburn in my bathroom. The fix was quick, in and out in 15 minutes. It really is a good feeling to have a contractor you can rely on, and trust. read more

I had great service but I paid double the installation fee I paid last year. I will find someone else to service my plumbing needs - 500.00 plus an hour is an outrageous price and had I known before hand I would not have called in them again. I won't be calling ever again- read more

This is my second time using this business and the service by the tech was great as was the first time. He was on time and quickly repaired my toilet. I approved the quoted price of the repair but felt like it was rather high for a full toilet rebuild. I called the business two times just to find out why the price was on the higher end. No one returned my calls. I will not be using them again. read more

As new home owners you can never be prepared for the uninvited financial burdens you will endure. We have used E K Coggin a few times now and each experience has been amazing. They are trustworthy, experienced, timely, affordable and offer the best plumbing service. We've used them for a small job and more recently a large job. The first time was for our son flushing cars down our toilet (the joys of a toddler boy). They removed the various cars and even offered to clean our shower drain. It was so easy making an appointment and they came right on time. For the larger job we just requested a quote on a sewage line for our washer and dryer. They by far have the best prices and actually wanted to help us rather than hustle us. They sent us a free estimate within days and created a more affordable approach than previously offered by competitors. They created a new sewage line for us and we had a functioning washer and dryer within two days of work. They were fast and friendly. The team did a great job and we will forever be using E K Coggin. I want to include that the most outstanding service was provided by Andrew specifically. His company is lucky to have him. read more

I needed a hot water heater on a Saturday. They were here in less than an hour and did a beautiful job. Very happy with them and would highly recommend. read more

The dispatch desk and tech who came out for an estimate were outstanding. The only issue I had is the estimate wasn't emailed to me until the following day, so I had to go with someone else. Had I received it that night I would have had them perform the work, predices were reasonable. read more

I left a website message I needed new pipes and drains for the kitchen sink early Monday morning before 8:00 a.m. . At 8:04 a.m. the receptionist called to set up an appointment between 10:00 a.m. and noon. The plumber arrived 2 minutes after 10:00 , quoted a very fair price for all the work . An hour later he was done and everything was perfect . 100% Satisfied! Jack was the plumber and he was very friendly and professional and knew what he was doing. EK Coggin installed a water heater for me 3 years ago and did a fantastic job then too. read more

I'm beyond pleased that I called Coggin Plumbing this morning. Robbie has already been out and fixed my clogged drain line problem and it's not even 11am yet! Very good and professional service, unbelievably reasonable price. Significantly less than I expected to pay for such fast service. Robbie is professional, worked fast and kept the area very clean. He even made friends with my elderly dog, which made her day. I've got old, cast-iron pipes which have been mercifully problem free except for this kitchen sink. They will probably need replaced in the future, but he got the sink drain lines clear and flowing better than I've ever seen them. If I had known how easy and reasonable working with Coggin would have been, I would have called them long ago instead of continually trying to deal with the issue myself. Thanks for everything Robbie and Coggin. Will call in the future for other needs. read more

We used EK Coggin Plumbing for the first time today after a referral from our neighbor. Robert N. was the service person. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem in a short time and we are extremely happy with the service. Great service, reasonable price and excellent service person. Definitely 5 stars! Thank you, Robbie, for a job well done! read more

I had a washer installed Sunday by Lowes. The installer told me my faucets were leaking but not bad. Well he was wrong. About 3 hours after lowes left, there was a flood. I called EK Coggin and Joey came out right away. He was great. Installed new faucets for me and now no more mopping up a flood. In my opinion, EK Coggin is the best. Because it was a Sunday it was a little more expensive but well worth the money. read more

We had a water heater leak on our newer (2015) home and called the plumbing company that installed it. They said our unit is out of warranty and they only do warranty service and suggested we call another plumbing company. My wife found a company that was highly rated in Google, Yelp, etc., near our home - EK Coggin Plumbing. Roger from the company stopped by the same day my wife called and diagnosed the problem as internal rust and lorn behold the WH fully covered under parts warranty for 2 more weeks (mid January 2023, manufactured date of February 2015)!!! They save us the price of a Rheem 75gallon WH ($2k) and performed the service in an utmost professional manner! We highly recommend EK Coggin Plumbing, especially Roger their field tech! Thank you!!! read more

Based on on line reviews I called Coggin to do some work at my daughters house. There were three items I asked about: 1, replace a non-functioning disposal with a new one (sent to me because old one was under warranty, so no cost for item, since it was the same model, no new plumbing was needed. 2, bathtub drain was slow and 3, water heater pressure valve was not operating correctly. Roger came out replaced disposer, ran a snake into the drain and left saying the water heater needed to be replaced at $1700. I was charged $400 for his labor and the drain still is slow. I cancelled the water heater work until I get the bath drain working right. read more

Install a new faucet and replace the water cutoff valves. This is the third time I have called E.K. Coggin. They scheduled an appointment the next business day first thing in the morning. They performed the job professionally and promptly. Left the work area completely clean and this is the second time I have written a review -- They are honest and gave us a reasonable price for the service performed. I will always call EK Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. read more

I was extremely disappointed in the estimate I received, for one, I was not given the estimate at my residence, it was recommended by the technician to use Eric the Gas Man as well, which I thought was odd, as he told me they were expensive. I already had an estimate from ETGM, so I knew what i was up against. I was told it would be submitted to the owner and then would be sent to me via email. That didn't happen, so I contacted the company, and after a few hours, I received an estimate to install less than 50' of gas line for $4200.00. Quite the upset as ETGM's estimate was a quarter of that. It basically told me they didn't want the work. Eric the Gas Man was very professional and did an excellent job. read more

Coggin does business in a way that I'm completely unfamiliar with though the two times a plumber's been here the work has been just fine. First time the cost was reasonable and I paid happily. The second time, yesterday, the same plumber quoted a really high price (based upon my research). I figured it was because he anticipated complications. I gave the OK. There were no complications and he even said the cast iron I have is better than the new stuff and that the floor was even (I had a new toilet installed) so no problem there. I asked him for an itemized invoice. They don't do that. I spoke to a manager in the office asking for more information about why the price was surprisingly high and the best I could get was "you agreed to it". She did offer to give me $50 back and I accepted but what a nice surprise it would have been if the plumber had said upon finishing, "easier than I anticipated; let's knock a few bucks off of that initial estimate". Coggin gets stellar reviews so not sure mine counts for much but now that I've experienced this new-to-me business strategy I'll be much more careful in the future. read more

Excellent, excellent company! I had a leak under my house on the day of the hurricane. Called and they had someone at my house within 2 hours to help. Got it fixed. I have used them a few times and they are skilled professionals, fairly priced and prompt in service. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I've never had a better experience with any company that I did tonight during emergency hours when Rodger came and saved the day!! It appeared my dishwasher was causing minor flooding in my kitchen when it wasn't running and I had only tried to unclog my garbage disposal before this occurred a few hours later. Rodger not only did the work, but he explained what he was doing along the way which makes me more knowledgeable as a first time home owner! I will now never go to another plumber. I even saved their number in my contacts with a (Ask for Rodger). I'm insanely impressed and trust me when I tell you to pick this company. You won't regret it! read more

On time, polite, and honest. Thank you Jack! You saved us a big headache. A simple fix, and some education on my part, really helped.

Two of our bathrooms were flooding. I tried snaking the toilets and from the vent with no luck. I called Coggin the earliest date was two days away. Their tech (Joey Tarasavage) gave me a few ideas to try in order to save a trip (and money). I tried his ideas and it didn't work. I called a day later to see if I could be put on the list in case they had a cancellation. Thirty minutes later, they had one and the tech was on his way to my house. It was Joey, and he was the nicest young man. He quickly assessed the problem, snaked the drain all the way to the city sewer line, and tested that everything worked. Joey was very professional and very helpful. Not only would I use Coggin again, I would ask for Joey. read more

Has a problem with toilet overflow/drainage and contacted Coggin. Tech arrived on time and promptly got to work. Problem was fixed in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this place and I will use them again if I have a plumbing issue. Update: Same problem happened again and I was so mad I called Coggin because I thought they did a bad job. They sent a different tech this time. An individual named Roger who did his best to find the line from the house to the sewer. Problem slowly solved itself but Roger let me know he would find the line the next time the problem returns. No charge for his hard work. Excellent company. I will call Roger when the problem comes back. read more

Our expectations were exceeded with E K Cloggin Plumbing. We called with a plumbing issue that we couldn't resolve ourselves. The front office was so friendly and sent someone to our home right away. Then, the plumber arrived within the window as promised, was extremely friendly, he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of arriving and then resolved it quickly. After, he showed us how to resolve the issue in case it happens in the future. That knowledge alone is invaluable. We would highly recommend their services to anyone and would call again in a heartbeat if we had issues we couldn't resolve ourselves. read more

Coggin was one of several plumbers I called to get an estimate to repair some leaking toilets in my rental property. They were very responsive and understanding working with our tenant for scheduling. After the service call they provided a thorough review and recommendation of the repairs to be made, and I felt, were honest about what needed to be done, when compared to other plumbers. So I ended up going with them to get the repairs done. They also provided photos after the work was finished. I felt like they did a great job and were honest and aboveboard. Highly recommend. read more

I called and was given an appt. for today (they had a cancellation!!!) with Michael. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME Michael was amazing showed up fixed the drain issue, found a gas leak, fixed that and wrote me up a proposal for some remodeling I need.
