I hired this company to do some work on a home I'm restoring for my son. They sent over a 'lead' (I guess) to take the specs on the things I needed done. I won't name him, but he sucks. He was pretty 9condescending in our visit and very noncommittal on a time frame. I understand part of that may have been due to my telling him we had a building inspector who was requiring a permit. She is basically a hemmoroid for everybody concerned, but that's not an excuse for how these people are handling things. Neither the 'lead' nor their office have been very helpful or informative on what is going on. I've had to chace them down to find out what is going on! They were there one day, then disappeared! Did I get a call, a text, or an email with a status update? NO! I had to chace them down after days with no work to find out. Lost a week of work! Into week 2 now. I call the lead. Bad connection, he says he'll call back. Never hear from him again! I texted him for a status update No REPLY! I call the office. Girl is friendly, but can't give me any more info other than the inspectors now want a drawing of the building, showing the work proposal. (OH yeah, 'work proposal', something they still haven't given me!) Oh, but their billing department is RIGHT on top of things!! They had a bill in my email within a day of the 1 day they actually showed up to do something! A little info and clarity when things come up would go a long way towards my work schedule planning. There is none of that with this company. It's like this job is just a nuisance to be ignored. There was a lot of other work I needed done, but I've had enough. I'm canceling all work not yet started, and firing these guys. I would never recommend this company to anybody. read more

After my first review I was contacted by the owner. We discussed things that he was willing to do to make me a satisfied customer. Those things didn't happen. This is what the inside of my electrical panel "upgrade" looks like. Mind you I upgraded to a 220 panel from a 110 and added a 50 amp RV outlet. There is a 15 gauge wire on a 20 amp circuit. The wires aren't secure and parts of the wires are scraped off. The exposure could lead to an electrical fire or act surges. My thoughts are that the company knows the person who "inspected" my panel box because I'm not sure how it passed. We live in the township of Palm Shores. Unfortunate to have moved here to see that this is how business in done. I cannot and will not recommend this company if you value your home investment. read more

I called for an estimate. No-one bothered to call me back. Called again, thinking that things happen, notes get misplaced. Finally an appointment was scheduled, never to be taken place. Nobody came, no-one called to explain why or to offer to reschedule. What a waste of my time. Wasted three weeks for nothing. read more

They rearranged some appointments to accommodate us and had our outlets were installed on Wednesday morning. Very professional and fair. They even cleaned up all of their mess!
