After Ben came out to my home, he sent me an email with a very professional quote along with a contact for all of the terms we discussed. I told Ben what my budget was and he was able to get me very close to that by offering discount for paying in cash. The unit that we agreed upon was not available so he upgraded me to the next model up at no additional cost. He also allowed me to use my own smart thermostat and included the installation at no extra cost. They ran new copper lines along side of the house since I wanted to save some money. The unit also came with a 1 year labor warranty and 10 year warranty from the manufacture. He provided us all the paper work to register with the manufacture. His team arrived at my house promptly at 9am and continued to work for 12 hours until the job was complete. He went above and beyond my placing new plywood to ensure the new unit would have a solid foundation for years to come. He also completely cleaned all the old mold that was caused by my old AC unit leaking. He was truly concerned about my family breathing clean air.
