I was able to get in the same day they sent Aaron who was very courteous and professional he introduced himself asked me what my issues were. I told him he did a diagnostic and he didn't leave until he found what was going on. I love that. He called his boss for any suggestions the two work together and they double check triple check what the issue could be. They did say that I was down a couple of pounds of antifreeze which was fine for me and he decided to look at my thermostat and found that there was a hole behind it and that's what was causing the air conditioning to come on and off. He use some kind of putty he fixed the issue and I timed my air-conditioning to come back on again and it was over 17 minutes, so thank you Aaron so much for making sure that my wife and I will be comfortable this year

He sounded very open and honest but also very professional and smart. He was kind enough to go out to see my son's system on a weekend about 2 hours after my call. Long story short, he does a thorough, and I mean taking apart the insides thorough analysis, diagnosis and proceeds to FIX IT! He fixed it! 130.00 fix! The big company said his valves were leaking. Front of house stays about 2-3 degrees warmer than the back. 3) Value: For a 1150 sq. ft house $8250 for duct work seems way to much. I needed my AC cleaned. I had come down with a respiratory infection. I looked inside my AC unit and could see black mold of some kind. I asked a Facebook group for a recommendation for cleaning my indoor unit.. Got a PM from a Jordan from "don't sweat it". He came and said my unit needed cleaning and the duct work needed to be replaced. At the time made sense. Mold would be in both. He quoted price of $8250. He told me while his crew was installing the duct work he would come and clean the AC unit. They came (about an hour late) ripped out old duct, ( every vent had junk fall out of it all over every thing) replaced the duct at ($2000 pr hour?) packed up and started to leave. I told them Jordan said he was going to clean the inside unit while they installed the duct work. They called him, then said he told them to wipe down the unit? ( they said to clean the unit it would take 3 hour and cost several hundred dollars more) One of them did that while the other one took a push broom and swept the the floors of the rooms but, didn't cleanup the stuff off the the furniture or counters. What they did sweep up they just dumped it in my yard, not 10 feet from my trash can. When they turned the AC on in my house it filled with a chemical stink that they said was from the mastic they used so, I should run my AC with all my doors and window open for a while. ( It took more like a week to get the smell out). Then to top it off they left me the permit for me to call in for the inspection. So, looking for someone to clean my AC unit and got the old bait and switch for an $8250 duct instead and no AC clean.

The hot water circulation pump only worked for about two months and then quit working. I called them several times and all I get is excuses. There is definitely no service after the sale. When you call them you get forwarded to an answering service and you just have to hope they will return your call. Now I've had to pay another plumber to come out and check the pump only to confirm that the pump is not working. I am once again trying to contact them to replace the pump, but still no response!

As he was giving me the write up for what the estimate would be he informed me there would be a $79 fee for the estimate. He said it would probably be on the lower side of the estimate. Nothing was ever said about a fee to give an estimate!!! So after a couple of days, we decided to go ahead and use them. When he shows up, he has a helper with him. I remind him to be careful with the PCV pipes that they are old. Then he tells me we have to sign a waiver because there is a lawsuit pending on the PCV Pipes. Wish he had told us about this before... he saw there was PCV Pipes!!! After all is said and done and he gives me the bill, it's on the highest side. His comment was "yeah, it turned out being a bigger job than i thought, so i had to have a helper." SO what had changed from a few days ago, when he gave me the estimate & told me it'd be on the low side???? It was a 3-4 Hour job not days!!!! How come he didn't know when he did the estimate that he'd need a helper??? I had been told to ask for Matt but he wasn't available when i called. I should have waited!
