About a month and a half ago I had them replace the entire system and they did so. However, they're coming out tomorrow for the fifth time to replace leaking mastic in the handler. They sent the same person out for the first three times and a supervisor for the 4th and who knows tomorrow for the 5th. The handler is literally dripping water into the drywall in our home. I'm going to give them one last attempt and then I'm going to hire a third party and go to small claims court to have someone else who is competent in air conditioning to repair the air issue. Tomorrow will be the fifth attempt to solve the issue and hopefully they will agree to repair the damage called to the drywall. I will amend my review if this gets resolved. One more attempt and a third party will be paid to finally end this dispute

Fortunately this is the same company. Greg and his wife are California refugees that have finally seen the light. :-) Greg provides good old fashioned service that's so hard to come by these days. He will actually trouble shoot the problem instead of just replacing the whole unit thus, being much more cost effective. His response time was excellent and I couldn't reasonably ask for better. Again, something hard to find in today's workforce. My previous HVAC guys were either friends of mine (which moved away) or friends of friends or friends sons. All of which were OK but not extremely confidence inspiring. I feel much better about OC Breeze so I think I found my new HVAC guy.

No answer but left voicemail. - July 28th called and talked with someone. Told him where I was located and my issue. I was informed that they have other complaints about the 3rd party installer that installed my system but weren't getting anyone to answer or return their calls. Later found out they were out of business. -July 29th called and talked with Corina. She informed me that she returned previous complaint calls on 10 June(Voicemail). She did notify me that someone would be contacting me to check out the system, which they did and found it to be low in Freon, brand new system. - Oct 26th AC blowing warm air. Called and got voicemail that they are closed. What about the 24/7 opening? Anyway, left my name, number and issue. - Oct 27th around 8:30 am, called and talked to Corina. She looked up my name and info. She told me someone would call me for service repair. No call, so around 1pm called and talked with Corina again to see if she could give me a status. She informed me that J&J would call me. 5 pm and no one has called me. So I called Style Crest and got the office is closed message. - So, I am not having a great experience with Style Crest and my new system isn't a year old.
