The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

I especially appreciated that they often suggested practical solutions without pressuring me to purchase their products. Unfortunately, today's experience was very different. While testing my pool water, the employee bluntly stated that because the store was testing my water, I should purchase the recommended chemicals from them. I found this comment unprofessional and inconsistent with a service advertised as a free water test. If purchasing chemicals is a condition of receiving the test, the store should clearly state that upfront or charge a fee for the service. Advertising the test as free and then pressuring customers to buy products feels misleading and undermines the trust the store has built with its customers. I hope management addresses this issue and reinforces a more respectful, customer-focused approach.

We decided on Unique Pools and Spas because they had more in stock than most companies and delivered our Cal Spa within just a few days and before Christmas. Christy was fantastic, knowledgeable and very patient with our 20 questions. There was a mix-up where the wrong spa was delivered but it was corrected immediately and the correct one was delivered the next day. Electric was much more expensive than we anticipated, so hate that but it was ultimately worth it. We've enjoyed it for several nights now and I would recommend this business to everyone.
