I've been coming here since I bought a home with a pool a few months ago. This place is friendly and willing to help out a customer. When I first bought my home I found them through a search. I like the idea of a small local business helping me with my pool care. I started by using their "Pool School" They came out to my house, looked at my equipment and walked me through how to care for it all. Ongoing, I take samples down to the store for them to test and they give me plain language description of what I need to do. They are always asking how the pool looks and feels.....as the tests are only part of the equation. Also, these guys are super fair....on several occasions they have advised me that something I needed is going to be cheaper through Amazon, etc.....they looking to be fair and keep your business. I had Palm Tree Pool Supply repair my pool light and service my pump on 5/18/21. $728. Home Owners Beware | We hired Palm Tree Pool Supply in 2021 to refinish our pool. The company cut corners with the crew they brought in, which led to Palm Tree having to come back in 2022 with a new crew to redo the entire job. This past April '23, two massive craters formed and the job needed to be redone for a THIRD time due to those short cuts. The owner, Paul, abandoned the job and left my wife and I to deal with the subcontractors, who were frustrated from the lack of communication from Paul, and the subcontractors were asking us for more money - an absurd situation to be in. We had the same concerns over this last resurfacing, and sure enough, the pool is a disaster [both cosmetically and structurally] and beyond repair according to PMM Products. Paul hasn't answered his phone or returned any messages since the resurfacing was underway in April and has since sold the store. Palm Tree Pool Supply is not taking any accountability. According to PMM, Paul left several pools in the same position as our pool - just zero integrity. I strongly advise against doing business with this store. read more

They are honest, reasonable and quick to respond and deliver great quality work. If they can't do it they recommend only quality people that deliver quality service. If they can't get you in wait. I recently purchased a pool and spa heater from Palm Tree and had a fantastic experience. When I called around for quotes Paul, the owner at Palm Tree, had responded immediately with a price and had arranged a time to come over and look at my current heater. He determined what type of heater I had and had a similar one delivered and installed that day. He also arranged to have the gas company come out and connect the gas line the following day. I had everything installed and the spa working before any of the other companies even responded to my request. His pricing was also much better when I did receive quotes. Palm Tree will get all of my pool and spa business from this point forward due to the fact that Paul was extremely customer driven and his prices very reasonable. read more

Best pool service I've ever experienced in the past 10 years of pool ownership. I've gone to big-box pool supply and service companies, mom and pop, as well as local and referred pool companies through the years. Many were good. None were half as good in price, workmanship, customer service, or knowledge as Palm Tree Pool Supply. I went through 2 months of diagnoses, remedies, hundreds and hundreds of dollars of recommended chemicals and treatments for my pool - nothing but wasted money and effort. Palm Tree Pool supply - from Jeff on the phone with me for a few minutes shy of an hour helping me diagnose and educating me on my issue, to Cody coming out on his Saturday (day off) in the rain, to pinpointing my exact issue within 10 minutes AND letting me know of other unknown issues I had totally unrelated to the issue at hand, to the owner himself, Paul, coming within an hour of their start time Monday morning to totally create a permanent fix in my pool system in less than a half-hour, which cleared up my pool and made it swim-ready that same day - I can't convey what these folks did at Palm Tree Pool Supply to restore my pool and FINALLY get my family and I to enjoy the pool for the first time this season. No one else came up with the fix and remedy as they did - the others just recommended either more and more chemicals, vacuums, to even completely draining my pool and having it pressure washed and acid washed and refilled (the lazy/expensive way out). Palm Tree Pool Supply was 10 stars out of 5 - I'm a lifelong customer after this (and only experience with them today) and a lifelong referrer to anyone else looking for the best in value, workmanship, customer service, the price for the value, courteous, helpful, reliable, family-like atmosphere, there is for your pool.
