Their service techs are very young and clearly inexperienced. They caused a yellow/gold stain that runs across the entire bottom of our pool by leaving chemicals sitting at the bottom. The stain appeared the very next day after their service. When my husband tried to brush it, some debris lifted, but the stain remained. When we contacted the company, they denied responsibility and told us to file a warranty claim with our pool builder instead. This company is 100% responsible for the damage to our pool. If you want to protect your investment, I strongly recommend choosing a different service provider.

During that time, they had four no-call no-shows. That might not be a big deal to them, but when I set aside time from my schedule to make sure I'm available when repairmen show up, it displays a serious lack of respect for their customers. One of the times they did show up, they didn't have the right part because the person who came out to do the assessment "miscommunicated" with them. When concern was expressed to Lance that the employee who did the initial assessment seemed stoned at the time, he laughed and said, "Probably." Normally, I wouldn't care, but the man drove one of their trucks through a neighborhood a block from an elementary school. Not once did they apologize for their unprofessional behavior. I've also done research and found they charge $224.99 for parts that can be purchased on Amazon for $159.99. I used to go to Seminole Pool Supply for all my pool needs. However, since they invested in their fleet of trucks, their service, especially their customer service, has gone downhill.

We also lost our pool pump, which I brought in for testing; and, it was shot. Luckily, I've replaced pump motors before, so that was an easy repair I made myself. We also had rampant mustard algae, which Pinch A Penny helped me remediate with one dose of anti-algae and chlorinating solution. I cleaned the filtration unit twice and swapped it out for a clean filter. I have received a lot of help from the staff here, especially Luis. They have social distancing in effect; and, also practice heightened sanitation. So, they are keeping up on this crisis while still helping their patrons maintain proper operation and sanitation of their pools. Great job everyone!

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.
