However when he came he was professional, worked fast, easy to communicate with, and mostly I trusted him since he delivered good work so I gave him the remodel job instead. We did a half bathroom remodel from baseboards, flooring, level setting tiles, vanity, paint, mirror, fixtures, drywall, etc. Unlike a lot of traditional Orlando handy folks I've worked with, the best thing about Max is his responsiveness. He gets things done, he tells you his plan, updates you on the progress and tells you like it is. Some folks you hire, you'll have no idea what's going on and especially for someone who isn't local it's critical to see and trust what's going on.
