So you're in the market for a hot tub, you've done your research, and have your budget. It's a…read morepretty major purchase for most people and should be given quite a bit of thought. In your research you've probably found that the dealer you purchase your tub from is just as important, if not more important, than the tub itself. That's why I can wholeheartedly recommend going with spas etc. Not only are we completely enamored with our tub, but the service from the moment we first walked into the store until now, has been first rate. We waited around 6 months for delivery and now that we have our tub we sleep better every night and our general well-being is significantly better. We had a few minor hiccups after our delivery and Dan and Kevin were on it from top to bottom. I have never experienced better customer service from any company, especially post purchase. They not only stand behind their products at 100%, but also their word. I'll also mention the fact that they're significantly cheaper than their competitors.

Ordered another one (Black Prodigy 14-22 Weatherproof). I had an appointment for Service to deliver, remove the old one, install the new. On that day, I unexpectedly couldn't be home. But the Hot Springs technicians did exactly what was required without me being here. Got the new cover installed and took away the old one. Surprised me when I got home. Great initiative, and I appreciate the effort.

If that's how they treat someone looking for a small order I can't imagine how they would treat someone who's pool they installed that had issues or may need repairs. This job was done and I would not hire anyone else to do your pool. Kori is very fair in pricing and much lower than the bigger companies. However, he does not sacrifice any ounce of quality workmanship. He can be busy since it is Florida so patience is key, if you want things done correctly. More expensive, and quick, may not mean quality! Sorry for my lack in getting you this review sooner, it's been a long year as you can expect.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. So with all that said first my wife and my daughter went to the Pinch-A-Penny Pool store to get what we needed to clean the pool which was some chlorine and the employees there were really awesome my daughter was looking @ some thermos cups they asked her which one she really liked and they gave it to her for free because it was her birthday. We brought back the chemicals and used them on the pool and for some reason something wasn't working because the pool wasn't turning the right color. My wife and I went back to the store with a water sample to se what was wrong and why the water wasn't cleaning right, so Parker tested the water told us what was wrong and recommended what we needed to get the pool ready for our daughter's birthday and he also gave us a discount on the chlorine that we bought. I really love when associates go above and beyond with their customer services, it means they are dedicated to their job and they want to give you the best service possible. I would really recommend this Pinch-A- Penny Pool store because they provide great customer service.
