We met with Wyatt for our initial estimate, and he was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His presentation was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step of the design and construction process, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the meeting.
One of the most impressive parts of the experience was meeting at their Orlando showroom. Wyatt was very flexible in accommodating our schedule, and it gave us the opportunity to choose all of our finishes before construction even begins--from the tile and coping to the interior finish and other design elements. Being able to see everything in person made the selection process so much easier.
What truly amazed us was the level of preparation Wyatt brought to the meeting. He showed us all the photos he had taken during his first visit to our home, and then, on a huge screen, he revealed a realistic rendering of exactly how our new pool will look in our backyard. He even included our existing landscaping and plants, making it easy to visualize the finished project. It was incredibly impressive and made us even more excited about moving forward.
The negotiation process was honest, transparent, and pressure-free. We never felt rushed, and Wyatt genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with every decision.
