Week 1 - turned off the hose to that fed my automatic filler to maintain water level. Week 2- (solar panels under out lanai waiting to be installed after new roof) stepped on and broke our metal landscape light. Week 3 - took picture of wrong pool they serviced and damaged our exterior door hinge going out the wrong door. Week 4 - didn't turn the pump back on after cleaning, resulting in our pool needing shocked. Upon our return just after two days of cleaning the pool the pictures show all the debris in the pool. Pool has pool cage and no rain so this meant they really didn't vacuum or clean the pool. I have purchasing supplies from them for the last 5 years including a new pump. They are expensive and carry very little about people's personal space and property. I have decided to move all my business to Leslies Pool.

The pool is in however communication with the lead/foreman was spotty and and at time non existent. We were provided a payment schedule yet the work schedule was consistently late or delayed. Some days crew would show up un announced. Some days no one would show up and we didn't know why. Yet the office kept pressing for payment on time. I was not getting what I expected. Several times I had to call the office to get some action for information. Upon completion, there was no quality check with us to assure me that my $125K+ was well spent. Since completion, I've had two pool light repaired by Atlas within the year. And recently I had the pool checked for leaks and sure enough there were two...one at the spa jet and one at the skimmer. That cost me an additional $2150 to repair. Atlas could have caught this during installation since the spa jet was installed improperly and and skimmer was leaking at the joint. We've dressed up our pool and we enjoy it. But if I had to do it again...I'd check elsewhere. Communication must be improved. Quality checks must happen. Customer follow-up must happen to be a top notch business.

In 2021, Eric and his company completed a spore/mold mitigation removal to my pool. After draining…read morethe pool, Eric's company applied chemical to the surface of the floor. Approximately 5 days later, Eric's company returned to remove the chemical while the pool remained drained. This was when I observed multiple bubbles and craters on the pool surface floor. When Eric was questioned, he stated this occurred as a result of the original builder not applying the correct amount of concrete where the pool floor surface was. Eric refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused to my pool. It shall be noted, the craters and pools were not present before Eric was granted the contract. Essentially, I had to spend approximately $40,000 to have the pool resurfaced. I WILL RECOMMEND NEVER USING ERIC!!
