For starters the quailty of the stone is bad. Most of the tiles had scratches on them which we were told was no problem and would later be buffed out. We have alot of improper installation problems such as chipped and cracked tiles. At attemts to resolve these issues our floor was damaged further by improper buffing. Alex the owner admitted the problems were caused by improper buffing technique which left huge curved abrasions across the entire floor. At that time he sent out another "refinishing specialist" to resolve the problems. The new buffing technique caused further damage. There is lipping throughout the entire house as well as hundreds of chipped edges and pitting due to the continuous attempts to solve the problems as they keep adding up. The chipped areas that were filled was with filler that doesnt match. We were told that the dull spots that look like etching were supposed to blend after sealing. (again untrue) The sealer they applied would not absorb into the tile an left a thick residue that will not wipe off. We have been dealing with this for over 60 days!!!! At this point the Tile company will no longer answer my calls and are neglecting the fact that my floor is still unfinshed and has many remaining issues. Most of which I know cant be resolved due to damaged tiles and improper install. End result devastated!

Extremely Disappointed - Misleading Financing and Unfair Practices…read more I would never recommend A.G.U. Roofing Company after my experience. I originally contacted them about getting a new roof and solar using the PACE financing program offered by the State of Florida. A.G.U. told me in writing that the interest rate would be 7.99%, which sounded reasonable. Based on that, I agreed to move forward. When I got the final numbers, the rate had jumped to 12.79%, far higher than what was promised. I told them that was too much and decided to do just the roof and pay cash instead. I ended up paying over $20,000 for the roof alone, which I later found out was very high compared to other estimates I received. Now, even after I've paid in full for the roof, A.G.U. is trying to charge me a $1,000 cancellation fee just because I didn't do the solar. That is completely unfair, especially since their own misleading information about the interest rate is the reason I canceled the solar in the first place. This company's sales tactics are deceptive, their pricing is excessive, and their business practices are unacceptable. Be very careful before signing anything with them. I truly regret doing business with A.G.U. Roofing.
