The painter said that their first scheduled day needed to be cancelled, ask us if it was okay and we said fine. Lisa came to the home on 3/16/20 and said the painters would be here at 8:00 AM on 3/17/20, yet later that evening she emailed us back and claimed they couldn't start until sometime halfway through the day (without indicating a time). Lisa sent more emails on 3/17/20 requesting more money for different services, we agreed to a new amount after a few more emails. After 3:00 PM 3/17/20 . More excuses from Lisa on 3/17/20 with her emails to us indicating banks may be closed and their supplies are difficult to come by, etc. I explained to Lisa there is no order that banks or closed nor are stores closed that seller paints and or their supplies. Lisa refunds me and refuses to work on my home, after I told her over and over to proceed with work, after she asked us multiple times if we wish to proceed or not. Waster weeks with this company, a lot of heartache. There is no excuse for this terrible customer service. Avoid unless you like wasting time + adding aggravation to your life. Now I must seek a new painter and start the whole process all over again. UPDATE: I have emails to prove that Lisa's reply is downright dishonest and frankly flat out lying about what specifically happened. His crew took a couple hours in the afternoon to prep my windows, doors, light fixtures, etc. Everything was covered properly. The next morning at 8 the crew got started right away painting the home (two story, 3000 sq ft). They were completed by 3-4PM. I made a last minute request to repaint my door in a different color and they had no problem accommodating that, he explained the additional cost and went out to get the paint. After they were finished painting they cleaned up all around my home and left it cleaner than it was! I am very happy with the results. I had a lot of painters provide quotes and there was always something that rubbed me the wrong way, from price to paint being used and their unwillingness to explain everything in full detail ON PAPER. I don't commit to anything unless it's written down properly on a paper contract (and neither should you). I didn't even need to ask for this it was just done right.
