When we decided to put a pool in our new home, we did extensive research to ensure we would get a quality product, finished in a reasonable time. So many pool companies in and around The Villages have left their customers high and dry with unfinished pools, so we put in extra time and got references to make a good informed decision.
Our original contact person, Liz, was very patient as we described the pool we wanted, and was masterful using the interactive softwareto show us what it would look like once done. She gave a cost estimate which was within our budget, so we signed a contract with them. She gave a realistic timeline, which turned out to be very close to her estimate.
We really liked the fact that most all the workers were. BLue Moon employees as opposed to contractors, which gave them more control over the entire buildout.
We worked closely then with Pete and Bryan, and both were very communicative and proactive when there were weather delays and such, keeping us informed so our expectations were properly set. That was key to us, as good customer service is almost non-existent these days.
Our pool is stunning, and the workmanship looks flawless. it is now complete and we look forward to many years of use.
