My friend and I got the Taro Milk Tea with 25% sugar (less) and 25% ice and I got the Jasmine Milk tea with 25% sugar and 25% ice. We both got our drinks with boba. Do yourself a favor and just get your drinks with 25% sugar - it's still a bit sweet for being less sugar. I can't imagine what 100% sugar would taste like. Right after I snapped this photo we accidentally knocked the cup over and spilled the strawberry drink all over the table. After a lot of cleaning (with the help of one of the staffs), people behind the counter quickly made a second cup for us. The fresh strawberry tea was made with delicious fresh strawberries and a fragrant tea. The dirty brown sugar milk was creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The bubble was made just right with a good amount of chew. So not only do I love the people for their kindness (they did not have to replace my drink or even help clean my mess) but I also love their tea! Please go try if you're in the area! read more

Pin Ming is truly my heart's delight. I get a gourmet boba tea after one of my painful visits to Tufts Dental. I have found that I am a sucker for their Dirty Boba, which reminds me of my mother's warmed milk when I couldn't sleep as a girl. It is so good. In my opinion the best bubble tea spot in Chinatown. The seating area (can seat around 15) is a lot bigger than Chatime's and Gong cha's which have almost no space. The tea tastes better as well - my friend tried the same flavor (matcha with boba) at Gong cha and Pin Ming and preferred Pin Ming's. If you like taro, apparently they use real taro in their tea. For people who don't want milk tea, the yakult fruit smoothies are a tasty alternative. read more

New boba place that just opened in Chinatown. Has an interesting selection of classic milk teas, fruit teas and Yakut drinks. I got the classic milk tea with less sugar. It was delicious! The tea taste was strong and really smooth. I didn't get boba so can't comment on that. Will be back! read more

Cute new bubble tea shop in Chinatown Their cups have slightly rounded bottoms and the seal on top has romantic quotes. It feels pretty quaint inside and a nice mural of Boston decorates one wall. Tried their classic milk tea and double berry tea today. Their classic milk tea tastes very caramel-y and their berry tea includes blended berries with the tea, making it a bit closer to a smoothie than just tea. Their boba is really soft and chewy. Overall pleased with the flavors. They have some seating but the countertop is rather sticky in an unpleasant way. I'm not sure if it's due to just spills or if it's actually due to the paint they used. The chairs are nice though. Would come again to try their other flavors. read more

I'm not a picky boba drinker but this place really not good at all. I had strawberry milk tea with strawberry boba and the first time it came in, it was too sweet. The texture feels like strawberry jam mix with milk, couldn't taste the tea at all. They offered to remake it for me but then got the wrong boba. I didnt bother ask them to redo the second time so just go with it. Still super sweet though, couldn't even finish half of my drink. read more

The prices are comparable to other places and I've had tea similar in flavor. I got the classic milk tea, its not what I would consider a traditional classic milk tea flavor, it has an additional flavor to it that I can't pinpoint (seems coffee-esque?). I also got a hot milk tea and thats my biggest critique of this place, it wasn't hot at all, it was slightly warmer than room temperature which is a weird temperature for tea. read more

Meh. I got the "Dirty Milk tea boba" the tea tasted like it came out of a bottle that you can buy at the market, the boba was over cooked and it was mostly milk. I asked for it half ice and half sugar but it was very sweet and one cube of ice.. eye roll. The other drinks that were in my small group were eh as well.
