We stayed multiple nights at The Eddy Hotel and loved it. Pin and Flour is their small restaurant and bar inside. If you're looking for fancy and private this is not it. Your dining area and bar is an extension of the hotel lobby. It is still nice however and if the weather is nice they even open the larger windows to bring the bar outside. There are also some outside seating areas as well. My review is based solely off of drinks, appetizers and service. We did not have breakfast or dinner during our stay. Our servers/bartenders were phenomenal. I wish I remembered her name, but the woman with the long white hair was so great and made you feel so welcome. Drinks were made well and my margaritas were perfect. Prices are steep even with happy hour, but for convenience it's wonderful. We also had the Barrio Beer on tap as well as their chips, guacamole and salsa. The guacamole and chips were good. Guacamole being the best. We are not fans of the salsa however. This hotel is a gem. The service was wonderful.

We spent a night at The Eddy and enjoy both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. For dinner, we had a salad with salmon, shrimp and grits, and chips with guacamole. The kitchen did an excellent job preparing each dish - both in terms of taste and presentation. You could notice the use of fresh, local ingredients that combined to make each dish very tasty. I've had a fair share of quesadillas in my life, but this one ranks right up there in terms of overall flavor, the balance and combination of flavors, and the portion size. The service was also excellent. The servers were friendly, attentive, and showed a genuine interest in you and your meal. Great job, overall!

An Unforgettable Dining Experience - Michelin Star Quality, Heartfelt Hospitality As seasoned travelers with a deep appreciation for culinary excellence--from quiet trattorias along the Amalfi Coast to hidden gems tucked in Tokyo's alleyways--we rarely come across a dining experience that genuinely surprises us. But Pin + Flour didn't just surprise us--it left an indelible mark. From the moment we walked through the door, we were met with a warmth that can't be trained--it's either authentic or it's not. In this case, it was embodied by Tianna, whose presence elevated the entire evening. Her attentiveness wasn't performative; it was intuitive. She anticipated needs before they were spoken, treated us like family without ever crossing the line of professionalism, and created the kind of experience that makes you want to return before you've even left. In over five years of global dining, we've not experienced service this graceful. Then came the food--deceptively simple, beautifully executed, and rooted in honest craftsmanship. From the salmon plate to the chicken verde sandwich, quesadillas, and homemade chips from the happy hour menu, each dish spoke of balance, intention, and care. Every bite reminded us of meals we've shared in small European towns, where the chef's soul is present in every plate. What truly sets Pin + Flour apart is its rare combination of elevated cuisine and unpretentious charm. There's no ego here--just heart, talent, and a deep respect for those they serve. The space itself is inviting, the kind of place you want to linger a little longer, share one more story, and order just one more bite. If you're searching for more than just a meal--if you're seeking a dining experience that nourishes body, soul, and spirit--Pin + Flour belongs at the top of your list. We will return, without a doubt. And when we do, we'll be asking for Tianna.

Food - 5 Service - 5 Ambiance - 5 We tried Pin and Flour for Sonoran Restaurant Week and it was spectacular! One of the best restaurants we had for the week. It came with a Prefix Menu with bread, asparagus and burrata, steak, and a Chocolate Hazelnut Torte which was $35 a person (not bad at all!). This is one of the best kept secrets for us from now on. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant/hotel lobby, and we were AMAZED that nobody was here. It was a great meal and our server Roberto was spectacular. This restaurant deserves more love in the Tucson scene. They also have a daily happy hour from 4-6pm. The Eddy Hotel is equally as beautiful as well. This was a magnificent date night for my partner and I.

I was staying at the Eddy Hotel in Tucson on a work trip and didn't have a car, so my food options were limited. I expected to be disappointed by the hotel restaurant, as so many are perfunctory, but Pin and Flour surprised me. Their seasonal salad (with added grilled shrimp) and avocado board (a deconstructed avocado toast) were both fresh and tasty. But what really blew me away was the burger. It was as good as the most gourmet burgers I've had, with perfectly cooked, juicy beef and a buttery toasted bun that was branded with an E (for Eddy). The branding isn't just cool - it also tastes great, like burnt goodness. I just wish you could look at the menu online. It's not listed on the hotel's website or on Pin and Flour's Yelp page. I had to physically walk over to the bar to see what they had. But they were nice enough to bring the food to my room without adding a room service fee.

New hotel in town as I was told. Came here for appetizers and drinks Fall get together from our Realtors, Christina Tierney and Frank Lococo. Found the place nice and cozy. It was clean and perfect for sunset drinks. There's a bar, tv and some nice furniture for chill get togethers. Servers were friendly and attentive. The views of the mountains are beautiful as you walk into the building. Food was great. We are definitely coming back here. Please see photos.

Located in the lobby area of the Eddy Hotel, it has modern vibes inside and views of the mountains if seated outside. We were surprisingly the only people there for a late lunch. The bartender was also our server. She was friendly and helpful. I had the pollo green chili quesadilla and my friend had the burger and shared the guac and chips. The food was good and the cook actually checked if we were enjoying the food.

I would like to start off by saying that Janelle and Jon (waitress/bartender) were great but the food was sub par. Besides the shrimp tacos, I'd have no reason to go back here! The hotel is lovely but the decor, rolling pins and truck stop sign just don't make any sense. The guacamole was bland, even after adding salt! The chicken and carne asada tacos were both dry as the Sahara but that shrimp taco was bomb‼ hence the trim shrimp you see in my photo, I asked for two additional shrimp tacos but Jon misunderstood and brought me two shrimp LOL no biggy, I ate those too! I guess it's a place if you're staying in the hotel.

New restaurant inside the Eddy - more than a restaurant is has almost a bar feel. The hotel and the space was designed beautifully! The staff was friendly - everything is still brand new and the staff is still training. Unfortunately, several of the appetizers were not available. The staff was apologetic about this and recommended replacements. There is outside seating which would be great for happy hour. The food was tasty, but nothing exceptional.

    Dessert

Let me start with the draw-back but end with the great stuff. The drawback is the eating area set-up. The eating area is basically an extension of the hotel lobby area. So the ambiance isn't quite like a fine-dining experience. But that being said, the food and the service were simply outstanding. We ate at Pin and Flour during Tucson's Food Week -- and order the set menu. The meal came with an appetizer, main, and dessert. In one word -- the food was fabulous. The main (hanger steak) was cooked medium rare to perfection. The gal serving is (Emily) was super attentive, upbeat, and just a pleasure to interact with. So if you want great food in a very casual atmosphere -- I recommend this place.

    Live jazz music

I was sooo pleasantly surprised by this hotel bar & resto! Came for the food that I heard was pretty good, delighted by the service, chicken sandwich, and incredible live jazz music happening. My bartender was a sweet lady (Sundee? Purple highlights)- refreshingly hospitable, so kind to me and my family. She suggested the hot chicken sando and I was SO impressed. To top it off, there was a jazz duo playing some classy tunes to accompany the experience. It was refreshing to see well-dressed, professional musicians who were also really humble and nice to speak with. The bass player used to live in NYC and his performance confirmed that. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Fortunate that our server took our orders within three minutes of the kitchen closing. They close the kitchen from 10-11 to prep for lunch. Since we were here during the weekend, I had assumed it would stay open during brunch hours. We had Eddy's breakfast which consisted of eggs, bacon (choices of sausage and ham), and potatoes. We also tried the cast iron carnitas. It had charro beans and pork shoulder meat with two sunny side eggs on top. Service was good. The food was not bad, but nothing spectacular.

We Came here for happy hour on a Tuesday. Janel was our waitress and she was fabulous! She had a positive attitude, very cute earrings, and she was very helpful with the menu. The bartender, John, was very attentive and funny as well. Food wise, I had a chicken taco, a steak quesadilla, a peach sangria and chips and guacamole. The steak quesadilla was delicious! It was juicy and flavorful and they used multiple cheeses. I was very disappointed in the chicken taco. It was very dry and lacked seasoning. I only had one bite of my taco and struggled to swallow it. the meat was not moist at all, the entire taco was dry. My friend had the shrimp tacos and she said they were delicious with a spicy sauce. The chips that came with the guac were warm and crisp. I really enjoyed the chips. However, the guacamole was very bland. I even added salt and pepper, and it still needed more help. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The patio was very beautiful with fire pits near the pool, But it was still a little warm so we sat inside. Unique decor (the rolling pins at the bar caught my eye). They have a dinner menu, but we got too full off the happy hour foods to order anything additional

That whole St. Philip's area always has a great energy, and UPH is a big part of that. There's usually a crowd, live music or sports on, and it feels like one of those places where you can bring friends from out of town and know it'll be a fun time. Food is consistently solid. The grilled chicken sandwich is my go-to and it's good every time. We both usually get one, and a lot of the time we'll add buffalo wings, which are some of our favorites in Tucson. Good flavor, good texture, and always reliable. If anything, the wings could always use a little more sauce, but they're still one of the better orders on the menu. The only real issue, and it happens pretty often, is the service speed. Everyone there is friendly, but the place always feels understaffed, especially when it's busy. We've had multiple times sitting outside in the Arizona heat where it takes 15-20 minutes just to get water to the table, and you start wondering if you should go up to the bar yourself to get things moving. Once service gets going everything is fine, but getting that first round of attention can take longer than it should for how often this place fills up. Even with that, we keep coming back. The food is consistent, the atmosphere is great, and the plaza has a real sense of community that makes it easy to hang out there for a while. It's one of our go-to spots in Tucson, and it's still somewhere we bring friends when they're visiting. Food 7.5 Ambience 8 Service 7 Price 7 7.4 overall C Great place to spend time, just don't expect everything to happen quickly when it's busy.

What I also enjoy: The breakfast food sticks to the basics, but is done well. They make surprisingly decent pizzas, if you're in the mood for that. Suffice to say she absolutely raved - placing it on par with many of the Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants she has sampled back east. And, we agreed, when Michelin publishes its first-ever SouthWest U.S. edition later this year (2026) I recognize getting a star is a mighty fete but if Tito/Pep does not at least make its S.W. Bib list I will know the fix is in. We started with the Queso Fundido ($13) - with chewy cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and beef chorizo it was a perfect blend of meaty/savory/fatty. We also ordered the Grilled Octopus ($17). What a surprise this was, the crunchy roasted pepper flakes and unusually soft grilled octopus it kicked the pants off of "calamari-style." We inquired and the way they remove the typical rubberiness is by poaching the octopus tentacles for 5(!) hours before grilling. You Go chef Martinez! For our entree we opted for the day's special: deep fried whole Red Snapper for two ($85)... as did about a half-dozen other tables in this intimate 20-tabled venue. See pics as a written description is inadequate. The crisp was excellent and the tender moist fish just beneath, exquisite. The roasted jalapenos were other worldly - somehow only mild heat and with a subtle sweet/acid presence... totally and entirely edible. As fantastic as the vinegar slaw was atop our self-made fish tacos, the tomatillo puree was ridiculous - so fresh and not sour that its scent was nearly as strong as its flavor. We asked again, how?! and were told they first cook the tomatillos for 3 hours. Folks, the effort involved to present this kind of meal would be nearly impossible to do at home for even double the cost. We concluded with the ganache dessert ($12). While so richly decadent it was possibly too rich, only by virtue of its size... it needs to be shared! We were deeply torn over that or the olive oil cake and will opt for the latter... next year, Lol. For drinks we ordered two glasses of their "red blend" (really good for a simple blend) and then the Pie Allen after dinner cocktail ($13) - an interesting combination of prickly pear liquor and port. The staff were amazing - not just in timely attentiveness (a minimum requirement at this level) but especially in terms of being able to field our deep curiosities about several of the dishes. Due to our "layers" of ordering we stayed an easy 2+ hours and were never rushed. Parking will get tight at peak times but everyone will be accommodated. Pre-tip we were at $165 - a special occasion outing for sure but, we both agreed, an (almost) bargain. At this level of quality and degree of effort in Chicago or Miami (places she recently lived) would be closer to $250 for two. Small note: three years ago this began, now it's the norm - restaurants are calculating the tip based upon a total that's After the tax has been added. It's a minor but, nonetheless, unconsented-to, inflation of the tip. Just an fyi :)

I love the open space and generally you order food at the counter and your food comes to the table. On this trip there is a new option of sitting at tables with no number, but an orange card displayed where they offer table service. I'm not sure how this works because they are usually busy. They have a kids menu as well. My mom and I love their chips and salsa. They roast chiles and tomatoes daily for their fresh green and red salsas. The problem can be, over eating the complementary chips and then jonsing for more chips n salsa before your order arrives. My last trip to Seis Kitchen my mom and I ordered nachos and then filled up on their homemade chips and homemade salsa. On any given day they offer two agua fresca flavors, and horchata. I love their agua fresca options and as much as I love a good margarita; my love for lemonade and limonada is greater. With the many places to enjoy Mexican food in Tucson, Seis Kitchen has been a top place for gatherings and meeting with groups. Other good options in Tucson are loud or more frantic. All Seis Kitchen locations with dining rooms seem to have a spa like relaxing vibe. The original is a walk up space at the Mercado an so crowded and noisy. The food here is great, and our Mother's Day belated dinner was a great success. Please check out this location off River Road in Tucson.
