The mushroom sandwich was tasty, hearty and refreshing with the lettuce and red pickled onions. The pickled onions was a great touch, it added a crunch and it was lightly pickled so not super tart or overwhelming. I honestly didn't miss not having meat in my sandwich, the texture and flavors of the mushroom really gave off a similar feel. My favorite was the red lentil soup. It was very tasty, plenty of different layers of flavors and textures with each scoop. I didn't think I would like raisins in a red lentil soup but it was a very yummy surprise!
