My family and I here came all the time and I even worked here for 3 years. The service has gotten very poor. With the exception of one nice guy, everyone else was uninterested in serving us. In addition, one girl was running around with her shirt tied up around her waist with her stomach hanging out. When I worked there two years ago, we were also supposed to wear hats to help prevent hair falling into the food. Only 2 employees that I saw were wearing hats. I like how this place is really fast. My mom really likes it to so we can spend more time talking and eating. I like a little southern tag so I generally get the buffalo chicken pizza. Tried this out for the first time. It's like the same concept as subway (in a sense) where you go down the line building your own pizza. Pretty fun experience. All of the guys that were working were really nice, had good personalities and knew what they were doing. They were helpful with explaining the process and toppings since we'd never been there before. Overall the pizza could have used more flavors (guess that's my fault since I built it) but I liked it. I had an emergency and needed 62 personal pan pizzas within 2 1/2 hours of the time I called them. Jason was awesome and said 'sure, no problem!'. All of the pizzas were covered with plenty of toppings. All of the pizzas were piping HOT when I picked them up. Everybody loved the pizzas; the flavors and especially the thin crust pizzas. The pizza is really delicious! We had a pepperoni, sausage, and cheese; a cheese and spinach; a veggie; and a Maui Wowwi! Everything except the Maui Wowwi was gluten free crust (extra $2) and dairy free cheese (extra $2). Also had 2 side salads (house Italian and chicken Caesar). Best $2 salads ever. This was our first time here and it really couldn't have gone better! The service was incredible. The kids were high schoolers but ran the place w terrific efficiency and courtesy. I literally can't believe how friendly and kind they were. My 7 year old dropped a pizza and in an effort to relieve my stress because of my other three kids, they didn't charge me for the dropped pizza, made a new one in a couple mins and here's the kicker: they didn't charge me for THAT one either. Gave it to us on the house. I mean, what?! Who does that?! I seriously can't believe the service. I tried to ask three different employees to let me pay and they literally would not take my money.
