Quick, decent individual pizza. Order while standing in line and your pizza is ready within 5 minutes. You can order from a set menu or create your own. Nothing fancy but not bad. read more

We just moved into town and tried this place for the first time. The pizza was delicious. The people were friendly and helpful. Great value. Highly recommend this place. They even have options for vegan pizza lovers. read more

Pizza tastes good and the concept is great! Cleanliness and good hygiene is another story though. The staff does seem to know what is the reason of having gloves on. The person that prepared our pizza, during his down time, came out from behind the food counter and started checking on the trash bins and pushing cups, napkins etc further into the bin to make space. All this with the same gloves, then went back behind the counter with the same gloves helped with pizza dough. Then when customers came in, he went back to prepare pizza - always with the same gloves. It seems that they use the gloves to keep their bare hands clean and in order not to have to wash their hands after handling food. A new set of gloves needs to be put on each time the food preparation staff leaves their food preparation area and comes back. Hand hygiene 101... come on people! read more

Oh subway of pizza how you make my heart sing! Perfect serving size for an individual for lunch or dinner. Usually if I get it for lunch I have dinner too lol. Great price for adding any amount of fresh ingredients. My favorite part of the whole thing is the salad bowl that you can eat! How amazing is that?!?! Also did I mention that this place is FAST! I usually get here about 1pm for lunch and I'm out by 1:05! Keep it up guys! My taste buds are bugging me to come back soon! read more

The best pizza place we have eaten at -- from the taste of the pizza to the customer service. We love this place!

We came here to eat and were greated by an amazing server by the name of Samuel. He showed us the app and were able to download and redeem our points. The way he treated us was absolutely amazing. I will be back tomorrow for the free pizza on veterans day. It's people like him that make me revisit food places. Oh and the food was amazing as always. read more

You can have your pizza tailor-made to your tastes and fantasies. With four different crusts at your disposal, you will surely discover the pizza love of your life. I do not recommend the traditional italian crust with any pizza that has a lot of toppings; the crust is thin and will get floppy with too much. read more

Had the Buffalo Chicken pizza on a Cauliflower crust (only available through 2/11/18 at this time) ($2 up charge) and it was very good. The Buffalo Chicken pizza has bananna peppers which is a nice touch that I had not seen before on this type of pizza. I hope this crust becomes a regular item on the menu. read more

Only giving one star for the Coke machine. The pizza was cooked terrible and it's way overpriced. Unless you have coupons of some sort or can't get to sonic for a good soda, don't bother wasting your time. read more

The pizza's are average and it's nice they have quite a few toppings that they don't charge you extra for. I usually do the combo with a salad and drink which they have really good peach ginger tea. The salad's aren't anything to write home about the salad bread bowl is small and you get maybe 10 small pieces of romaine lettuce, but it's a pizza place what do you expect. It's not my favorite pizza place, but it definitely gets the job done when i'm craving pizza fast. read more

Make you own so if you don't like it, it's on you. Great value, fun, and delicious pizza pie!!! read more

Very cool twist on the pizza restaurant. The owner is usually on the line helping and talking with customers with a big smile on his face. I always feel welcomed when I eat here. read more

My go to spot for lunch. Great pizza and I don't have to worry about what anyone else wants to eat.

Every time we go here, the staff is always happy and smiling. I have to point how how careful they are for people that need gluten free pizza. The staff will always change gloves when handling the gluten free pizzas. Also after the pizza is made, the staff always uses a separate pizza cutter to slice the pizza from the regular bread ones. The care and concern they take is excellent. The pizza here is also the best around. No other place compared to the gluten free ones as well as the actual normal pies. I've tried them all. The ingredients are fresh and full of flavor. There is never old ingredients used. The point system is also awesome to rack up and get a free pizza. The atmosphere is cheerful and bright. The cook areas are kept clean. The dining area is always kept clean. This is all important to me. I highly recommend this location. Clean, good food, friendly service, happy tummies! read more

This is my favorite location. They get it right every time and are always very friendly. Chicken carbonara on crispy thin is my absolute fave! read more

Pie Five Pizza - Of course, I forgot to take the picture until I was halfway done, but you get the idea. - Pizza Near Me - Allen, Texas

Awesome! Great cheap pizza! Kids love it! Wife and I love it! Plenty of choices. Rewards card a plus! Great location! When we want pizza it is on a short list of places we go. It just works! Easy in and out!!! read more

Fast food pizza what is there not to like about that. I had the artesian crust with 3 toppings. Was finished within 1 minute of paying for it. Toppings appeared to be fresh and had very good flavor. Can not wait for a location in the Phoenix area read more

Subway opened a Pizza place! Just kidding, but it is the same concept, except with pizza. Nice fresh ingredients with gluten free options. Prices are great and is wonderful place for kid and families. Very casual. read more

Our favorite place to eat out for a gluten free pizza. The staff is always so friendly and sensitive to my son with autism. Other restaurants should follow your example on how to make their special needs customer feel welcome & included in the community. Thank you! read more

Good food, great service. The pricing is very good. Good location and nice outdoor tables if you don't want to be inside on a nice evening.

I have never been to a pizza place like this before and was very pleasantly surprised at how great of an experience a custom order pizza restaurant can be. For less than $10 you can have a made to order personal pizza with unlimited toppings, a very yummy side salad and drink. We all really enjoyed our pizzas, and it is byob so will definitely bring a bottle of wine with us next time. My only complaint was that the seating was a bit limited when we were there, however it was during the weekend lunch hour. read more

First time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. $6.79 for a pie, even with toppings that would be considered "premium" at a lot of other places. My daughter got the BBQ chicken and I made my own (spinach, mushrooms, kalamata olives, Italian sausage and caramelized onions, yum). Super fast, and tasted good! Mid afternoon on a rainy day and they has a constant stream of customers. They could improve on cleanliness tho, as many of the tables were not being picked up or wiped down. Overall, really good place for some pizza at good price. read more

This place used to be really good and they had staff that look professional and kept the place clean. Now this place is basically like a pizza version of subway. Pretty good, but the staff is less professional and the place looks less clean. read more

This place is great! Especially if you have kids. My son loved watching the staff top his pie. They also have options without red sauce. The prices are good and the staff is very helpful and friendly... Kudos read more

Been here few times. I like it better when it's not crowded. I am a vegetarian and I found it uncomfortable to see the people who make the pizza handle veggies and meat with the same glove. When it was not crowded I was able to request them to wipe the pizza cutter clean etc. I couldn't do so when people were waiting behind me. And the staff was more than willing to help out. Thanks to the staff! They are great! I sent a feedback with my suggestion to their corporate but didn't even get an acknowledgment email back. This is the first time I didn't get a response for feedback. That shows their lack of commitment for customer satisfaction. read more

My family's new favorite pizza place! We love that everyone gets to pick and choose what they want on their pizza. I have one kid that insists on black olives and another that hates red sauce, we can finally get pizza without spending a fortune on a bunch of different styles! The shrimp scampi pizza was amazing!!! read more

very good pizza and a very reasonable price. I recommend the mawi wahhwi for bbq pizza lovers

This location is great. The staff is always friendly, very accommodating to food allergies and do a great job of not cross contaminating. The GM is there most of the time and always ensures the customers are happy with their pizzas. The place is very clean and they get you though the line fast. read more

Jason went above and beyond! Customer service is phenomenal and the food is beyond superb. Don't forget to order the cinnamon sticks, you won't be disappointed! read more

My kids and I thought it was the best pizza ever!! They have 3 kinds of crust and its kinda like subway as you pick your sauce, toppings and cheese. I hope we get to go back SOON!!! read more

I've been here a couple of times. The service is great, although I have to admit I've only been there at off-peak hours, so I'm not sure how long the wait is at, say, the height of the lunch crowd. The pizza is the perfect size for a good lunch. I've tried the wheat crust and the thin crust, and both of them are great. I like being able to choose my toppings (my favorite combo is peppers + caramelized onions + grilled chicken, with a bit of pesto sauce on top). On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the best pizza I've ever had, I'd give this an 8. It's a little on the pricey side given the size (about $7 for a 10" or so pizza), but they have a loyalty program that gives coupons (buy one get one free, sometimes!) and free pizzas. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Excellent pizza. Both visits though, the ice machine was empty, the drink machine needed attention, and tables were dirty. It wasn't too busy to tend to these things. If the pizza weren't so good, I may not return. read more

Either people are Brainwashed about this place or every good review is from Their Family Friends n Neighbors!!! Stay away its Gross at Best!!!!!!! read more

Today was my first experience with Pie Five, I got the Buffalo Chicken Pizza which was GREAT, had such great flavor and then also ordered cinnamon sticks. The cinnamon sticks were left behind and being 7 months pregnant.. when you look forward to something you're REALLY looking forward to something.. so needless to say I was a little upset. Jason, the GM went above and beyond to make sure that this Mama and her baby got their cinnamon sticks and let me just tell you I am so so thankful! I definitely recommend Pie Five, not only for the yummy food but the awesome customer service. read more

I would like to give a special shout out to Jason the GM, he made our day a little brighter, going above beyond. The food was most delectable and my coworkers are very happy as well. We will definitely be going back again and again! Thank you :) read more

Best and affordable pizza place in town. U can customize your way for a fixed price. They've healthy options as well- which was great!! Friendly staff!! read more

My first experience will be my last. I ordered online, and expected a pizza full of meat (3 different meats were listed on the menu item). It might have had 2 oz. of meat on it, but barely. The extra Roma tomatoes I ordered wound up being cherry tomatoes. To top off the toppings, the pizza was undercooked. I wanted it to be good, because I'm gluten free and they have a gluten free crust; but it's just not. A thing I'm picky about, that may not matter to everyone: None of the workers were over 25 years old; and at a food joint that just begs for mischief. read more

We used to love this place, but over the last few months, it has gone way downhill to the point that my family and I will no longer be returning. As others have explained, it's like Chipotle for pizza. The last 3 times we've been here, the pizzas have been constructed terribly- toppings not evenly spread out, wayyy too much cheese, and mistakes across the board for some of their most popular suggestions. The staff seems more interested in socializing and figuring out their after work plans than actually making decent pizzas. I am truly not a complainer, but I had to wait for at least two minutes at the register while two employees finished up their personal conversation before even acknowledging that I was standing there (um, you just made my pizza and we made eye contact during your convo, you know I'm standing here waiting to pay). I wouldn't have even minded waiting for their conversation to continue if they had just acknowledged me. Oh, and then after I paid, I got a pizza that was made wrong, and then they gave my pizza to another guest and I was left with the choice of eating that guest's pizza or going through having them struggle through making another pizza. The only reason I gave this two stars is because when the pizzas are made correctly, they are quite good. Just too many other issues, and too much competition in the pizza space. Disappointed that this is no longer an option. read more

The kids love it! Great taste. Not filling. The soda machine is unique and fun. A bit pricey after drinks though. I was told after going there several times that there was a reward card. I wish they told me earlier because I could've had some free pizza. read more
