They use high moisture fresh mozzarella and don't skimp on quality mutz like some of these other "margherita" pizzas I order in DFW. Their sauce was also vibrant and sweet and not overly seasoned with unnecessary dried herbs. Their sauce was simple and high quality. Also included fresh basil. Seriously a great pizza. And I was able to get a 12" for $12 which is a great deal (there is a serious lack of slice joints and personal size pizzas in DFW). Highly recommend!
