I'm usually very much a chain-restaurant pizza guy, and usually stick to something like a Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. For a change of pace I had Pie 5 delivered and didn't regret it in the least. The 'personal' pizza seems roughly 3x bigger than the standard chains, and trumped them in customizability by a long-shot. The pan crust was perfect, the toppings/cheese serving was generous, and frankly these are the best sun-dried tomatoes that I've ever had on a pizza, odd as they look. Everything down to the basil-pesto drizzle looking artistically fancy made this a 10/10 pizza. Would recommend. PS- The box design is adorable. read more

This rating is from my kids who are super picky, I had some coupons from school for a $5 11" pizza with unlimited toppings, they picked traditional crust, marinara sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni with olives, they ate it all, and then informed me that this is now there favorite pizza place! read more

Why is this place rated 4/5 stars? Very misleading. I walked in, started telling one of the employees what type of pizza I'd like. It's the "build it yourself" style and pick out the ingredients you want. The regular size pizza is the size of a small kitchen plate (like 10"). They had most of the toppings and sauce I wanted except the mushrooms were weird. They were julienne cut (think thin strips). I like mushrooms where I can actually taste that it's there. The pizza was put into a belt oven that cooked it while it rolled to the end of the belt. The problem is I think the oven needed to be hotter because the cheese was barely melted. The crust tasted like cardboard; not fresh. More like frozen pizza. The employees were not smiling and I asked the cashier a question and he seemed disorganized. read more

Cheap, tasty and quick pizza. They serve 9 inch personal pizzas, with a couple different menu options, or a build your own. I tried the BBQ pulled pork, and the Athenian, along with their side salads. The concept is simple, similar to a sandwich place, where you tell the guy behind the counter which pizza, they build it in front of you, then throw it into an oven where it pops out the other side and then they finish it with your cold toppings. You then pay, and take your tasty pizza to your table. For $9.20+tax you get a pizza, a drink and a side salad, garden or caesar, with your choice of dressing. The bbq pork was tasty, with a tangy bbq sauce, pickles, peppers, onions and what they call "Magic Dust" aka fancy cheese blend sprinkled on top. The Athenian is a typical greek pizza with feta, olives, sun-dried tomato sauce and chicken but very fresh. You also can change ingredients, including what kind of crust you want. They have thin crust, traditional pan, italian herb or gluten free. The pizza and salad was just the right amount of food for lunch, and it was fast enough that a few workers from nearby stores were able to sit and enjoy their break. I'll have to stop by and try the cookie pie for dessert next time. read more

The food was delicious, the Service was great and the ambiance was good but could be cleaner here and there

I was impressed with how good these pizzas taste. It's like a pizza version of Subway or Chipotle. You get a choice of making your own personal pan pizza with your selection of crusts (thin, Italian style, pan, or something else I forgot), your choice of sauce, then you can either select your own toppings or pick one that's already formulated on the menu. I chose the Chicken Alfredo one. And even afterwards, you can add to it more different toppings if you like. It's great!! They are also very generous with the toppings too because some places can get pretty stingy. The pizza is pretty much ready with 10 minutes or so, but then it seemed shorter than that. To me the size is pretty big. It's just enough for 2 people. They cut it into 6 pieces. They also give you the choice to put a finishing touch to it and add different toppings afterwards too. Get the magic mix or whatever it's called. If you sign up for their free membership, you get a free half bday pizza and they also give out pizzas for stuff like Veterans Day, which is pretty cool. They have pretty good customer service and they work pretty efficiently. I'm very impressed and I would definitely come back. read more

Pie Five Pizza - Chicken Cab add ons : extra mushroom. Vasil. Feta. Alfredo sauce. Jalapenos. Olives - Pizza Near Me - Allen, Texas

So many choices, so delicious! A bit of a drive for us, but oh-so worth it. There's pizza styles for everyone. my 4-yr-old niece is a picky eater and the option to have a pizza WITHOUT marinara sauce is a definite PLUS! my sister is in love with their bqb chicken pizza, another chose the tuscan.. i'm more of a build-your-own and mine was out-of-this world good! pan (or deepdish) crust, garlic and alfredo sauce, cheese (mozzarella, ricotta and cheddar!), spinach, bacon and chicken.. and THEN they have the option to put MORE on the pizza (feta cheese, basil, pesto and "magic dust" - say YES to it all!!). i didn't even have to eat with a fork and knife because the crust was strong enough to hold it all (unheard of, right?!).. and their drink machine is the kind they have at AMC theaters, or they have some select few bottles of coke products if you prefer.. Go, you will NOT regret it! read more

I love the idea of being able to pick the crust, the sauce and the toppings. The service is quick friendly and the pizza is excellent. Best pizza in town :) I bring my neighbor's kids once a week here and they love it too. Justin made 3 perfect pizza for us :) read more

Honestly, I'm not 4-star impressed with the pizza itself, but more the concept and the variety of toppings. The pizza would be a solid 3 stars because it's a small portion for the price, and unless you pay to add a lot more toppings you may not be full after! That being said, the staff is always really great and friendly, it reminds me of a Quizno's where you build it, they run it through the oven, and then they finish it on the other side for you and you pay. Lots of topping options and sauces! read more

Love the concept, but a little overpriced for a personal pizza. They offer a variety of toppings from sundried tomatoes to pineapples, and you get a pizza within 5 minutes. $7.57 for a small personal pizza seems kinda steep though. Pizza was good! If you get the classic crust it does seem a little smaller versus the thin crust. read more

Never disappointed. Love the thin crust and the gluten free crust is one of the best anywhere! I could seriously eat here several times a week. read more

The pizza is good, and if you are avoiding gluten or bread the cauliflower crust is really good, though pricy. You have to watch them with the toppings and make sure they get it to the edge, but the toppings are fresh and lots of choices. AVOID the 'stix'! Ugh! Greasy lumpy cheese sticks and really, really awful cinnamon sticks! Save your money! So I might return for pizza, but NOT for anything else. read more

Service was alright. Not sure why they kept pushing spinach at me, like that was the only ingredient. I asked for the Athenian and was asked if I wanted spinach. I asked for a white pizza and...again...asked if I wanted spinach. Just a note: If I want it, I will ask for it. Please don't push your ingredients on me. read more

First time at this joint and I love the concept that we pick our ingredients to make our own personal pizza. They have various specialty pizza pies if you don't know what to put on your pizza. Pie Five Pizza - Build Your Own Pizza Pies with Italian Crust - Pizza Near Me - Allen, Texas

A friend of mine was lauding the virtues of cauliflower pizza crust so I decided to give one a try. This was not the establishment to do so. I should have left as I used the men's room to wash my hands before placing my order. It was filthy. It certainly had not been cleaned today. I ordered the pizza even though the crust was an extra $3.95. Add two toppings and a drink with the lowest tip available at checkout of 20% and my bill was $18.95. Pretty pricey and it wouldn't have been so bad but the pizza was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. It was worse than every frozen pizza I have baked. It was cold, the crust was tough and had the texture of stale saltine crackers. I will say the thick crust pizza another gentleman was having looked good and I was jealous. However I'm done with this establishment. I would still like to try a good cauliflower crust pizza and will search elsewhere. read more

We have a very bad experience the pizza crust was absolutely horrible the gentleman who was taking our order you cannot understand what he was saying we have to repeat everything like three times they should not say deep dish they should not say thick crust because they don't have it actually I don't look nothing like the pictures that they advertising horrible experience read more

The food is good but that's about as best as it gets. Good food is absolutely nothing without good management, which this place lacks. The staff is horrible, rude, and extremely unprofessional. When I asked if he had my order ready, the staff responded "probably," without even checking for my order or getting my name. They took their sweet old time with making the order during peak lunch time traffic and the staff didn't give me my receipt nor confirm my identity when I came to pick up a large order. Furthermore, many of the orders were wrong and the salad was not properly washed. They also did not provide any utensils. Very disappointed in this location, will not be coming back until changes are made to the staffing. read more

It's like a subway for pizza. Great friendly staff that gets the food out fast and reasonable prices. *** they do have a excellent tasting gluten free crust that I suggest for celiac people like myself. They use different utensils and cooking pans to help with cross contamination. Go check this place out! read more

For the price point and style of restaurant (semi-fast food)...this place is legit. You can personalize your pizza till your heart is content. I love the chicken carbonara with carmalized onions, artichokes, garlic, chicken, bacon, a little extra cream sauce, cherry tomatoes, and drizzled with pesto, topped off with the magic dust. I also love the mediterranean, plus or minus a few toppings, and a red based pie with lots of veggies and sausage. The last time I ordered the caesar though, I was disappointed. It was lettuce with dressing - no parm no croutons, nothing...and he didn't ask me if I wanted anything on it so I just went on to the register assuming he would top it off - not the case. Stick around and let them know what you want on the salad. I've had it before and it's been great. They also have a rewards card. read more

A lot better than I expected. They have a good concept here, similar to Subway only with Pizza. Basically an assembly line. I ordered the combo where you get a salad, a personal pizza, and drink. You can order any toppings you want, with no extra charges. You can get a bread bowl for your salad, which they make and mix right in front of you. The pizza rides a conveyor through the oven, you can then order "magic dust", a mixture of Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese, along with other different dustings. Service was fast and friendly, and pizza was great (I got an Italian sausage with red onion, normal sauce, deep crust. As I said, I was impressed and expecting Subway quality, but everything was delicious and far exceeded Subway quality. Another small note: they have one of those super fancy coke machines with the touchscreen where you can mix and match flavors. I always feel like I should try something fancy but I usually just stick with normal flavors. This time, I tried Coca Cola with Lime. A lot better than you think. read more

This one of my kiddos favorite pizza places. Pizzas are always good and like that you get a decent sized side salad. (Some of the other pizza places give you a tiny little side salad with 3 leaves of lettuce and charge you $5). I have never had any issues with this location. read more

My pizza was great. At least a solid 4. I ordered the Farmers Market pizza on artisan bread with jalapeños instead of bell peppers, fresh mushrooms, red onion, spinach and added pork sausage. It was greatness. The service was fast and courteous but the employees seemed bored or unhappy to be there. Now my pet peeve. The restaurant was filthy the floors were a mess. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this because they just finished their lunch rush. However, the coke machine hasn't been wiped down in days. The silverware holders were gross at the bottom.... Yuck. read more

I have nothing but nice things to say about Pie Five. We went here when Pie Five first opened and had a great experience. They were friendly, and accommodating in every way. I'm also very picky when it comes to pizza and I liked theirs. Also they have a gluten free crust for those who are allergic to wheat products. I would give it 5 stars for service and cleanliness, speed. I would give the pizza 4 stars for taste (It's not gourmet, it's fast pizza, but It's good) read more
