WHY I CAME HERE? I wanted to pick up one dinner entree from Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors as a precursor before heading over to The Poke Co & Wings. Yes, I was hungry! LOL FOOD / DRINK / DESSERT: Menu had a variety of rice, noodle, and salad options with different proteins such as chicken, steak, shrimp, and salmon. I didn't want to get the same old rice and noodle dish. Something did catch my eyes... it was the Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Grilled Teriyaki. That's what I got. The lady staff asked me what kind of rice I wanted. When I heard egg fried rice, my eyes lifted and said yes. Well, I didn't know egg fried rice was an upgrade for $2.49 more until I saw my receipt. I know it was indicated in small print on the menu which I obviously did not notice LOL. It would have been nice if I was informed it is an upgrade and if I was okay to pay extra for it. I better ask next time. Lesson learned for me. Anyway, salmon could have been a thicker piece. Flavor was okay. Egg fried rice was okay, too. It didn't have much wok flavor to it. I didn't see too much egg. I will not upgrade next time. Veggies were the highlight of the dish. Overall, entree was just okay. Honestly, I don't think it was worth the $17+ that I paid for it. I didn't get a drink or ask for water. As for dessert, I got the complimentary fortune cookie that came with my entree. I actually don't care for their fortune cookie. It doesn't taste right to me. STAFF / SERVICE: I got a slightly warm welcome from the lady behind the counter. I got a warmer welcome from a different lady who took my order. They weren't super busy if at all. My order was to-go. Just had to wait a little bit. INTERIOR / AMBIANCE: Bright and clean interior. Good comfortable inside seating. No outside seating. One men's restroom and one women's restroom available for use. They have the code key pad, but they don't appear to work. EXTERIOR / PARKING: Clean exterior. Free parking is plenty as it's located at the Glendora Marketplace Shopping Center in the City of Glendora. Btw, they don't have a drive-thru. The drive-thru that you see to the right of them belongs to Chick-fil-A. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? I find their Asian flavors are just mediocre. Honestly, I can't say they are the most authentic Asian foods. Please try them for yourself and make your own call. Thank you!

Yummmmm! I have not eaten here in so long and was craving it today. So delicious! Store and restrooms we're super clean as well, so that's a plus.

The food was so amazing. I enjoyed the Mongolian entree. The service was excellent. Gerardo (Jerry) was extremely helpful and provide your group with superior service. I will continue to come back and enjoy the food.

Admittedly we are on a food delivery kick this week. This review is no fault of our food delivery service, but that of employees and management at Pick Up Stix. The flavor of the food is decent, and predictable as far as asian fast food goes. It's a bit too heavy on the sauces for my taste - but my kids and husband like this place as an alternative to the other more popular place (Can I say Panda Express here?) We were so excited to sit down to a dinner of cashew chicken (for us) and bourbon chicken (for the kids) only to discover upon delivery that -- yet AGAIN -- the bourbon chicken was MISSING!! Maaaybe partial fault can be ascribed to the delivery service. I dunno, is it part of their job to check the order for us? ‍‍ Can you hear me raising my voice with my ALL CAPS? I can see a mistake on a first time experience - things happen. But a SECOND time for the exact same order two weeks apart?? Clearly someone skipped a step, didn't double check it on the line, or something. Our receipt was highlighted to indicate what was in the bag (two orders of cashew chicken), they sent the steamed rice to go with the missing bourbon chicken. As I write this hubby is on his way to get the rest of our order. UPDATE: according to hubby the manager handled the incident really well and replaced our entire meal, along with giving us some coupons for free entrees. read more
