ok, pick up stix you've won my heart. my favorite combo is crispy honey chicken with chow mein. curse the chow mein being extra, but it is extra delicious so i guess it's worth it. i wish there was a pick up stix in west covina, but the drive is well worth it. my food was made quickly, it was fresh, hot and delicious. team members were kind, and courteous. thank you pick up stix, i had a good experience. i haven't had the steak entrees since my first debacle but the chicken is consistent and a winner read more

Pick Up Stix turned out to be a nice escape from the organized chaos happening next door at Chick-fil-A. The parking lot was definitely busy, but once inside, things were surprisingly quiet and relaxed with very little foot traffic. The food was tasty and seemed to be prepared fresh to order, which made it feel like a step above your typical quick-service meal. Everything came out hot and flavorful, and I enjoyed being able to sit down and eat without feeling rushed or surrounded by a crowd. Sometimes the quieter choice in a busy shopping center ends up being the better one, and I was pleasantly surprised by this visit. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered food to be delivered. Drunken Noodles with Steak. I received Chicken and Rice..........um wrong. I called to ask about it, at first the lady said she would refund my money, but she had to call the manager first...she was not there. After she spoke with the manager the story changed and they said the Uber driver picked up the wrong bag. Well, this bag has their receipt with my name, and items listed on it. How is this Door Dash's fault when the label on the bag is my name and the correct order listed, but not inside? Obviously, a kitchen error or bagging error. The manager told the girl at the store we have to file the complaint with door dash....WHY? They do not bag the order or work in the kitchen. Really poor service and horrible management. read more

While their dishes are sometimes too salty tasting at times, I think their wok-cooked dishes taste fresher and are better quality than Panda Express. I really enjoy the Kung Pao Chicken and Shrimp dishes here. read more

WHY I CAME HERE? I wanted to pick up one dinner entree from Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors as a precursor before heading over to The Poke Co & Wings. Yes, I was hungry! LOL FOOD / DRINK / DESSERT: Menu had a variety of rice, noodle, and salad options with different proteins such as chicken, steak, shrimp, and salmon. I didn't want to get the same old rice and noodle dish. Something did catch my eyes... it was the Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Grilled Teriyaki. That's what I got. The lady staff asked me what kind of rice I wanted. When I heard egg fried rice, my eyes lifted and said yes. Well, I didn't know egg fried rice was an upgrade for $2.49 more until I saw my receipt. I know it was indicated in small print on the menu which I obviously did not notice LOL. It would have been nice if I was informed it is an upgrade and if I was okay to pay extra for it. I better ask next time. Lesson learned for me. Anyway, salmon could have been a thicker piece. Flavor was okay. Egg fried rice was okay, too. It didn't have much wok flavor to it. I didn't see too much egg. I will not upgrade next time. Veggies were the highlight of the dish. Overall, entree was just okay. Honestly, I don't think it was worth the $17+ that I paid for it. I didn't get a drink or ask for water. As for dessert, I got the complimentary fortune cookie that came with my entree. I actually don't care for their fortune cookie. It doesn't taste right to me. STAFF / SERVICE: I got a slightly warm welcome from the lady behind the counter. I got a warmer welcome from a different lady who took my order. They weren't super busy if at all. My order was to-go. Just had to wait a little bit. INTERIOR / AMBIANCE: Bright and clean interior. Good comfortable inside seating. No outside seating. One men's restroom and one women's restroom available for use. They have the code key pad, but they don't appear to work. EXTERIOR / PARKING: Clean exterior. Free parking is plenty as it's located at the Glendora Marketplace Shopping Center in the City of Glendora. Btw, they don't have a drive-thru. The drive-thru that you see to the right of them belongs to Chick-fil-A. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? I find their Asian flavors are just mediocre. Honestly, I can't say they are the most authentic Asian foods. Please try them for yourself and make your own call. Thank you! read more

We were greeted with a warm welcome. The lovely young lady answered my questions about the heat profile of the "habanero chicken special." She said some customers said it was " Hot!" , that's when I decided to order this dish. Absolutely delicious, delivered the heat! Rice just OK. My husband ordered the Kung pow chicken, " NOT Spicy at all."! My husband asked for chili paste, they didn't have any. Shocking! They have hot sauce, not the same for this type of cusine. Our food came out pipping hot and very good. We will be back. Thank you. * The only issue we witnessed was. The bus boy didn't seem to like his job, the tables were sticky, dirty and we asked for a rag so I could clean the table. He rolled his eyes back and didn't say one word. Sorry we bothered you and asked for a clean cloth to wipe our table off. read more

The manager was very helpful in describing the dishes and making recommendations. I ended up ordering the Thai Coconut Curry with chicken and brown rice. He brought it out to me with a bowl of condiments to select from. There was an ample amount of tasty white meat chicken in my dish with Julianne carrots, red bell peppers, broccoli, and onion. The coconut curry sauce was not overpowering, but just right, I was very pleased with my meal and the pleasant service I received today!!! read more

Food was ok. Slightly different from Panda. But slightly smaller portions. Ambiance was ok. Clean. It's Asian fast food. Someone cooking Saturday night (Dec 20) around 6:45 pm or so needs to put on a Hair Net. My dish had none but GF's dish had 3 long hairs. Service was good otherwise. Counter was helpful and friendly. Food ok but hair unacceptable. Will not return. read more

The food is always amazing and the service is great! We always order ahead and it is ready by the time we get there.

While prices are a little higher than say Panda Express the difference in ingredients quality is immediately noticeable. We had the house chicken with fried rice and the Mongolian beef with noodles. Both entrees and sides were fresh and tasty. Moving forward it's time to say goodbye to the panda when we want some wok based goodness read more
