WHY I CAME HERE? I wanted to pick up one dinner entree from Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors as a precursor before heading over to The Poke Co & Wings. Yes, I was hungry! LOL FOOD / DRINK / DESSERT: Menu had a variety of rice, noodle, and salad options with different proteins such as chicken, steak, shrimp, and salmon. I didn't want to get the same old rice and noodle dish. Something did catch my eyes... it was the Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Grilled Teriyaki. That's what I got. The lady staff asked me what kind of rice I wanted. When I heard egg fried rice, my eyes lifted and said yes. Well, I didn't know egg fried rice was an upgrade for $2.49 more until I saw my receipt. I know it was indicated in small print on the menu which I obviously did not notice LOL. It would have been nice if I was informed it is an upgrade and if I was okay to pay extra for it. I better ask next time. Lesson learned for me. Anyway, salmon could have been a thicker piece. Flavor was okay. Egg fried rice was okay, too. It didn't have much wok flavor to it. I didn't see too much egg. I will not upgrade next time. Veggies were the highlight of the dish. Overall, entree was just okay. Honestly, I don't think it was worth the $17+ that I paid for it. I didn't get a drink or ask for water. As for dessert, I got the complimentary fortune cookie that came with my entree. I actually don't care for their fortune cookie. It doesn't taste right to me. STAFF / SERVICE: I got a slightly warm welcome from the lady behind the counter. I got a warmer welcome from a different lady who took my order. They weren't super busy if at all. My order was to-go. Just had to wait a little bit. INTERIOR / AMBIANCE: Bright and clean interior. Good comfortable inside seating. No outside seating. One men's restroom and one women's restroom available for use. They have the code key pad, but they don't appear to work. EXTERIOR / PARKING: Clean exterior. Free parking is plenty as it's located at the Glendora Marketplace Shopping Center in the City of Glendora. Btw, they don't have a drive-thru. The drive-thru that you see to the right of them belongs to Chick-fil-A. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? I find their Asian flavors are just mediocre. Honestly, I can't say they are the most authentic Asian foods. Please try them for yourself and make your own call. Thank you!

Yummmmm! I have not eaten here in so long and was craving it today. So delicious! Store and restrooms we're super clean as well, so that's a plus.

The food was so amazing. I enjoyed the Mongolian entree. The service was excellent. Gerardo (Jerry) was extremely helpful and provide your group with superior service. I will continue to come back and enjoy the food.

I love it here ! The chicken chow mein and orange chicken are my favorite.! The kung paol steak is also a favorite! The place is always clean and staff is always friendly. I love their kids meals as well, very well portioned with real fruit options. You can order ahead and they'll have it ready for you. Love Pick Up Stix. We have been eating there for several years and have tried most of their menu. Our two favorites are; "Mongolian Beef" with noodles, & the "Chicken Cocnut Curry Thai" with noodles instead of rice, an extra charge of $2.50 for each. But it's a matter of personal preference. The restraunt itself is very well maintained and clean. The staff very respectful and obvious they take the time to make the food with care. We had the salmon bowl and pad Thai. Pad Thai was not like your original you would get at a Thai restaurant and it was a little spicier then expected so if you aren't used to spice in your pad Thai be sure to ask to leave that out. I ordered chow mein with chicken and a drink. There's a problem when the drink is better than the food. There was no cabbage or sprouts at all and very little chicken that you have to pay extra for. In place of the missing ingredients wad a tone of white onion chunks and green onions. I like cooked onion but not as the main thing. The flavor was off too, like something was cooked in old oil, but the little it of chicken was supposed to be steamed so couldn't be that. Then as I'm almost done I bite down on a slice of bone that almost lodged in between my teeth, ouch! For $15.00 they could gave at least filled the dish completely and maybe it would have been if enough chicken was added. The service was good and pleasant. Sadly I would not recommend this place and will not be back. read more

My daughter went to pick this up for us. I had a BOGO for an entrée, salad or noodles. She got the chicken Thai coconut curry and I got the shrimp Thai coconut curry. We loved it. I was not sure about going there. We eat at tradition places in Monterey Park and Thai Town in Los Angeles, but this was as good. I have only had better in Thailand. For a quick serve restaurant in California, with a variety of Asian flavors, try this out. Not sure about other locations, but Glendora was great. read more

Came to Glendora Public Market on a Saturday night, and I wanted to try And Broth as I have heard…read moreabout their sandwiches and pho. They were also very nice to let me sample their bun bo hue broth, which was very good and not too spicy. My girlfriend really liked their broth as well and thought it was authentic for Vietnamese standards. However, I decided to opt for the Pho Brisket sandwich as I didn't feel like eating any heat for the night. The pho brisket sandwich was pretty big, and the meat was very tender. The pho broth was rich and it is southern style too. I loved dipping the sandwich into the broth. The greens and picked onions were fresh, and the fries were crispy and the right amount of salt. I really enjoyed my meal and definitely next time I would like to try the bun bo hue style sandwich.

Sliced tender ribeye sits over garlic oil phở noodles on a bed of greens and fresh herbs, tossed with a shallot tamarind sauce, topped with crispy garlic, and served with a side of their 24-hour bone broth to sip or pour over. The ribeye was genuinely tender, the tamarind sauce had a nice tangy-sweet kick, and the crispy garlic tied it all together. Added some sriracha for a little more flavor and to give it a kick. Best phở I've ever had? No. But it's a clever modern take and I left very full and very happy, which is exactly what I needed. And if phở isn't your thing, the menu sprawls into wagyu phở, garlic noodles with filet, lomo saltado, sandwiches (which look amazing) and even Vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam. Plenty to explore. This is now the first spot I'd send anyone to in the Glendora Public Market, and a real step up from the ramen place that used to be in the same space. Already plotting my return.

Service was never their strength, but we glanced over it since it's the only descent shabu shabu restaurant on the area. Over the past few months, service has gotten exponentially worse with each visit. Our final straw was being seated and left unacknowledged for 10 minutes. No drink orders, no "we'll be right with you", nothing... This would've been the point of walking out, but my kids were saying they were hungry and going to another restaurant at that point would've been too late for their bedtime. I ended up walking up to a server who was about to help another table that was seated after us and said we'd like to order as no one's helped us. After finishing what he was doing, he walked up to our table with an ordering tablet and didn't say a word, just stood there staring at us. He took our order, got it wrong a few times, then FINALLY got our food. Not one server checked in on us the whole meal. Not one server offered the check. Just constant flagging down servers for everything. As I mentioned before, I reached out to management via email to try and bring this up on a professional level, but my multiple emails were left unanswered.
