We ordered via Uber Eats. Food came in a timely manner and was fresh. I ordered the regular bowl which came with 3 protein. I ordered my bowl with half brown rice and half salad. Portions are generous and the container was heavy. Fish and the toppings seemed fresh. The brown rice was made well and was not hard like some other places that serve brown rice. Tried this poke spot for the first time and it did not disappoint! The fish was super fresh, the flavors were on point, and everything tasted so clean and delicious. I came here on a Saturday night after ordering online. When I got there I thankfully checked my order and noticed 2 of my 3 orders of Spam Musubi were missing so I asked for the others. The female employee immediately tried to gaslight me that it only said 2 pieces on the order and I was wrong. She even showed me and I checked my own order, then showed her on her own tablet that it clearly stated 3(!) orders of 2 pieces each, which was not a big deal to her at all. Then she asked if I wanted the others (DUH, I paid for them). She said it would take 5 minutes so I decided to wait as she threw 2 pieces that had been sitting around for I don't know how long in my bag. When she came back with the rest of my order she managed to squeeze out a very sour I guess I'm sorry sort of apology. I said that maybe in the future she should make sure to check the orders so she gets them correct to which she replied well I made them for you didn't I. When I said I would've been very upset if I got home without the spam musubi I ordered and paid for with my money she said well you could've just called and I would've made them. Well yes but my hungry kids are waiting and I don't live here and that would've been very inconvenient for me. Apparently that's okay for her though because it was a "large order" and apparently that makes it okay to not check orders properly. When I pointed out that she should acknowledge that she made the mistake and should've immediately apologized she said well I did now. Wow, nothing to see here I guess, so I just left. Then at home I found that the burrito I was so looking forward to because I had just had an amazing one at their Valley location, wasn't even wrapped closed and was 90% cold rice that wasn't even sticky. Not even kidding. One meager shrimp tempura and 2 tiny leaves of cilantro. Look at the picture. I thought my daughter was kidding when she said mama the spam is super thin... it was maybe 2 millimeters at best. Look. At. The. Picture. To say this was an immense letdown on all levels is putting it mildly... and I'm not one to leave scathing reviews on the internet. I see the other positive reviews so I hope it was just this one experience but I strongly suggest to the owners to keep an eye on this specific employee (at the very least) if they want customers to return. read more

Today was my second time here. The first time was meh. I figured I would try it again. 12:30 ish lunchtime and barely anyone there. Employees talking amongst themselves and then the young man walks over and asks me what can I get for you and walks away to continue a conversation with his coworkers. He comes back and asks again. I ask for a small with brown rice, but not too much. I dad to stop him after one heaping spoonful. I then ask for tuna and spicy tuna. He asked me what I wanted for the third scoop. Hmm I had to remind him that a small was 2 scoops. Moving on, I ask for spicy crab, which he barely put any on and I ended up having to pay for a second scoop that was twice as much crab as the first. What really grossed me out was his filthy nails. Nobody that works in food service should be working with black dirt under their nails. Then he licked his fingers to open the bag he was putting my food in. Thankfully, I had placed an order nextdoor for Tonkatsu Ramen beforehand and next time I will try their poki instead. read more
