    FRICKING AWESOME!! It was worth the drive to go to this junkyard. After a hit and run driver had taken off my passenger side mirror, i called the stealership for prices. It was $200 plus a week wait. Ebray wanted $129 plus shipping for a knockoff from chinnieland. I checked the pickhpull website and found my mirror in Moss Landing. A little bit of a drive on a sunny Sunday morning got me my mirror for $21.27 plus $2.00 admission. The employess were very friendly and almost no lines or waiting. Found my vehicle quickly and we removed the mirror without any problems. On the way back i stopped at a local produce stand and bought a lot of fruit for very cheap also. All in all i would say it was a winning day for me.

I booked an appointment online for 12:30 PM and drove about 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I checked in at the front and was told to wait in my car because someone would come out to help me. I waited about 18 minutes with no one approaching me, so I had to flag someone down myself. After that, I was told there were 13 cars ahead of me and it would likely take around 4 hours before they could even get to my car. At that point, I was confused and frustrated because I had booked an appointment. They explained that the appointment time was really just a drop-off time, which was not clear when booking online. The whole process felt disorganized, slow, and inattentive. The customer service was poor, and I felt like my time was completely wasted. If appointments are not actual service times, that should be made very clear upfront so customers can plan accordingly. I would not recommend coming here if you expect timely or attentive service.

Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! At first, the experience seemed promising; the sales staff were friendly and helpful, although they didn't have the exact color we wanted on the lot. They had me test drive a truck and assured us they would locate the right one. Soon after, they told us they found a match at another dealership and arranged to bring it over. A few days later, we returned to complete the paperwork. That's when everything changed. The salesperson's attitude was noticeably different. Even my wife pointed out how rushed and dismissive they had become. We felt pressured to sign quickly without the same level of care or transparency shown earlier. Within a few days, I discovered the truck we purchased was actually GAS, NOT DIESEL. The exact opposite of what we had clearly asked for from the start. When I called the dealership to address the mistake, their response was shockingly unprofessional: "What's the difference?" That alone tells you everything you need to know about their level of competence and customer care. The difference is huge! It mattered enough for us to make it clear from day one. Despite this being caught within less than 10 days, and the truck barely being driven. They made no real effort to fix their mistake or make things right. When I'm in the market again, David will be the first person I contact -- and I recommend others do the same. My wife and I drove 106 miles to see a used 2022 Honda Pilot after being told it was still available and that we should come in for a test drive. We even texted updates on our arrival time and asked if a manager could be available to help expedite things when we got there. When we arrived, the original salesperson was tied up and introduced us to David to help. David was friendly, engaging, and thoughtful, and as we walked to the vehicle he made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, before we could even properly look the car over, a manager came out and told us the vehicle had already been sold. That was disappointing after a two-hour drive. The policy was explained, but the tone started to feel more like a lecture than customer care -- so we decided to politely disengage and head back to our car. This is where David truly stood out. David followed us, apologized sincerely, and said, "I want to make this right." He wasn't pushy at all -- just genuinely empathetic and solution-oriented. He offered to find the same vehicle in the same color, stayed in touch, and communicated proactively throughout the process. He texted updates without us having to chase him, responded quickly, and put in real effort over several days to try to acquire the right match. When the vehicle arrived, David immediately sent pictures. Unfortunately, it turned out not to be the color we wanted (and it's possible I mixed up the exact shade originally), so we didn't move forward -- but that doesn't change the point: David's professionalism, integrity, and follow-through were exceptional, especially considering the original issue wasn't even his fault. If you want someone who will treat you with respect, communicate clearly, and genuinely advocate for you, ask for David Gonzalez.

This particular vehicle and really their entire inventory stood out as being well maintained, low-mileage, and priced more competitively than just about anything else I was seeing. I was surprised to see that their Google score was at 4.6 over 200 ratings which seemed impossible given the reputation of car dealerships, but I quickly realized how they earned such a strong rating. At every step of the process from their initial response to my inquiry email, to scheduling a by-appointment-only test drive, to completing financing paperwork, the team at Century was as accommodating, genuine, and low-pressure as any car buying experience I've ever had. Shout out to Du and Scott who helped me and even stayed very late on a Friday to get the credit applications and other paperwork in order. If you're looking for a pre-owned EV at a great price and you also value a no-pressure, transparent buying experience, absolutely check out Century Auto.
