When I offered a refundable $2,000 deposit to hold it while I got it inspected, you personally refused it -- the only deposit you'd take was one that locked me in no matter what I found wrong with the car. That's not a sales process, that's a con. He knew what was going on in my life. It had already come up in his texts with someone close to me before he ever spoke to me directly. He knew I needed a reliable car fast, and your team tried to use that against me anyway. But you refused that deposit, and that refusal is the only reason I didn't take the car. If you'd let me hold it the honest way, I would have committed right there and been stuck with an overpriced, damaged car. Instead I bought a BMW -- a better car no accidents covered in wrap. . UPDATE: So I sent the demand letter and I got no response. I have been in contact with their DMV rep who has been trying to get this taken care of and has been getting me temporary red tags every 3 months. I guess he thought he'd be able to get it done and unfortunately that has not been the case. I am now going on 32 months without a title , license plates, or valid registration. This is because GCC did not do their job and have all the the paperwork they needed in order to sell this car. I am giving one more shout out to Parham to please call me so we can work this out. I want my money back , I'm entitled to penalties up to$7500.00 under CaVehCode 5753. I am willing to let that go if they just give me my money back. This will be my last plea to them. I don't have the time or energy to go thru a lawsuit but I will if I dont hear back from them in 24 hours. The DMV has been unhelpful to me . They dropped the ball and told Parham I was a pain in the ass. I guess Ivy Kim didn't like me or my persistence. Once I'm done with this I will file a complaint with the attorney general. Do not buy a car from here. They are sloppy and inaccurate. I have receipts to prove you will lose money and waste your time. They didn't pay the DMV fees that I signed and paid them for . They out me through so many unnecessary obstacles and sold me a car that was salvaged title but marked as clean title. My insurance is very high now and it took me a week to get insurance coverage. They still let me drive the car off the lot uninsured which I wanted a refund .... I was not interested in the car anymore but they bribed me with a complimentary oil change & car detail and said they can't give me my money so I'm stuck with it. WARNING. This dealership has had complaints with the dmv investigations office. Do not buy from them !!! I will explain my situation On 2022 I purchased a 2003 Chevy corvette from them. They used every shady car salesman tactic they could on me. After signing the contract they asked me to provide a false zip code to secure a loan from a bank.Finally I got fed up and filed a complaint with the DMV INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE. The investigator looked at my case and she told me this dealership has been on her radar due to people making complaints. M235i You guys wasted my time and had me drive an hour out, you want to lie and say the car is in good condition when it isnt and doesnt even have tires. First off he tries to tell me about a higher priced m235i and says its the same car as an M2. These are totally different cars, i had to tell him what differenciates an m235i from an M2. Anyways i set up an appointment to see the car the next day, all of a sudden he calls me an hour before saying someones trying to buy it. Once my appointment time areived he called me saying to come because he got the people to look at another car after they considered insurance cost lol. Once i arrived after an hour drive to look at this car no one greets me for 10 minutes, sales man comes out and says he will help me soon... im not helped until an hour later. This gave me the time to see the valve cover gasket has oil residue, front bumper is not oem and was repainted with overspray on the grilles and after it was poorly repainted it was then hit again. The car had engine modifications THAT I HAD TO SHOW THEM BECAUSE THEY KNOW NOTHING, car is on aftermarket ugly bronze wheels that they tried to tell me were oem from bmw, and the tires were BALD! I tell them all of this and they said they can negotiate a price and understand about tires I told them lets talk number because i know what i am looking at, we went over and some other dude that i have never spoke to all of a sudden takes over and says he isnt going a dollar under, its either full price or nothing, i said cool keep the car and good luck. So, I bought a 2016 Volvo from Marcel, I thought it would be a great commuter car, I even bought the extended warranty...after three payments the car took a shit. I bought it in July, so it went into the shop approximately the beginning of October. All kinds of issues, the air conditioning stopped working, it needed oil on a weekly basis, and the warranty covered NOTHING! had the worst experience of my life I am currently seeking legal matters because I was sold a vehicle that was not working conditions a 2019 Mercedes-Benz coupe which I of the eight on 18 June and by 23 June, the check engine light was on. I the vehicle weekend which they checked and said it was one spark which they changed out not even a week later the check engine light was on again. I went back and they said it was a remaining three spark plugs which they changed out not even a week later after that check engine light is back on. They have ignored all my calls, my text messages. they knew it was spark and still decided not to fix the issue. The guy asked me if they bought the coils and sent them to me so that I can install them if he knew that was the issue. Why didn't they fix it when I was there? These are shady people. I did exactly what my lawyer told me to do to go in there and demand my money back so for whoever is going through the same thing. Please contact your lawyer. Let him know what you're going through. You will need to keep paying this vehicle with full coverage insurance, even if you're not using it. It will take at least six months, but they will buy the vehicle back and pay you everything all the expenses that you had to go through. read more

Don't even bother showing up here, such a waste of your time it's disrespectful. Came here to see a "clean" 2016 M235i and the mileage would lead you to believe that was the case only to arrive after flying from San Diego. Just to see three of four tires have dangerous sidewall damage and one of the tires was flat. The front bumper was scraped from lack of care. Oil leaking from valve cover. Worst part about it was just being lied to about its condition. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and took a loss oh well what do you except. The reviews are the way they are for a reason. Owner came out offered to pay three of the tires and said I'll have to pay for the last one only after I called them out for trying to sell a car with the tires condition telling him he's going to get someone killed selling car like that. These sketchy corner "dealerships" if you can even call them that have a bad rep for a reason. I've been to many dealerships and this one takes the cake for being the worst. If you read my other reviews you will see I hardly ever give a bad review so it took me a lot of disrespect to write this. I came here to look at and potentially purchase a convertible car. I came in looking like a mess in my scrubs after my hospital shift. Daniel was the person who "helped" me. I asked him if I could test drive the convertible, he looked me up and down and first he said they were about to close which it surprised me since it was only 5:30 pm and the website says they close at 7:00p. he then said: "are you buying cash or financing?" I said: "part cash and part financing" he then looked me up and down once again and said: " let's get you pre-approved first". I asked :"I need to get pre-approved first in order to test drive?" He nodded and I said no, bc that will affect my credit. He then walked away. The treatment I got from Daniel was unacceptable to any human being. Little did he know that I actually came to buy a car with cash. I have never been treated this poorly before. I will make sure every single one of my Cardiologist colleagues know to NEVER set foot a here. A message to the owners: Daniel if he is new Or one of the owners needs to rethink his decision making.
