    If you're looking to make a purchase on a quality used car, that comes with outstanding customer service, you have found the place. I was in the market for a Chevrolet Corvette C5, and upon checking Khodas Cars inventory I was blown away to see that they had several generations of Corvettes in their inventory. I made the long drive to Gilroy to view the car I was interested in and I had the pleasure to be assisted by two great gentlemen, Patrick and Paige. My personal situation had a few challenges to purchase a car, the reason being I have a car I needed to sell before being able to purchase the Corvette from Khodas Cars. They of course gladly offered to take it on trade, unfortunately, based on the outstanding balance of my current finance loan, I had no choice but to sell my car to clear my funds and credit to be able to finance the beautiful Corvette from Khodas Cars inventory. Patrick and Paige were absolutely understanding and went above & beyond to help me work with my challenging situation, they even set aside my dream Corvette that I chose from their inventory for two months to help facilitate the purchase of my Corvette. I could not believe that there was a dealership that would actually help out a customer this much, I was absolutely honored. Patrick and Paige were understanding, patient informative, and caring about true customer service, the kind of customer service that is getting harder and harder to find now on days. Honestly, in my 40 years of purchasing vehicles, I have never had a better experience. I would like to thank Patrick and Paige for being outstanding customer service representatives, but I specially want to thank them for carrying more about gaining a customer, than making a fast sale. I will return to Khodas Cars for my next vehicle purchase, 100%! My drive to Gilroy was long, but well worth it, because knowing how great these guys are and how well they treated me, I would gladly drive 3, 4, 5 times the distance to experience the customer service I had the pleasure to experience at Khodas Cars. Thank you, Patrick and thank you Paige, you Gentlemen ROCK!

    Short review: Khodas Cars is fantastic! Great inventory at great prices, and Page and Pat are wonderful to work with! Longer version: my parents recently lost their home in the Eaton fire, and my Dad, who is disabled, lost his wheelchair van. Khodas Cars had a fantastic wheelchair ramp Toyota Sienna available at a great price. I stopped by to check out the car and met Pat and Page, who both were super friendly and accommodating. I'm a car guy, and I enjoyed talking with Page about some of the fun sports car inventory he had on the lot. He told me some of the things he looks for when selecting inventory to make sure he gets quality cars, and it shows. The van was super clean and well cared for, and so much of the other inventory on the lot left me with the same impression. They have a really nice selection of Corvettes as well. I was really happy with the van and decided to come back with my wife a few days later to buy it and drive it off. There were no high pressure sales tactics or hidden fees. Everything was super straightforward and Page and Pat made it clear they wanted to make sure the van was right for our needs. Everything else would take care of itself. We came back, test drove it, wrote a check, and drove it off, and now my Dad has his mobility back that he lost when his previous van burned. I couldn't be more appreciative for Page, Pat, and Khodas Cars. Thank you!

    5 Stars, so lucky to have found Khodas Cars!!! I NEVER write reviews, but Pat certainly deserves one! This was my first time buying a car and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. There's a stereotype of "used car salesmen" and I was expecting to be utterly swindled. I needed a car though so what else is there to do. So I just choose this place because the reviews made it sound trustworthy even though it's 2 hours CalTrain from where I live. The reviews here were stellar; far better than other places (which have like 2 stars). I felt comfortable enough that within 10 seconds I told Pat I knew nothing of cars and financing. Generally not a good idea to say when buying a car, but he did not take advantage of that at all. He was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions and wanted to make sure I understood everything! He didn't try to sell me a more expensive car, add on misc fees, etc. He was completely transparent and wanted to make sure I made the right decision. This was the biggest purchase I've made in my life, but felt completely comfortable! No anxiety at any point during the process I've had the car for a few days now and it's like new!! It runs better than newer cars I've tried in the past. I don't think there's any secret to this besides hard work and knowledge (they also seem to specialize in Priuses). I could already see myself looking at the car, but Pat decided to wipe it down/clean it again while I finished paperwork. There's no quirks at all, no funny sounds, the carfax are super in-depth. Feel like I really lucked out! Thank you Pat for being so kind during my first car purchase! Can't express how much I've enjoyed the freedom of my own car and really appreciate how professional, hard-working, and knowledgeable you were. Love my Prius! (You'll notice a towel beneath the bow because Pat didn't want to scratch the car haha)

    Spending money that is hard earned and has been saved up is not easy. My stepdad is a veteran and he has had one job after the military which he retired but never owned a car that didn't break down within the first year of owning it. So this purchase was huge for him. Cars are so expensive and yet such a high necessity. One of the things we should count on when making these kind of decisions is being able to trust the person that's guiding you. We had such a positive intuition about Pat after the first conversation with him. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. He was able to answer all of our questions. Of course we already knew what we wanted going into the dealership. We knew what we were going to pay because the price was posted on the website along with all the information you could possibly want to know about the car and it's history. Pat was so kind helping us make sure my moms wheelchair would fit in the car that we wanted. He was so considerate of so many details it was comforting and refreshing. We are so happy that my step dad bought this car today. He is more than deserving of such. Thank you Pat for everything and for going above and beyond to help us with buying this car.     They are rude and not willing to negotiate... very undermining staff. As bad as I wanted the car I didn't buy due to their rudeness.

Within the first five (5) days of her taking possession of the vehicle, multiple material issues arose, including a non-functioning blinker and several dashboard warning lights illuminating. These defects raise serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and whether it was properly inspected or disclosed. The vehicle was also sold to her at a price significantly above market value, particularly given its high milage and the immediate mechanical concerns. When she contacted Salinas Auto Sales, she was initially told to bring in the vehicle in for a "recall". After independently verifying her VIN, there was no recall associated with the vehicle. She was then given a different explanation-that the issue was related to an out-of-state title transfer-which is inconsistent with the vehicles recent California registration history (2025). At this point, she asked what the options were for all these concerns to be addressed. In addition to these concerns, there were discrepancies in the sales documentation. Her trade-in was not initially reflected on the contract, and the purchase of the warranty was not properly documented at the time of signing. I had to tell her to go back and have the contract revised and resigned to be valid. I also told her to get a copy of her warranty documents which they originally did not present to her. These omissions are significant and should have been clearly and accurately disclosed. When she attempted to ask reasonable follow-up questions and seek clarification, the owner became rude and dismissive. She also experienced comments that she perceived as degrading and inappropriate, including statements implying that she was only sold the vehicle because of who she was accompanied by at the time of purchase. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, she did not experience transparency, accuracy, or a good-faith effort to resolve legitimate concerns after the sale. Based on her experience, she questions the dealerships sales practice, documentation accuracy and customer service. I strongly encourage prospective buyers to independently verify vehicle condition, pricing, VIN history, and all contract terms before completing a purchase with them. As a result, we are currently reviewing her consumer protection rights related to this transaction and will be filing a formal complaint to the California DMV Investigations unit.

I am 31 yrs old & I never had the opportunity to purchase a new-used vehicle. My last vehicle was 95' Ford F-150 that I had for 8 yrs. It was time for an upgrade that was within my means. I will say that my credit score was shitty. & Mando was able to insure me that with $3,000 down payment he would be able to get me approved with a $452 payment. I knew what I was getting into with not having a co-signer. The same day when I took it home, I noticed a chip in the windshield on the passenger side and I also noticed that the breaks were squeeking. So I called Mando and told him the issue. He reassured me that he would discuss it with the owner of the dealership and make sure I was taken care of. Today marks exactly one month and I just picked up my Tahoe from them after dropping off last week to do repairs to the breaks and windshield. Come to find out that there was a bad sensor in which they also replaced. I also want share that they did provide me with a loaner vehicle while the were making repairs to my Tahoe. All and All, if you have bad credit or no credit and are looking for a vehicle pay Salinas Auto a visit.

Can I call you back" 5 minutes later texted my partner back "Hey bud my apologies I didn't realize you were Jamie's boyfriend I thought you were telemarketer you can give me a call back if you're available" He and my partner play phone tag for about a week as my partner was working crazy hours, but would always call Sal back once he realized he missed a call. January 2nd, Sal called my partner to check in, and left a voicemail. My partner calls him back a couple hours later after he got off work. Sal doesn't answer, but sends him a text of "I'll call you back" Well...it's been 3 months and we haven't heard a thing since. If The Car Consultants decided we weren't good enough clients from the get go, even though I've done business with Sal before, I wish he would've said something. Instead he left us in limbo, and made ME look like an idiot for recommending Car Consultants. Test drive and decision support * I needed a couple of visits to finalize my decision, and they didn't pressure me. Instead, they offered a demo drive, which was the turning point for me. * The overall experience at Tesla Gilroy stood head and shoulders above other locations I visited. Team and guest experience * Josephine and Yash were amazing, and the entire team contributed to a fantastic experience. * I brought my nine-year-old daughter along, and Benji went out of his way to help her feel involved in the process. Few things for…read morea very expensive transaction that I feel should've been accommodated as a consumer. 1.) zero flexibility on referral. Clearly showed that I was a referral prior to purchasing the car and that I tried to use the link. Even through the in-app chat they said I would receive it but in store they were either incompetent or unable to make the referral happen. $500+ worth of lost discounts here that I rightfully qualified for. 2.) zero flexibility on college student discount. I have proof of being a college student. Nonetheless they were unable to apply $1k discount as stated in their website. Now we're at $1.5k worth in losses. 3.) car came with a unremovable scuff on the driver seat. Tesla service later replaced the seat at no cost to me but this took an entire day of mine and about a month of having this scuff to resolve. When purchasing a brand new vehicle this just doesn't make sense to me. I feel like purchasing a car is one of the magical life milestones that should be exciting and perfect. Instead it felt frustrating and that things could've been taken care of better on Tesla's sales side.
