I went to ask if they had a front bumper for my 1970 f100 and the young man Junior at the desk gave me a price on a new bumper and an option for an original one. He said they could get it from San Jose within 3 days and it was half the price of a new one. I ended up buying the original used bumper and was happy that I was able to find it. He's there ready to work!! All the other guys Look mad!! Lol!! Every time I walk in they put their head down, look at the computer or whatever and ignore me. They make me feel uncomfortable each time I walked in there. Yes I'm a women Yes I know some things about parts and repairs. To state right away I ordered the wrong part. On me 100%. Earlier in the day I stopped by and was told I could return the part as long as it was in the original package and a 20% restock fee was charged. Not a big deal. I returned home repackaged the part and brought it back. Got back to the store and the story had changed, now I could only get store credit. I tried to shop local and got burned. Rock Auto had the same part for less than half of what I payed. Live and learn. read more

They left huge gaps in the rubber sealant on my windshield. This caused a ton of rain to leak through in the driver and passenger areas. There is water everywhere inside the van ruining the headliner all over electrical components and everything. I called alpha and they do not want to take responsibility since there was rust on the vehicle.. The fact that there was rust on the vehicle has nothing to do with the fact that they did not put sealant in a lot of areas on the windshield. They left large caps in the sealant everywhere and did not even attempt to make it waterproof. They even charged me extra for some sort of rust treatment. But when I called in all they wanted to do was charge me to remove the windshield and put it in again after I've already paid them almost $400 read more

By far the worst experience I ever had. I had my windshield replaced a few weeks ago and the very first rain the whole inside of my car was soaked. I took it in to get it fixed and when I picked it up the Manager came out and said it was just a pin hole. I call bullsh*t on his response. Especially when you have an inch of rain in your cup holders and water is pouring out of your sunglass holder. Another thing the Manager needs to do is go back to school to learn how to talk to customers. Don't come out like some tuff guy thinking you're going to intimidate your customers and they will be ok with it. read more

Need a new windshield? Run to Aloha!! So easy and helpful. I had my car at the dealership for some other work and thought they could fix the windshield too.. the quote was almost $1500! I complained to a friend who suggested I get a quote from alpha. Less than $400 later I have a new windshield thanks to Alpha and their amazing staff! The guys were all so helpful. I called multiple times with questions while at the dealer and they answers them all. Made an appointment for the next day and they had it fixed within hours. I could have had 4 cars fixed at Aloha for the same price that the dealer wanted. Moral of the story go to Alpha and I love that it's a locally owned business. read more

Alpha Distributors owner, his place could be the worst experience you can ever experience, specially with his person Edward Padilla, his person is the most un-educated and bad trained person I ever seen, he started screaming at me with high authority when I requested to double check his work on installing a couple of step-bars in my brother in law's 4×4, we need his steps in order to facility our 90 years old grandma to be able to climb into the Jeep that it's too high for her, even that we explained the reason why we needed to upgrade the jeep for a human purpose the same person Mr. Padilla clearly mentioned on not really care of our needs, stead, the step installed in our jeep was installed on a way that it was rubbing and damaging the rear wheels!!! We asked them to fix it!! However they refused to do so!! They wanted to charge us aditional 400 dollars just to look at it and "attempt" to fix it without any promisses or warranty good results!!! Please do not go to this place my brother in law and I expent 3 hours fixing their work, they are nasty, un-professional and irresponsible, specially mr. Edward Padilla, I fell sorry for The owner who was so stup....on hiring people like that, by the way, Mr. Padilla said he was the business owner when asked him about his position. The employees at Alpha Distributors were very accommodating to me. I was driving and of course, a rock hit my windshield, causing a small dime-sized star to form. I called a bunch of window repair places like StarLite (which btw, don't hold your breath if you need an emergency fix... they are super overpriced even with a promo code, and rarely take in same day appointments). I called Alpha Distributors asking them if they can see me and repair my windshield and they were able to do so right away. I waited in the lounge because they told me that it would take at least 30 minutes. What was nice was that it ended up taking less than 15 total! The cost wasn't half bad either - $60 + tax. I would definitely recommend Alpha Distributors for anyone who needs a quick window fix. Make sure you call ahead and ask if they're available! read more

I wasn't concerned with the initial bid from the competition so I scheduled the repair for Saturday. I had a few days before the appointment so I researched some local shops and called Alpha Distributors and got an appointment for Tuesday with an unbeatable quote. Alpha fit me in to replace my majorly cracked windshield the same day and did the job while I waited. They treated me like a human being and made me feel welcome. They did all that for roughly half the cost of the jingle company I called first, the one whose voice mail directed me to their website and hung up on me. Very disappointed with the service and staff. I called on this establishment to install 2 medium sized windows in a front end loader. I had asked to receive a quote before they went out to do the job. I was told they would call once they arrived at the job to give me a price. The next phone call I received was to collect payment on a 1700$ bill. Mind you, the glass was purchased from Caterpillar so this bill was for labor. In my past experience with other glass shops this is typically a 4hr job. We have a very large fleet of hundreds of pieces of equipment and will not ever be using this company for their services. read more

Took my sons truck in on Wednesday the 12th of January 2022 to get some rust repaired under the windshield, since it was leaking when it rained.They were going to pop out windshield, do the rust repair, and reinstall the windshield. They told me that old windshield might crack and it did, no big deal they called my son told him it would be eighty dollars more and he ok'ed the work and everything was taken care of. The next morning my son was taking his kids to school and the blower motor on the heater was making a noise like something was hitting the fan. I called alpha and spoke with Manny, I told him what was happening, and he told me to bring it in and that they would blow it out. Since son was driving the truck Thursday I brought it back in on Friday. When I brought it in I was talking with Raul the guy sitting inside the door when you first walk in, and another guy came from the back who was an older white guy with glasses who I told what was going on. We walked out to my sons truck and he turned on the truck and fan and he said it nothing that they had done would cause this issue, and that the blower motor is going out. He then started talking about how he's been in the business for over 30 years and said for sure the motor is bad. I reiterated that the heater was working fine beforehand and questioned if something could've been dropped into the vents when they were working on the windshield causing the fan to stop spinning which made the heater stop working. He disagreed and we went back and forth another few minutes but the guy was ignorant!!! Sunday the 16th my son took the heater apart and found black rubber from seal along with metal pieces that was pinching the fan and stopped it from spinning. He took pictures and placed what we found in a zip lock bag, reinstalled the blower motor and guess what, it is working fine. Yesterday the 17th we went back to Alpha with the zip lock bag and pictures to show that it wasn't a bad motor but that something had fell in the heater vent. I was talking with Raul again when Mr. Ignorant came from back again, and resumed saying that they did nothing wrong, and said what does the windshield have to do with the heater? I showed him the pictures, the zip lock bag and tried to explain how it probably fell in when they were working on the windshield and he became very rude and defensive and said that was not from them. Again, the heater worked before we brought it to you, and again after the stuff was removed from the blower motor he said was broken. I asked what he would be willing do for my son since he paid almost $290.00 for windshield work. He flat out told me he's not refunding me a dime since it not their fault. He was such as jerk and became verbally aggressive and yelled at customer (me ) like he actually thought I was scare ! No I was not scare by his yelling but you just don't do that to customers . Was calling around yesterday for quotes regarding a windshield replacement and this was my third and final quote with the best price. Was able to make an appointment for today and was told when I got there it would be about an hour and a half. I ended up calling for a ride and by the time I was getting picked up my vehicle was ready to go. All in all best price and my wait time ended up being half what I was told. Also the couches in the waiting room might not be the prettiest but they sure are comfortable. Its a hit and miss with these guys. I had a windshield installed buy them a few years back and it came out perfect. The second time was not good at all. Installer could not reassemble the parts and broke my winshield plastic cover. The winshield makes alot of wind noise now and they refuse to do anything about it. I set up a appointment 2 weeks in advanced with the manager to have it repaired, but when i showed up he had never set it up and i lost a day from work. I had a bad experience with this place. I had called one day to let them know my car window controller was'nt working as the window wastn going up or down as I push the command button. I told them I can hear the click as I push the button but the window wont move. The guy who was helping me on the phone said he knew what the problem was and he scheduled me an appointment to get it fixed as he will order a new motor. Turns out that after like 1 hour and a half of waiting on their waiting room, one of the guys in the front comes to tell me that the issue was'nt fixed as the motor was'nt the problem, that instead it was the power switch box controler and that they will have to order one for me and come back if I wanted it fixed. The guy a the front apologized and told me I still needed to pay him for the labor before I leave and that I will have to tell him if I want to order the correct part or not. ....... realy????, I did'nt want to be a bad customer and be rude, instead, I will never go back to them again and instead, I would put a negative review as a result. Total douche bags at front counter. I ordered a bumper and signal lights for my truck about 6 years ago. When the parts arrived, the bumper didn't fit. They ordered the correct one and exchanged it for the wrong one. No problem. Then the lights didn't fit the new bumper. They took the lights back and would not refund my money (I paid cash BTW). They said they could only give me store credit. I never went back to use my credit. I just took the hit and vowed to never go back. Horrible service and crappy quality Taiwan replacement parts. This is a true example of "You get what you pay for". These people have no regard for a customers time, or convenience. It a very, very fitting that they share a property with a used car lot, because that is about the same level of integrity that you will be extended once they have your money. Honoring an appointment means absolutely nothing to these people; they will make you wait excessive periods of time and keep telling you "it's almost ready" then when you go check on your vehicle after two hours you discover they haven't even started working on it! Excuse, after excuse, after excuse!!!! The guys that work there throw eachother under the bus to pass on blame, but never take responsibility. This happened twice!
