As you can see, these lights dont take 2 hours to install. Just plug the end and screw in the bulb.

This happened years ago. I'm talking 2018-2019. I had a Mazda CX5 and the lights I attached i bought there. Forgot how much I paid but I think it was around $250. I went back a few months after I bought them to get replaced because the lights stopped working. They replaced them free of charge which was great. However, I took them back again in a few months because they stopped working. They refused to replace them again and instead offered to sell me a different style of lights for over $700. I couldn't believe the price for two headlights for a 2016 Mazda CX5. I didn't buy them and when I left I researched the different lights that fit my car and found that same model, maybe not brand, but the same style lights on not just Amazon but direct from other dealers from anywhere between $20 - $50. I was outraged that they would try to take advantage of me like that and left them a honest review of my experience. Which was a bad one. It wasn't personal, it was an honest review of my experience. The owner Gabe didn't like that and take me down and found out where I worked. He went to my work twice to try to talk to me about my review. At the time all his reviews were 5 stars. Which now made sense to me cause he was talking and bribing people to remove the bad reviews. Well when he talked to me he talked to me for around 15 minutes and told me his whole life story and tried his best to try to get me to feel sorry for him. He said that a review like that could really hurt his business and he has people that depend on him and then finally he said he could detail my car or put tints on my car for free if I took it down. So if you're wondering why all the 5 start reviews now you know why. And Gabe, don't try to find me again please. Learn from your mistakes and from the reviews you get.

After a few years tint from grease monkey

Reached out to this company and did not get a response via Yelp, website or email. Would not recommend at all. My sister had some tints by them a few years back and wanted to see what the warranty was since tints were wrinkling and having no longer in good condition.

Car being quoted $800 for a tint

Anybody considering coming here. Please take your business to literally ANY other tint shop in town. The owner is a scammer point blank. I used to work here and left when I finally realized how fraudulent he is & because he refused to pay me my bonuses/compensate me for the hours I was working. I am the "Lily" with the only glowing reviews on here. My aunt went to him and got quoted $800 for this car. P.s any tint anyone has ever purchased over $300 was scammed. He only puts one tint on all the card regardless of how much you pay and the supposed "quality tint" you're paying for. (I found this out way too late) I almost started a lawsuit against him. But I was only 24/25 at the time still trying to get my life together. Till this day anytime I see any old customers of mine I apologize to them and implore them to never go back. (Most of them don't. Some others had the displeasure of unfortunately still having to deal with him because of ongoing work like Donald V) anyway. Go to the tint shop for all your tint necessities: Osvaldo will get you right!

Hands down, THEE BEST place to go! I purchased my very first baby and I wanted the best. I did days and days of research for window tinting places from San Francisco all the way to King City. 1. This is Gabe's shop. He owns this. And he personally greeted me, asked about my car, and gave me his opinion and suggestions. I don't know much about cars, and I barely knew anything about tinting. He was non-judgemental and nice enough to explain things to me. 2. They had cars out front with different types of tint and different shades of tint. It was really cool to be able to sit in the cars and experience being in the driver seat and figure out which tint I liked. 3. Gabe gave me an estimate of 2 hours and he did it quicker than that. Did I mention they have a "shuttle" and were nice enough to drop me off at home while I waited? That was great. 4. My car looks AH-MAZING. Looks completely different! Quick notes: - Go here. Don't go anywhere else. - This place is great. - Come here they're great!

Contacted Gabe to detail my 2011 Yukon XL because my kids are slobs and my dog sheds like crazy. He answered all my questions and contacted me after hours to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. I wasn't able to get the clay bar detail this time, but very satisfied with the interior detail and wax. Although I couldn't afford to get everything I wanted, he threw in a few things, which I really appreciated!! Lastly, he also provided a courtesy car since I needed to head to work and pick up the kiddos. Before I left, he invited me and my family so our kids can play, and to come over for a bbq and have a few beers! Definitely overall a great experience! Thanks, Gabe and Lorena!

As a birthday surprise for my wonderful son in law Wunsa, we decided to have his 2015 Dodge Charger windows tinted and the car detailed. As an excuse to have Wunsa's car for the day I asked to borrow it so I could take my car into the dealership (on his birthday!). Lorena was so accommodating to fit in the car although their calendar was full through September, nonetheless they accommodated us. When we brought it in I met Lorena's other half Gabriel, and we hit it off, he was thorough in explaining what work was going to be performed. They were both so hospitable while inside their office. Although, it took longer to perform the work we were assured they were going to complete the work, however it would not be ready til after closing hours. I had to tell Wunsa that I had found something wrong with his car and had to take it into the garage. I explained it was going to take longer because the part was being delivered. When the car was ready we all went to pick it up and the look on Wunsa's face was so enjoyable, we all felt sympathetic joy! He was so surprised and happy. The work performed by Grease Monkey was beyond reproach of the highest workmanship and care. You can tell that the workers take pride in their work product. I will be telling anyone who is looking for quality workmanship and craftsmanship to patronize Grease Monkey and ask for Gabe. They do more than tinting windows and detailing. Go in and check out all their services. Thank you Grease Monkey for being a highly reputable business in Salinas.

I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

I had a really disappointing experience with Real Bros Auto Pros…read more I scheduled an appointment to have my window tint removed and replaced. This wasn't a small inconvenience--I took a full day off work (costing me about $700), drove over an hour to get there, and spent a good amount on gas since my car gets terrible mileage. When I arrived, I spoke with Alejandro--the same person who set up my appointment. After looking at my car, he refused to do the job. What really frustrated me was his reasoning: he admitted they are not capable of installing tint without leaving dirt, dust, or debris under the film. That completely contradicts what he told me when I first booked. I specifically asked about the quality of their installs, and he assured me they had zero tolerance for dirt or debris. That's the only reason I trusted them with the appointment. So I lost a day of income, time, and travel expenses for nothing. To make matters worse, Alejandro said he would Zelle me $100 to help cover the wasted trip and inconvenience. That never happened. Bottom line: poor communication, wasted time, and broken promises. I would strongly recommend finding a shop that is upfront about their capabilities and respects your time.

When I picked up my car and inspected the work, I noticed that every single window had scratches on the tint. I understand that tint installation requires tools to remove air and bubbles, but the amount of scratching on each window was excessive. I pointed the scratches out, and the installer even tried wiping them with a microfiber cloth, but it was obvious they were on the tint itself. Instead of fully addressing the issue, I was asked when I could come back based on their availability rather than mine. Another issue was pricing. I was quoted $250 over the phone, but when I arrived, the price became $260 plus an additional $5 credit card fee. I didn't argue about it and paid the $265 because I've used this shop before and had good experiences. I brought the car back on Friday to have the issues corrected. I explained that all of the windows had scratches, but no one really inspected them with me or asked me to point out the problem areas. They only replaced two windows, while the rest still have visible scratches and bubbles. There are also some areas with bubbles and a few corners that don't appear to have been cut cleanly. I've used this shop in the past with all my vehicles and recommend it and was happy with the results, which is why this experience is so disappointing. Right now, I'm waiting a few more weeks to see if some of the remaining imperfections settle as the tint cures. However, if the scratches, bubbles, and cut corners remain, I'll have to bring the car back again. At this point, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the work and the customer service. I paid for a professional tint job and expected much better attention to detail. I'm hoping they make it right, but based on this experience, I don't plan on returning in the future.
