The work they did on my car was great, but they somehow disconnected my rear view camera. To fix a scratch (nothing dented) it was $660.00. I asked them to fix it and they straight up refused. They said they could refer me to an electrician. I reiterated that the camera was working when I brought it in. They then said "maybe we shouldn't have washed it". I already felt the cost was ridiculous, but then not to fix what they broke was very disappointing. read more

My car was in a collision, I was referred to by my family to get my car fixed from a guy named Victor (owner) and he's son (mr gives a big talk but doesn't do any walking with it). I had them take a look at my car for an estimate for my insurance to pay out an auto body of my choice what the damages cost. The son spoke the whole time while Victor basically observed. He didn't cut in once when he's son was talking and he's son wouldn't stop talking about what he was gonna help me with, do for me, how he was gonna take care of everything with the insurance so I didn't have to. Well some people talk a good game. The son Manny also promised me a estimate and also the email copy to AAA showing the cost of my damages. Well a week went by and I still found nothing in my email and no Calls from Manny or Victor in regards to my car estimate. I called that day a week later and asked Manny if he could send me the car estimate because he told me he was going to email AAA snd cc me on the email and I would have an estimate copy. Manny immediately became defense and told me "I never told you anything". Which is funny cuz like I said he couldn't stop talking when he was looking at/ taking pics of my car and all of a sudden he's arguing with me about how he never sent me my estimate and apparently according to mr. dementia never said anything about emailing me my estimate. Then I thought maybe he's dad has I'm sure seen this behavior before and would be understanding. So I hung up the phone with Manny and called back when the owner Victor was their. He totally watched and heard everything he's son said that day and when I called I'm not sure what he's son told him but I was calling to let Victor know about he's son behavior and why I would not going to them anymore. Victor again said he would send me an estimate. As the day went on and my email still to this day a few days later never got the estimate I went down to the shop had someone on the phone the whole time listening to how the conversations went so that I could have a back up person to testify for me to my father who thinks Victor and he's son do people right. Which I've now heard from several people they both are dirty at what they do. That's three people now I've heard this from. I will bad mouth their shop all day long hoping a soul never steps foot in this again . But I'm a good women and even though I want to I'll let karma take care of them cuz it's a full course circle and it always always comes back. The estimate on paper was $13000 which is crazy I had maybe two scratches on my car! Money hungry can we say? Fucken liars and thief's. Wrong chick to do dirty and they did. I'm so happy my car isn't being done their! Thank god! Oh btw the estimate from my car insurance is about a $1000 so where was Victor and Manny going to do with the other $12000?
