So the reviews prior are spot on. My 4Runner had an altercation requiring replacing the fender, trim, etc., and paint. David Pineada (sp?) was attentive, thorough, and explained the complete process and the reasoning behind each step. No upsells, and used OEM parts as well. It was a three day job just prior to Thanksgiving, and the work was exemplary. But what set them apart was the detail oriented service - on drop off, they were prepared with a packet for the truck - no hand-written scribbles etc. Upon pickup, David called and offered to come pick me up! Another step out of the ordinary. But the kicker was that the truck was not washed - but detailed! Washed, waxed tires and rims, interior vacuumed and wiped down. Impressive. Summary and details below. David and his team did an incredible job on repairing and customizing my 2020 Ford F-150. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and quality!! Now for the story. I rolled my lifted truck over at a low rate of speed with cosmetic damage. The truck day on its side for 24 hours thus fluids being leaked out. I took the vehicle to another body shop and they determined I needed a new transmission, etc etc etc to the point that the insurance company salvaged my truck with 22k miles on it and a ton of upgrades. I called David and brought him the truck. He was surprised that it was totalled and reassured me that the truck could be repaired and that the only issue with the transmission was low fluid. He was correct! Not only did they do an amazing repair at a 1/3 of the cost as the other shops estimate he was also right about the transmission! And we changed the color! Which turned out amazing! My car had a lot of micro scratches, door dings and two visible panel bends, and prepping to sell it, I thought it would be a good investment to get rid of most of the cosmetic eyesores and make the photos more attractive. I'll be honest I knew there would be SOME improvement and was always conscience of not getting perfection back, but I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly and impressively surprised. They got out 95% of the micro scratches and swirl marks, popped out the panels and dings etc, and by the end of the day, only one of the deeper scratches was noticeable and one ding was too angular not to be popped out cleanly. But all things considered that it was a "paint less repair", it was beautiful work. Súper professionally done. To top it off, they cleaned the outside, inside, -to include the fabric seats- and even scented the car with some cherry coke smell tabs. My favorite lol! I highly recommend these guys. I was referred to Delcas I am business owner in Gonzales, who takes the company vehicles to this shop. My vehicle has gotten a lot of dents and things in it throughout the years and it was time to take care of it. The owner Augustine met me personally and I showed him the work I needed done and he said it would be no problem. I came in a few days later to pick my vehicle up and it was legitimately as good as the first day I bought it. They polished the rims like a mirror, got the scratches out, repaired a quarter panel and matched a very specialized paint. Not to mention the quality work on the body itself, but their employee Murphy detailed the vehicle beautifully! And lastly, I spoke with David. When I returned a week later for a part they had to order, and he was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Personally, I am someone who treats Zantey (my car) like a baby. My car had been crashed into while parked by a Tesla on auto drive.
