My mother's car needed a repair to the side rear after backing into a delivery truck lift. We got a quote from a traditional body shop and The Mobile Dent Guy. Guy explained the process and what it would take to complete the work. He did not talk down to us. He was very thorough in explaining what would be required, how long it would take, how long she would be without a car during the painting process and was very accommodating. His quote was less than the body shop and he was very transparent in what would be needed. We chose Guy and he did an outstanding job and even took less time than quoted. My experience with Guy is the best I've ever had when it comes to my cars. I got in a fender bender a few months ago and gave Guy a call. Guy is great, I promised him that I'd write him a review because he astonished me with the quality work he did on my car. In the Safeway parking lot in PG I received a significant ding/dent to my rear right passenger door of my 2015 BMW 3 series sedan. I never thought that it would actually look the same again, I gave him a call to see what he would say. We met up a day later and he told me the cost and suggested that it wasn't really so bad and that I could probably live with it because it would be a shame to sustain another dent to the car and then need him again down the line. However, it was my first dent and it was glaring to me. I believed it significantly lessened the value of my car. I procured his services. Just two days later he was able to come out to my house and he fixed it in a few hours. He's a perfectionist and an artist who couldn't bring himself to put down the brush. I was stunned, it was like it never happened. To him it wasn't ever going to be perfect enough, he showed me from the angle of looking down the side of the vehicle how the light still reflects off of it differently then it should've before, but to me (and the uninitiated) it was as good as new. And before the end, he used this product from 3M, I don't know what it was but it's was some sort of miracle goo, and he buffed out a light side scrape that he noticed on my car, and it was also like that never happened. My girlfriend's car was hit in a parking lot (with no note left of course) and had a massive dent on her rear bumper. The bumper paneling was also pulled out about a 1/2 inch due to the dent. Guy was able to repair it in less than 3 hours with NO visible sign of an actual dent and the paneling back to new. The only visible sign of some damage is the cracks in the clear coat, which Guy can also repair through re-painting (we opted out of this for now). Guy was responsive, fast, approachable, and did a killer job. The only unfortunate thing is that more people have not reviewed him on here. read more

More impressive is how Guy is so flexible and responsive when it comes to meeting you for an estimate, explaining the options, providing an estimate on the spot, easy scheduling to include flexible location. Guy has now done work on a Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda Accord and Mini Cooper. Guy is like an artist and takes a true passion in his business and his 100% focus on doing what the customer wants - no more no less. His estimates usually include a 'basic job estimate' and a 'just like new' (if possible) estimate. This is what customer's want - choice. Guy is a very professional no BS technician. From first introduction, he was very honest and upfront in explaining every situation is different and the outcome can vary depending on extent and material. I own a 2017 Ford f450 and dented my tailgate backing my trailer into our space. If your not familiar with the newer ford, the are made from high strength military grade aluminum and very difficult to repair. Not like steel traditional car/truck bodies. First of all he came on a Sunday. Not very many would do the same. To be honest I thought he wouldn't be able to fix it since my truck was made from aluminum. I left him alone to tackle the task at hand and after about an hour of working his magic he did what he does, fix the dent!! I recommend Guy for all your dent woes.
