The finished paint results had running paint drips appearance on the bottom passenger door, and not smooth looking paint. Also when they returned my car after putting it back together one of the tires was NOT installed correctly! I drove the car with the Tire bolts very loose, that the tire could have easily came off!! Then, I noticed that the rubber trim molding from under the hood was never replace.... I mentioned it to them and they had no excuse as to why it never got replaced and they said they would call me back to get it done but I never got a call back. From intake at the front desk to the estimate, every aspect was well communicated, professional, and low stress. I feel that they have been honest with me about costs, warning me about any potential additional problems which might develop and always getting my permission before proceeding if they occur. I haven't had any problems with any of the work they've done for me. And it's been done within the time frame stated, usually less than one day at the shop. I may remember his name wrong but I think it is Keith, who does the business is pleasant to work with and will point out any additional problems he notices while doing the work but does not pressure to have him fix them. One thing to keep in mind is that you will have to provide your own transportation once you drop off your car at their shop, and to pick it up once it's done. I know I have saved thousands of dollars over having had this work done at a dealers or other shops. I am a cheapskate DIYer but when I decide to have a real mechanic fix my car I first check out Superior Auto.
