They alerted me to things I should do very soon, ie. an oil change and tire nail fix. Luckily I knew about those things and already had an appointment at a tire store the next day, but it's nice to know they do a general quick inspection to make sure things are good. When I got back for the pickup the mechanic was test driving the vehicle, also a sign of a good mechanic shop. The bill was exactly what I was quoted and I was happy with the price. I feel like it was a good value for getting done what I could not do myself. I think some of us, like myself, have a mechanic friend, but I chose to go here because I wanted it done right and I trust they do it right. The car i took in for service was a family van and we need it to work right and to be reliable. I don't know if everyone feels like I do that these days you always have to fight to get things done right or be prepared for something wrong or to cost extra or whatever but this was simple. Tell them what I need done, drop it off, pay for it and pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised there were no hickups.

Service was very nice :)…read more Spoke to the owner a day before about what kind of brake repair I wanted and gave me a quick rundown of the options. I opted for the gold ceramic pads for $480 all-together. Communication and service was quick and efficient, and the repair took about 50 minutes. The owner was kind and agreed to do the service at an open area which was preferred. At the end, they let me drive around the lot for a bit to test out the new brakes. Additionally, I appreciate them for not probing at other car parts or insisting on buying more on top of the service I originally asked for. Everything went smoothly, thank you :D

With her 2 cats and a bird. We suspected her battery needed replacing. Alfonso was very busy. He made time to look at Sarah's vehicle. By 4:00pm her car was fixed and she was on her way! I was traveling through town and my battery died when I tried to start my car in the hotel in the morning. I called this repair shop because I needed my battery replaced quickly, so I could get back on the road. When I first spoke to the lady, she said that she could have a battery that fit my car, delivered to the shop in under an hour and they could install it right away. This sounded like a good solution. I went to the shop, they took out the old battery and the lady said the battery was on its way and should be there soon. I went to get lunch nearby and returned an hour later. To my surprise, there was no battery in my car. I asked the lady what was going on and she said there was some mix up with the battery supplier and the battery was never sent. She said it was the suppliers fault, that she just spoke to them and they were rushing over the battery now. I just had to wait another 20 minutes. I was not happy, but mistakes happen and another 20 minutes seemed okay. Another hour went by and there was still no battery delivery. I asked her again, where is the battery. All she could say is "the guy is on his way". 30 more minutes passed and still no battery. I was very annoyed and worried, because I had been waiting 3 hours for a battery, my car was disassembled and it was already 4pm at this point. To my surprise, the lady just closed-up the office and started to walk to her car to go home, leaving me there in the shop with no idea if my car was going to be fixed. Fortunately, the battery did arrive about 30 minutes later and one of the mechanics who was still around installed it for me. As I mentioned, the mechanic was good. But the lady is terrible at taking care of customers. She most likely created the problem by not ordering the battery from the vendor correctly (although she blamed them), took no ownership of solving the problem and essentially left to go home with the problem not resolved and with a customer left hanging. Also she quoted me $500 and when the mechanic went to charge me, it was $575. But since the lady went home already he had to charge me the higher price, since nobody could reach her.
