    Please! stay away from this place. Few months ago my husband was involved in hit an run at his work parking lot. Just by trusting the great reviews.. we took my husband's car in for the work. He was a smooth talker. And we fell for it . We got our car back all messed up. We end up taking it to the dealership.. the dealership told us the shop messed up our car wire ... now we had to use our key to open our car door it used to be hand senor .‍ and he didn't fellow through with his word. Very disappointed. We trusted him with our car... he ruined it.. plus took our money. Refuse for refund.. I had filed a complaint .. can't believe he want us to bring our car back to him so he take our car to to dealership for the fool diagnostic ... he is going to pay for it . No way I will leave my car nor trust with him with my car again.. we already have taken our car In to the dealership. For full check up. HE can keep the money . I have given him a second chance to fix our car. And he did more damage the second time to our car. BIG mistake it no way I would trust him again with the car‍ If the MONEY!! is all he care about and not the customer for his business ‍ i feel sorry for him. money we can earn back , but for a business if you lose a trust in a customer. That is whole different story Please!! Before you take your car for an auto body repair go to this site first. https://www.bar.ca.gov Maria remembered Please! Don't make the same mistake I made. I can't not believe what ur saying Mario u know the truth u didn't give my husband a receipt for the 2 thousand deposit u wanted I cash only and upon our pick up u refuse to give up the key if we didn't pay in Cash and my husband remember my husband didn't like the work and he told you he didn't have cash and finally u agreed on the card for the remaining amount u started. Remember I thank you for not charging the credit fee. That was only honest thing u did for us. And I agreed to bring my car back next day .. u were able to fix it, but made it worst.. I have all the paperwork. u know the truth. I still have a receipt and the bar also have all the paperwork I sent them all in.. business is build on trust .. only think we are sorry Is that trusted you.100 % you told me you did us a favor .. sorry to say I don't know what favor you had given us... just say my husband had cash in his pocket and we were willing to pay extra. I have all the paper from u and an email from the Bar.ca.gov and I believe u had a long talk with him over phone. I have a paper from the ford dealership . As well. Keep the money but as a customer I have the right to let my community know the truth. I'm just sorry that it didn't end well .. I wasn't expecting perfection.. just honest work on our car. U had a great reviews and I thought I finally had found a good and honest autobody shop whom I can trust. thanks to you . Now only place I can trust is ford dealership from now on.. just to say money was not a option from the first place.. we would have no problem of paying cash if the work was done as promised. Sorry it just end badly ‍ I 'm sure u do cause have the picture of the finished work ... look perfect from the outside only driver side window is leaking air and omgoodness the driver side door was stuck so and I let my husband drive my car for I don't even know for how long until I took the car to the ford dealership to it checked out ... it was soo embarrassing to crawl back and out of the car from the passenger side. Yup outside looks perfect just crying from the inside. victim of an hit and run and now this.... please have a heart. Oh and forget to mention now I have to use key to unlock And lock the car sensor not working I have a proof from the dealership of why from the mechanic statement. Please stop making excuses for ur work .. keep the money . As a customer all I wanted was true honest work .

    Before picture; rust removal. They cut out the rust.

    I brought in my Lancia 1961 PF coupe to have to stainless steel moldings installed; however unique autobody explained to me that this was not possible because of rust under the paint. He showed my the various places where there were bubbles under the paint. Basically i moved my hand over the paint and felt the 'bubbles' in the paint. Unique Autobody did outstanding work in TWO weeks; not only did they remove all rust from the lower rocker panels left/right front/back, but they placed new steel in the body. The also repaired the two cracks on the Aluminum Hood. And fixed a dent in the passenger door. The repainted the car in the same green color and made it looked like new. I can recommend this bodyshop , based upon the work on my car, to anyone. They delivered on time /on budget with high quality deliverables.

    Mario and his crew did amazing work! First off the communication and updates were on point I never had to worry where they were at with the process. We tore down the 68 El Camino ourselves and he came and picked her up! I picked out the color and they made her look beautiful! Color is Valspar purple fantasia. Thank you!

    I was able to contact the owner through Yelp and received an estimate. Once I brought my vehicle in, the owner was very nice and knowledgeable. The best part was getting my car before the estimated two days, I was able to pick my car up in less than 24hrs. I highly recommend this auto body shop. Thanks again.

    I contacted the owner via Yelp and he responded quickly and efficiently with a quote. He did great work on my car and was even willing to deliver it back to me if I couldn't leave work. Overall, good experience. Before and after pictures attached. I would definitely recommend.

My experience with this auto body shop--specifically with " Adrian", the co-owner and son of the owner was one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. His father appears to have positive reviews, but Adrian is an entirely different story. I originally connected with Adrian through " OfferUp " after listing my Dodge Challenger, which had been in a serious accident. He initially offered to buy the car, then claimed he could repair it for far less than what other shops quoted*. He talked himself up endlessly, bragged about the shop's 4.5-star Yelp rating, and even claimed he and his dad painted the "Batman" car some years ago. It all sounded convincing " it wasn't ". I checked Yelp, discussed it with my mom (who was helping me financially), and decided to move forward. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Adrian initially estimated the repair would be *$7,500-$8,000*, definitely under $10k. That number quickly ballooned to ** $13,000!!! **, and even then the car was returned " Half-done and poorly repaired ". From start to finish, the process was filled with " empty promises and manipulation at its finest. " * Constant "it'll be done tomorrow" excuses * Repeated pressure for money unrelated to the car ("I need $1,500 for my house project," "If I don't get the rest today my wife will be mad") * Missed deadlines with no accountability * Promised progress photos that never came--except once when he sent a photo of himself at his dad's birthday party instead My mom and I were in a group chat with him the entire time, so all of this is documented. On top of the financial stress, Adrian was immature, unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and dishonest. He contradicted himself constantly, couldn't keep track of his own lies, and when confronted, became defensive and insulting. At one point, he even threatened and disrespected both me and my mother. The final result? * Subpar, rushed work* * A broken driver-side sway bar left unfixed* * And his response was essentially " I was trying to save you money" and " You're lucky I even fixed your car." If zero stars were an option, I'd give it. If you care about your car, your money, your sanity, and being treated with basic respect--do not bring your vehicle here.If your expectations are realistic and you just want the job done correctly, save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else. And yes I do know of some highly skilled car mechanics that ether live far away from me now or are too old tobe working on cars now that completely agree with me on this. And I know I'am going to have some nerds in the comment section say " why didn't you just pull the car out ?? " Not that easy and or " Your car was pretty much salvage before why are you complaining ? " The short answer is everything I just said in this whole review about my experience I had with him is why... How he conducted himself and his business if he was an actual decent human being and actually cared about the people and his own *job* instead of just about money . Then I would of gladly even have gave him more of my money todo the right job... This business may look good on Yelp, but my experience says otherwise. Good Luck

I called two days ago to get a quote on some service , I caught the guy at lunch, but he took down all the information for what I was looking for and said he would call me back as soon as he got back from lunch, this was 12:15 At 3:30 that afternoon I had not received a call so I called once again the shop manager, Eric, answered. I asked for Johnny who was who I talked to earlier and he seemed confused as to who Johnny was at first, then he told me he wasn't available. He was at lunch. When I questioned that he said that they alternate managers taking lunch and I told him that he was on lunch at 12:15 and I was quite surprised that he would still be on lunch at 3:30. Anyway, Eric is the kind of guy that likes to talk over you so it was a hard conversation, but he said he would have Johnny call me back. Never heard from him that day, then the following day I called him once again and got their answering machine, so I left a message. Finally today day three I a call back from "Johnny" and before he could get a word out, I told him that I had already made arrangements to get the job done. Don't recommend them don't know who the ownership is anymore, but Customer Service definitely needs some attention.

    It's been since November 10th that I dropped off my truck Spectrum Auto Collision. They took over 2…read moreweeks to get an estimate to my insurance to get the repairs authorized and now it's over a month and my trucks finally at Cardinale Gmc in seaside waiting for parts for them to work because it took spectrum so long to get the approval. I honestly think the body shops interest is more for the insurance company than the customer. I came to them thinking it would streamline things being they are certified Gieco repair center. Big mistake on my part. I honestly don't understand how they have so many positive reviews? There communication is horrible and really have dropped the ball on my repair. I could of fixed the truck myself in a fraction of the time it's taken them.

Their assessment of the damage left me feeling at ease knowing that my car will be fixed good as new, and it was. The results came out great, plus they were able to see me right away and start the repair work ASAP which was a huge relief for me. Their turnaround time from drop off to pick up was perfect with good updated communication throughout the process. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with Spectrum, they detailed my car inside and out afterwards where I was really able to see the fine work they did. Their lobby area is comfortable and inviting, and as a token of their appreciation I was given a bouquet of flowers which was a sweet and unexpected gesture :) I would definitely take my car back here if ever needed any kind of repair work again.
