Personally, I am someone who treats Zantey (my car) like a baby. My car had been crashed into while parked by a Tesla on auto drive. I hated when my windshield would get hit by a pebble on the freeway, so you can only imagine how I felt seeing my Zantey all scratched, crashed, and beat up. I made sure to do my research to make sure I could find the right body shop that could restore Zantey to his former glory and care for him the way I would. That's when I came across Delcas Auto Collision, they were the first place I called, I spoke with David who gave me the reassurance and confidence that he had the expertise to professionally restore Zantey. The next day I sent him over to David, he called me over and gave me a rundown of what was wrong and how they were going to fix it, not just the exterior but also handle the mechanics of recovering my car. For all the damages that my car had been subjected to, Delcas was able to make my car look new and straight out of the dealership in no time. I genuinely am beyond impressed and grateful to their amazing service and successful customer satisfaction, I have already recommended them to anyone who needs to get their car fixed or just wants to improve the state of their car. Delcas is somewhere I know I can rely on and I hope I can just get the message, or feeling across that they are not just a safe option but really the best! Thank you guys, I really appreciate all your amazing work. read more

The people at Delcas Auto collision, along with their work, are top notch quality. Was involved in a minor hit and run, called Delcas, they got me a virtual estimate and took me in within 24 hours. Augie assured me that they wanted to do their best work, but complete the job swiftly. I met with David as well who explained the process to put me at peace of mind that my car would be taken care of. They even offer shuttle services to and back from their shop from Murphy, who was excellent as well. Overall best collision shop I've dealt with and around here hands down. read more

I'm very please with Delcas Auto Collision. The owner is an awesome man. Michelle the person who does estimates is wonderful. The staff is also very kind. They do a fantastic job on painting and repairing cars. I would recommend them 100%. Their pricing is very fair. I've had them work on my car 3 times. Each time I've been very thankful for the job they did. My thanks to everyone there!!! read more

This company, Delcas and David the service manager are exceptional in all areas. The paint job was perfect to my untrained eye. The time promised was delivered. I was shuttled home free of charge. The driver was very sociable and a pleasure to speak with. Everything on work order was meticously completed. The cost was very fair for all the work needed. This paint job was completed last year, and the Jeep still looks like it came off the showroom floor. Well done, Delcas, David, and all involved with the outstanding service! Will recommend to family and friends! 5 stars and beyond read more

My 2019 Subaru Forester suffered some damage on the right rear door at the bottom. At first, David thought they might have to replace the door. Fortunately, they had some of the best body and fender professionals work their magic, and the original door was saved. They did an outstanding job. I can't tell if there is any difference between the two rear doors. I chose Delcas because of their 30-year history with many excellent reviews. I recommend them to anyone needing a body and fender repair. I was pleased with David and their crew of personnel, all of whom were courteous and pleasant. read more

I brought my 2012 Mustang in for a repaint of the hood, roof and back bumper. David was a honest, fair and very respectful individual who assessed the project and provided me with a great deal! He was able to schedule me next day and got the job done quick and timely. He takes great pride in his work and great care of his customers. He and his team went out of the way to help assess a trunk leak and install a new third brake light I had whiteout upselling me like many other shops would. Delcas Auto Collision is run like business used to be, with integrity and respect for their work and customers. The car came out great and I was very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend! read more

Thanks to Del Cas Auto Collision for the excellent service and work in getting the original parts, replacing the body panels and painting our Tesla Model Y after it sustained damage. With all the delays in just getting an estimate from other body shops, we really appreciate Del Cas taking on this work right away, and doing all the extra coordination with Tesla to get the parts and complete the work. Excellent paint job too. It looks like a new car. Del Cas Auto Collision also fixed all the minor dents before we sold our 2004 BMW more than 5 years ago. We appreciate the good service we always get from owner Agustin-Aggie Del Real who personally picked up the parts from San Diego to finish the work in a timely manner. Thanks in particular to David Pinedo, who provided excellent customer service, routine updates and oversaw the work for our car. read more

The rear taillight on my car needed to be replaced, not due to a reported accident. I had pre-purchased the part; I just needed someone to install it. I was recommended to Delcas by Alpha Distributor (also a GREAT company). I called and spoke to the owner (Agustin "Auggie"). He let me know that I could some in and that it wouldn't take long to do. He texted me the address, which was super helpful. I got to the place and I was very surprised at how clean the place was! It was surprisingly inviting, which is definitely not what you expect at a repair shop. Michelle, the office manager, was very warm and welcoming. She even gave me a ride home...and picked me up again when the car was ready!! The price for the work was reasonable, and they got the work done very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend Delcas for any of your repair needs. You won't be disappointed!! read more

Delcas was awesome. David was really helpful every step of the way. I went in and received a quote right away for a dent and broken taillight. My truck was also done 2 days sooner than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. I felt the price was very fair. The customer service and quality of work was all there. Glad I came here and will definitely return if I need work on my vehicle again. Thank you for everything Delcas! read more

If your looking for perfection look no further you found it. Took my truck here to get some repairs done and trust me this place is absolutely perfect. David up in the front is great to work with wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Trust me when i say that I am very picky with who I would leave my vehicle with I wouldn't think twice then to leave it at Delcas. My truck ended up looking better then the first day I got her. Thank you for the great service. read more

For the past 14 years I have taken my vehicles to Delcas. From minor accidents to having a show car painted, the quality of the work is superb including the attention to detail. Agustin the owner has always been friendly and understands the needs of the client. I have recommended his shop to my family and friends and they have also been satisfied. Michele, who takes care of the estimates, is super knowledgeable. Olga the bookkeeper always receives me with a smile, not to mention his crew also and his wife Monica. This is your one stop car shop. You will be pleased. read more

I drove my wife's car and on the way home on the dark highway a heavy orange cone lay flat on the road, and I hit it even though I swerved a little. Damage was suffered to the front bumper and to a plastic container just behind the bumper on the driver's side. I took the car to Delcas first, and David was very friendly and professional. I took my car to two other places in Salinas, and I was given quotes that were similar to or over what Delcas told me. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to go with Delcas for repairs. I dropped my car off with David, and a fellow named Lawrence dropped me where I needed to go. Delcas had the car ready to go in the time frame they stated and did not charge me more than what was on my estimate. Any issues that came in this transaction were handled promptly and responsibly. I will say that David and the folks over at Delcas were professional, reliable, and responsible. They will do what they say they will do. I will use their services again should the need arise. read more

Extremely dissatisfied at the office service, Dishonesty. My car has been in their shop for two weeks 8/8 - 8/22, has been finished since 8/17, but since they did not check their email for the e-check since Tuesday, 8/15, when it was sent. I have not gotten my car back, And they are making the insurance pay an extra 6 days of car rental. They asked me not to call the insurance, I guess they did not want me to tell them the truth. The detailer did a great job. BUT, I would never return again, nor would I recommend that anyone deal with the unprofessionalism. read more

My truck was hit and sustained damage to the door and front bumper. Insurance considered it a total loss so I was hoping to just make it drivable again. I brought it in to Delcas and not only did they fix it promptly, they went above and beyond to return it to like-new condition! David was so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and Murphy even polished my wheels before returning it to me, which was a special touch that meant so much. It is obvious they are experts at what they do and they really care about doing the best work possible for their customers. I will always return to Delcas for any of my auto repair needs. Highly highly recommend. Don't hesitate. read more

I went into Delcas auto collision after my car was damaged, I was greeted by Michele, who was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Michele wrote up the estimate and coordinated a rental car for my use. While my car was there, I was given periodic updates. The best surprise was that it was done two days earlier than expected. I'm a super happy customer and should I need any future work done on my car, I will definitely go to Delcas. Thank you Michele and Delcas!! read more

I was referred by a family friend and I can't say enough good things, the work is incredible and reasonably priced. You can tell immediately that they do quality work over timely work, but by no means nurse their time. They are also super helpful about letting you leave your car there if you can't pick it up as soon as it's ready. read more

Almost forgot to leave a review since I now live out of state but lived in the Monterey Bay Area for forty years. I have a Jeep that I damaged in Utah. Bent the rear bumper, did a little body damage, and was unable to open my tailgate. Went back to the peninsula to visit my sister and found Delcas on Yelp. Average 4.9 stars for anything automotive is unheard of. Have used several body shops through the years but always have some hesitancy about committing to a shop. Not so with Delcas. My job was a small job. Replace the bumper (I provided) and do some body work. Called Delcas and spoke to David and explained I was from out of town and would be leaving within a week. Drove to Delcas and spoke to David. He gave me a quote and told me once my bumper arrived he'd squeeze me in. Small job, one week's time, not much profit for them and still he'd my vehicle in, gotta be impressed. They replaced the bumper, did the body work, replaced the parking sensors in the bumper and cleared the codes. No drama. Delcas is the only place I'd go in Monterey County. Heck, I'd even drive from San Jose/Bay Area to a shop you can trust. David is truly professional with sincerity. Professional to me is a descriptor with no personality. He has a way to make you comfortable. We talked about growing up in the area and about the old school boxers (you know what I mean if you've been in the reception area). I had to MacGyver something with the spare since I didn't get all my parts in. They allowed me to stay in the yard for a few minutes and a couple of employees asked if I needed help or tools. read more

I needed an estimate of damage to my car based on my first major accident. Augie at Delcas Auto Collision was so helpful and easy to work with. He personally scoped my immobile vehicle to be as accurate as possible. He is knowledgeable and professional, and made my overall post-accident experience less stressful. Depending on what insurance says, he would be my preferred repair shop. Highly recommended! read more

I took my Subaru Forester to Delcas to get repaired after I got hit. I went thru my insurance and they were less than helpful to get me a rental (even though they were supposed to) But Michele went above and beyond to help me. She made several calls and made the experience much more pleasant. My car looks absolutely perfect and they worked fast to get it back to me. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get their car repaired in a timely manner. My car was also detailed and so clean when I picked it up. read more

Agustin is great to deal with , very nice and professional. My car had a minor scratch on one side but when Delcas was done with it , it looked like a brand new car all around ! my excellent rock star wife and i are fans. we were referred to augie + delcas auto collision by ruben at mobile audio. augie gave us great estimates and details on repairing the peeling paint on two of our cars. he and don were great to work with. don explained to us how their paint is better than the factory paint. the 7 year old honda was done in two days. it looks brand new, and we have a lifetime warranty on the repaired areas. the 18 year old acura was done in four days, because the paint peel was more extensive. it looks brand new, and we have a lifetime warranty on the repaired areas. we are looking at our "new" old cars, and we are very happy with the way they look, and we love how well we were treated. my wife is happy. when my wife is happy, my life is happy. delcas auto collision rocks! read more

I needed my recently purchased 2004 Honda Civic painted. I called just about all the painting and autobody shops in Salinas and a few in San Jose. Agustin Del Real gave me a phone quote of $1,500 which was far below what other quotes have been, and when I visited the shop the price was confirmed. I was impressed with the facilities, its size, and number of employees. What hooked me into going with Delcas is the fact that they have been In business for 20 years, and they were offering a lifetime warranty on their work. The closest I came with other shops was 5 years, with most being 3 years and quotes from $2,000 to $3,500 with an average of about $2,500. Anyways, I left my car, and a week later my wife and I drove up to Delcas to pick up the car. When she saw the car in the parking lot, she said: "Is that our car?!" I felt the same way. I didn't believe that was the same car we left, it was so shiny and new looking. Although the car was painted the same color, It did indeed look like a brand new car! Upon closer inspection I was impressed with the prep work, the body work, and the deep, metalic finish, and detailing the non- painted areas. There was no overspray anywhere. In addition, Agustin offered to wax the car after it completely dried in three months. I am as happy as can be. I got the lifetime warranty certificate and gladly paid and left Delcas with another Honda (2002) that had blistering and chipping from another paint job by another company. The quote was very reasonable as well. In short, I didn't want to spend too much money painting my car, but I wanted a good job. Delcas came through and answer both of those concerns, and I would highly recommend getting your car painted by Delcas Auto Collision Inc. (831) 759-9234 Ask for Agustin.
