Great experience from when I called all the way to picking up my car after the service they provided. Through and through Gabe was the person I dealt with. Everyone else that works there was friendly welcoming and Gabe made us feel comfortable and informed. Instead of selling us on different packages he informed us of the different tint packages. His brother, showed us different tint levels and gave us info of what to expect with different tints. We made the choice for a 3M lifetime warranty tint which they knocked out of the park. Great service, great people. A little on the expensive side, but I'm pretty loyal with Llumar, so I decided to give GM a try. car came out as expected, but I did have some finish issues when I got my car back. I noticed the inside handle of my driver's side was loose compared to the passenger side, but GM said they didn't do anything to the handle because they only touch the glass. No problems, the car is brand new just took it to the dealership and they fixed it there. Just because of the price I probably will have to do some price shopping in the future, but in terms of business they're pretty awesome. read more

Customer service seems to be an often forgotten afterthought to many businesses nowadays, but when you walk into Grease Monkey Customs, you can instantly tell that just isn't the case here. Gabe, his wife, and the rest of the team will make you feel like family, and you can rest easy knowing that you're in good hands. I finally got sick of asking for the highest price hand wash package at the other local place around here, only to have to ask nicely to go over everything they missed or were lazy about. To top it all off certain workers seemed to perfect their eye rolls working there, which is a shame when a few good ones were working their asses off. Another review for another day though lol. I was calling around a few local places but I didn't get any quick replies until I called here. A quick phone call and before I know it I had scheduled a detail AND a tint job. I just picked my Jeep up today and it looks better than when I first bought it. Mind you, I have 4 dogs that go allover the place with me. They don't go in the front, but the nose and slobber smears in the back were something fierce. I know the hair stuck in the nooks and crannies of that poor thing were a job in itself. The tint is beautiful; it really polished the whole look. The tint also comes with a 5 year warranty so that's some peace of mind as well. The interior is spick and span, and there's no overwhelmingly crass "cherry" or "grape" smells thanks to their non scented cleaners. The dash and interior plastics aren't slick with crappy armor all grease, and it just overall feels great. I figured that in order to address my dog-mobile issues it would break the bank so I never really looked far into it. The best part about this place besides walking out the door with some Beefy Boys jerky and a Royal Crown was the fact that it is downright fair priced. These guys seem to do everything car related from the ground up, and do it well. The vibe, customer service, work, and price are all top notch here, and I will guaranteed be back for more projects! read more

They worked magic on my car. I recently brought in a used car I purchased with a horrible tint job (the back windshield was peeling and bubbling and the rear side windows were both turning a purple color) and I wanted it replaced. I knew it was gonna be a hard job, so I gave this place a try because I know a few people who got their windows tinted here. I was not disappointed! I knew it was gonna be a tough job, but They did an excellent job saving my car and it's ho night and day difference. Truly great work and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. EDIT: After about a month, I did notice a pretty small amount (but noticeable amount of bubbles in the tint.) After chatting with the front desk, they let me know that it's common for film to have imperfections. I'm gonna see if they can fix it. EDIT: After talking to Gabe, he let me know that the glass I did have on my car did have some imperfection in it, because it was damaged. He took the time to show me exactly where the imperfections were. He's gonna have the glass sanded down to get see if that solves the problem. Beyond excellent service, I really appreciate that fact that he cares enough for help me out and be completely honest with me. It's so hard to find someone now a days who actually takes the time to help me with all my questions without getting annoyed. He also remembered me and my car which was cool too. Recently had to get my tint worked on due to a "fix-it" ticket. Made an appointment and arrived a bit early to take my tint off. I was tended to immediately and my car was quickly taken to get the work done. Took my car here to get tinted, Gabe was a very pleasent guy and seemed to be a professional business man. Had a problem with my passenger rear window not rolling down so he told me to buy motor and his guy would install at not charge (which I thought was awesome). I got motor and couldn't get a response back on when to bring car in to fix motor and tint last window so I took to a dealership and had it replaced. Now that I have everything fixed and I'm trying to get my last window tinted so I could drive my car around (and not look like a clown) I can not get a response back after text and calling the shop. Now where I'm at is going to have to take it to another shop to get all tint removed and new tint installed to match for 480.00 when I already paid 280.00 to have it done originally. Never thought I would have to pay 760.00 for a tint job on 7 windows! Very upsetting! read more
