I had a really disappointing experience with Real Bros Auto Pros. I scheduled an appointment to have my window tint removed and replaced. This wasn't a small inconvenience--I took a full day off work (costing me about $700), drove over an hour to get there, and spent a good amount on gas since my car gets terrible mileage. When I arrived, I spoke with Alejandro--the same person who set up my appointment. After looking at my car, he refused to do the job. What really frustrated me was his reasoning: he admitted they are not capable of installing tint without leaving dirt, dust, or debris under the film. That completely contradicts what he told me when I first booked. I specifically asked about the quality of their installs, and he assured me they had zero tolerance for dirt or debris. That's the only reason I trusted them with the appointment. So I lost a day of income, time, and travel expenses for nothing. To make matters worse, Alejandro said he would Zelle me $100 to help cover the wasted trip and inconvenience. That never happened. Bottom line: poor communication, wasted time, and broken promises. I would strongly recommend finding a shop that is upfront about their capabilities and respects your time. read more

Big shout out to Real Bros Auto Pros! I reached out looking to get my Tesla Y wrapped with Full Front PPF. Alejandro got back to me within a few hours and answered my questions including the pricing, tiers of PPF , warranty etc. Mentioned that I could drop off my car on Sunday (which is a day they're usually closed via Yelp). I showed up and Alejandro was as there to greet me as soon as I pulled up. He also showed me a current car that they were adding the Full Front PPF -- looked great! Before leaving, I had a few more questions about the Full Front PPF and Ceramic Coating to add on top. Later that night, I thought about adding Ceramic Coating and reached out at almost 11pm (thinking they would get to me in the morning). To my surprise, Alejandro responded within 5mins and said it would be no problem to add but let me know that I would need to pick up on Tuesday instead of Monday. As soon as I got to the shop on Tuesday, Alejandro greeted me and showed me my car.. wow - my car looked amazing! He showed me some imperfections on the car caused by the manufacturer and tried to clean/buff out before putting the wrap. It was really small and barely noticeable. While Alejandro brought my car to the front, his partner/colleague asked if I wanted some water (which was a nice gesture). My car was parked outside and Alejandro mentioned it would be a few more minutes as he was taking out tiny air pockets. From beginning to end, Alejandro took care of me and answered all questions I had before and after I dropped off the car. He was very honest about the process, imperfections on my car and you can clearly see that he's very passionate about what he does. I highly recommend Real Auto Bros Pros (Note: Real Auto Bros Pros do not recommended to wash your car after the ceramic coating for at least a week. Real Bros is the place I'll take my cars to for window tinting and PPF. Best place in Monterey County period. Looking over reviews they work on a lot of Teslas. I brought in my brand new '24 Tesla Model 3 Performance. Alejandro and Brian installed Prime XR Plus window film on all the windows including the windshield, a little more expensive but the XR Plus rejects greater than 96% Infrared and 99% of UV. The Car will still heat up but it stays cooler longer after you leave the car and cools down quicker with AC. They have a selection of window films to match your requirements and budget. Next most important was the full body .8 mil PPF. I've had a Tesla before and know first hand that they have soft paint. Took about a week to complete the full body install and it looks amazing! They will also ceramic coat the PPF if you like. They even offer that you drop by a week later for the first wash and post installation inspection. Talk about perfection. If you want tint and PPF done right and at a reasonable price, look no further. read more
