This is an UPDATED comment after learning that the business had a communication glitch (thanks,…read moretechnology!). INNOVATIVE STREET LIGHTS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO FOR VEHICLE LIGHTING. I took my new-to-me car to the shop yesterday for brighter headlights. My 2015 Nissan had amber headlights which only offered diffuse lighting for Monterey's oft foggy and unlit roadways. I wanted the opportunity to see and to be seen when I drive at night. The owner emailed me last month to let me know that his shop could install the lights for my budget & the process would take 30 minutes max - no appointment needed. I stopped by yesterday morning & was welcomed into the cleanest mechanic's shop I've ever seen. Not a speck of dust or drop of oil anywhere. Everything was spotless and freshly painted. The vehicle lighting displays were numerous & offered something for every customer. Of course, I'm sensible. The owner suggested that I add fog lights for additional safety while I'm driving and found a set that matched my budget. Done! Lights look great and will ensure that I see everything while I'm driving. The employee who completed my payment transaction was knowledgeable and kind. *Lighting was not only installed, but lights were balanced to optimize my line of sight & other drivers' view of my lights.

He gave me my options and said if I had time I could get it done right away. I said no brainer because brighter headlights in my opinion are necessary. Upgraded to LED on my low beams and fog lights. My Nissan had those sun burns (some areas all the way down to the metal), on my hood, roof, and top of trunk. He gave me a fair quote and told me he needed 2 weeks overall,... he did it in 8 days. I was very very happy with the results and more. Because my front end was cracked all the way down from when I rear ended someone years ago and I also had about 7-8 door dings on my passenger side. My headlights were yellow and foggy and seriously needed buffering. Well, the quote was solely for the paint job alone in which I agreed but the dings on the doors, foggy headlights, front crack on bumper were not charged as extra. Augie seems to be that guy that goes the extra mile for you to make sure his customers were more than just satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Delcas Auto Collision - especially for the fair price. Hats off to you Augie!

David Pineada (sp?) was attentive, thorough, and explained the complete process and the reasoning behind each step. No upsells, and used OEM parts as well. It was a three day job just prior to Thanksgiving, and the work was exemplary. But what set them apart was the detail oriented service - on drop off, they were prepared with a packet for the truck - no hand-written scribbles etc. Upon pickup, David called and offered to come pick me up! Another step out of the ordinary. But the kicker was that the truck was not washed - but detailed! Washed, waxed tires and rims, interior vacuumed and wiped down. Impressive. I'll be back if the occasion warrants. David exemplifies the excellence in customer service that can be rare.

I brought in a farm truck that required a thorough deep cleaning and a tint job. I accidentally showed up during lunch time, but Eric postponed lunch and carefully walked me through the options and process. Very educational. Being a farm truck, it definitley needed a lot of care and I was blown away by end result. I feel like I am driving a brand new pickup!!! I was very impressed with the service and communication that Eric, Johnny, Danny, and Pete provided at Grease Monkeys. Most people would turn away a working farm truck like mine, but this crew took it on with gusto. As a business owner myself, it is great to see another business of young professionals who are passionate about the quality of their work and about customer service.
