This is an UPDATED comment after learning that the business had a communication glitch (thanks, technology!). INNOVATIVE STREET LIGHTS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO FOR VEHICLE LIGHTING. I took my new-to-me car to the shop yesterday for brighter headlights. My 2015 Nissan had amber headlights which only offered diffuse lighting for Monterey's oft foggy and unlit roadways. I wanted the opportunity to see and to be seen when I drive at night. The owner emailed me last month to let me know that his shop could install the lights for my budget & the process would take 30 minutes max - no appointment needed. I stopped by yesterday morning & was welcomed into the cleanest mechanic's shop I've ever seen. Not a speck of dust or drop of oil anywhere. Everything was spotless and freshly painted. The vehicle lighting displays were numerous & offered something for every customer. Of course, I'm sensible. The owner suggested that I add fog lights for additional safety while I'm driving and found a set that matched my budget. Done! Lights look great and will ensure that I see everything while I'm driving. The employee who completed my payment transaction was knowledgeable and kind. *Lighting was not only installed, but lights were balanced to optimize my line of sight & other drivers' view of my lights. read more

First off very happy! Called in and they said come by so we can check out your car and give you options. Jaime greeted me and was very welcoming! He gave me my options and said if I had time I could get it done right away. I said no brainer because brighter headlights in my opinion are necessary. Upgraded to LED on my low beams and fog lights. Came back and he demo'd the finish work and couldn't be more happy. Quality with great service! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! read more

Excellent service hands down. I highly recommend this business whether for personal or commercial needs, the staff here always has a solution for automotive lighting. I have purchased a light set that has lasted me 12+ years! That demonstrates great quality and durability. I came back today to get a replacement and was offered a newer type of lighting for headlights and they delivered on customer service and outstanding installation. Thank you. read more

After a while of being a "returning customer" a loyal customer that trust someone to work on their pride and joy. It takes trust and being able to rely on that person to get the job done right. Eddie at Innovative Street Lights has done that. When my girlfriend got her new 2017 Grand Cherokee, I already know what I wanted to get done on it. A new black grill, HID headlights and fog lights. Eddie treats his returning customers good, all it took was a phone call and he order my HID headlights and fog lights told me to bring in my after market grill inserts no deposit required. Shaoow!! So the day of the appointment we came through dropped off the car and before we knew it Eddie called us and told it the job was done. The girlfriend loves the new black grill and having a tinted windshield the HID headlights help allot at night better than the stocks ones. 2 car returning customers, and I'm telling you if you want to stick out and be different talk to Eddie he will guide you to the right direction. Changing out the stock headlight housing or just the bulb, is a car paint job at night. read more

TL;DR - fantastic service - lots of lighting options - Saturday by appointment only I think HID kits are a one-way street. You install it on one car and you never can do without it after. I remember driving with it on CA46 (way before the improvements and when it was absolutely pitch black when you drove alone) and it was a major visibility difference. So now with each new car, I make sure to have it installed the moment I have a chance. I found Innovative Street Lights on Yelp but have actually come across them at SEMA in Vegas a few years ago. They are definitely good people and owner Eddie and his right hand man Jaime are those guys that genuinely care about their customers. They both share their knowledge freely to help you make the best decision possible out of the various options they have available. It really doesn't get any better than that. One thing I've come to really appreciate now having two cars done here is their willingness to fix issues that arise after installation. One of my cars had an installation done more than a year ago and one of the lights went out. I drove it in and mentioned it and they checked it out immediately. Figured it as a connection issue, redid and reinforced it, and did it for FREE. Isn't that just plain awesome? Oh, they also change your interior lights to bright LEDs as part of your service for no additional cost. If you need to get your lights done, this is definitely the place to go. read more

LED Time! Big thanks to Eddie (Owner) and Sergio. They did a perfect job of putting up LED's inside and out. Eddie is very knowledgeable when it comes to lighting, he'll even breakdown the difference in his showroom and will show you the difference. Thanks for the honest and professional help. Service was very efficient and you can tell that they have done this type of work for a very long time. Thank you Innovative Lighting. 2016 Fiat 500 read more

Went in to get an estimate on some lighting work on my 2022 Tundra 1794. Spoke with Eddie and he was able to get me in that afternoon. Eddie took the time to hear my needs and made sure I was highly satisfied. I had the OPT7 Running Board Lights with sequential turn signal install and had him fix my OPT7 Redline Triple LED Tailgate light bar. Eddie knows his electrical. He was able to fix the issue on my OPT7 tailgate lights as well. He's awesome and his mom and dad are very nice. A family owned business. 5 stars to Eddie and more. Eddie did an excellent job and cleans up his work very well. I really appreciate it. I will be back again and highly recommend him. I've given this shop many projects to do on my car & although their might've been some miscommunication in the past, they still strive to make things right - to go above and beyond customer service & satisfaction. They were very accommodating when they found out I wasn't completely satisfied on one of the projects but they were nice enough to reach out to me to come up with a solution that we both agree on. Thank you for your teams hard work, Im sure I will have more projects for you guys in the future. read more

Best place to take your Jeep to get it customized. Innovative street lights has an amazing team that will deliver the exact results you ask them to. They will make sure you leave the shop 100% satisfied with the work they've done. They just remodeled their show room and they have a bunch of new products. If you're from Salinas or anywhere near by I would definitely recommend them. Honest people with incredible customer service. I know on Saturday's they are only open for appointments other than that I think they're open from 9-5pm throughly the week. Will definitely be coming back for more work. read more

I took my 29-year-old Crown Victoria here because of three non-working lights in the instrument cluster. Eddie and Jaime spent what must have been several hours taking apart the cluster, checking bulbs, circuit traces, wiring, etc. In the end, they weren't able to solve the quirky problem, but as a result they adamantly refused to take any payment at all despite the time they put in. While I was there, I saw samples of the high-end work they do on newer cars, and I would also add that Eddie and Jaime are a pleasure to talk to. I'll be bringing my other cars here for lighting needs, and I'm totally certain you wouldn't be disappointed if you come here. read more

Thank you so much to Eddie and his staff at Innovative Street Lights. Living in Hollister I took my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado to three different mechanics including the Chevrolet Dealership to fix my HID headlight that went out because of a short. No one wanted to touch it due to that if they messed it up it would cost alot more to repair. I went online and Innovative Street Lights popped up on Google. I gave them a call and Eddie picked up the phone and I told him my problem. He told me to bring it in so he could check it out. I showed up an hour later and was greeted by Eddie. He was so nice and helpful. About 40 minutes later my truck was rewired and fixed! It was a great experience and I am for sure coming back to get a custom light grill installed and tail lights. Thanks again to Eddie and his staff! You guys are awesome!!!!!! read more

Had a fantastic experience upgrading my headlights from stock halos to HIDs! Eddie and his team were amazing and super helpful every step of the process. I ended up trying out the 5000k and 6000k before settling on the 5500k, and Eddie and his team were very patient and only concerned that I get the right color I was looking for. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and genuine care for customer satisfaction Eddie and his team exhibited. Also got a Bakflip bed cover installed, and orange LED running lights in the grille. Superb job on those as well! read more

The shop did a great job on my headlights. They also helped me fix a minor issue I had on my other headlight. Great service.

Great place. I took my mitsu eclipse to have my headlights restored and they came out great, very clear. And also had my bulbs replaced for brighter vision and came out looking mean and clean. My only complain would be the car wrap. I had my hood, roof, and trunk wraped in their carbon fiber vinyl in april and now it has began to peel on all three parts. To be honest, my trunk is very complicated to wrap and i was informed by the technician that it was gonna be uneven and i understand. But the hood was what bugged me since it was the one that peeled the most and began first. They guarantee all their work, most up to a year. The service and quality of work is very professional and the work was all done within a day. read more

I had a bad experience and Eddie reached out to me with concern. Without a doubt he took initiative and had me return to fix the problem and while doing so he took care of me and installed an led light inside for the inconvenience. Don't take your Harley Davidson here.I left him my bike(a month ago )at his shop for my light kit we went over my whole motorcycle to let him know this was a fresh $5000 paint job. I picked it up a week later. pull it outside to see if there was any damages/scratches to my bike. It had a huge deep scratch on my bags and lids . He denied that his shop did the damage.Didn't want to give my his liability insurance. Then he insulted me with offering $100 to go toward fixing it! See you in court 2016 eddy read more

Jaime and Eddie run a spectacular business! From carwraps to car stereos they have just about anything you can think of one customize your car! The customer service is top of the line, I came in with an idea of what I wanted to do, and Eddie and his knowledge was able to make my idea happen, giving me multiple options.
