I like going down memory lane when I go back to the town where I went to college and was partially raised. My goodness, I hadn't been here in a long while. I'm so happy I had time to stop inside and get lunch. This was my place when I wanted to eat healthy or when I got sick. I knew the food here was fresh. I would get the liver, broccoli, string beans, mashed potatoes, and roll. I would talk to the ladies behind the counter; they were so sweet. They were often telling me to get the liver because it builds your blood. On this day, it was still like old times, talking and laughing. I ordered a meal from when DoorDash delivered it. They forgot and everything was saturated with gravy. I call door dash they informed them and the manager agreed to refun my money. I don't recommend it if you are looking for a good bargain and consistency Plus they are always out of something but consistently go up. You don't get a lot for your money older people come here because of what it used to be. The chopstick is a decent size but is $14 now as a kid I came here.But they have this rude guy that's been there for years he never speaks no customer service at all.. I picked up an order that was super late as usual .He came and stood behind me i simply looked to my left he thought I didn't hear him and said I had an attitude. First of all I didn't but I'm a grown ass woman I don't get attitudes I get mad second of all I have a right to look to the side of me when somebody comes to stand behind you. That's the understanding in Jackson I could tell you from here because you people expect something that you don't give which is courtesy the problem is I wasn't rude and after the years that I've come there that's all he has to say. Never say hello goodbye have a nice day he's ignorant and I bet he blames everybody else for his ignorance the manager was right there but I know they are so desperate for help you can show up everyday and have a nasty attitude and they'll still keep you. A Caucasian woman wearing long eyelashes is the cashier in the pick-up part who talks to you like you don't know how to comprehend. In other words, rude. This breakfast is out of this world good. Cook to order pancakes and waffles. Full buffet of several other breakfast items as well. No joke, it was all good too. The service was very good too. My dad has been trying to get me to come for months and I finally broke down. This will certainly be a frequented place for our Sunday breakfast!! read more

I wrote a good review of Piccadilly back in June. We have frequented the Sunday morning buffet for most of this year. SORELY dissapointed today. We pre-ordered our Thanksgiving ham and dinner on Nov. 14th and I went with my son and waited in line for over an hour only to find that when I said for Thanksgiving Day somehow it was written down for the 24th which was yesterday....an hour...no food. Ended up going to Kroger and getting a pre cooked chicken and some sides. Won't be returning to Piccadilly anytime soon!! read more

This location has improved. Everything is fresher and the employee's don't rush the customers in the line as much as they did in the past. The waitress could've been a little more attentive but I understand that we're all humans and she was very nice which deserves a tip every time in my opinion. Just Like we were Bothering them, No Smiles at all Everybody Sad as if they saying go away, After paying for my Dinner, I Get Home and The Chicken Dinners Were So Salty & Very Foul Tasting, I Call There & no Answer at 7:43 PM I Live in Pearl Ms. wasn't about to drive back at this time & no one is answering, So I Call on my lunch break the next day, Took about 25 minutes to get a manager on line, I Explained to her what happened & she said she was sorry about what happened, and she would remake it, went back two days later and it was the same way even worse!!!! I will not be going back to this cafeteria, the employees (food servers) are very unprofessional. My husband and I went through the line and they made comment about me looking like a chicken. The other employees came from the kitchen and made fun of me. This happened the Sunday before Mothers day between the hours of 630pm-7pm. The lady that gives you the receipt for your order loudly stated that you need to fry more chicken to the other employees and of course this was funny because of the commotion that was made while we went through the line. This lady that gives you your receipt at the end of the line later went to the restroom with her gloves on. She went in the stall and sit the gloves down on the floor in front of the toilet and left with these gloves back on her hands. We will not be eating at the restaurant again. read more

Piccadilly had a sign that said 10% discount to seniors citizens and veterans. Well when I got the the cashier and I asked for the 10% discount. She said, I'm sorry we don't give 10% on Sundays." How! stupid was that rule. You get the 10% through the week but on The weekend you can't get it. You would think that Piccadilly would appreciate their senior citizens seven days a week. This is the only business I know of that appreciated seniors citizens only on certain days of the week. read more
