Anyway, this was at 7 pm and I needed the phone for work the next morning so going out and getting a new phone wasn't really an option. I guess they know they got you in a pickle. I'll give them two stars seeing as the tech did seem to genuinely feel bad and threw in a "free" screen protector to make up for it.
