I would highly recommend Vlad. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my refrigerator in no time at all. Very professional and nice to work with. read more

I have a 30 yo built in refrigerator that has failed in every way possible. Vladamir has been prompt, courteous, and efficient in fixing it every time- even on a Saturday. He showed up on time and had all the parts needed. He even shows you the worn out parts and the problems, which I appreciate. read more

Great customer service from Vladamir. Our fridge quit on us which is always a tough situation, but fortunately Vladamir was able to show up within about 90 minutes of placing our first phone call to him. This was great news when every other service provider we called had no same day service available. We ultimately decided to purchase a new refrigerator do to the estimated repair cost. read more

This is the second time I have called Vladimir to fix my old refrigerator. He also repaired my washer. Happy to report that the cost was reasonable and all appliances are working well. This is a reliable outfit! read more

Saturday after T-day our GE side by side went out, so we assumed the worst...probably the compressor. Called Vladimir and boy are we glad we found him on yelp! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem & replaced a ckt board, saving us at least $700 bucks, not including dining out all weekend. All the great tasting leftovers are still edible! Would not hesitate to call Vladimir again for any appliance issue. read more

Very quick response with flexible scheduling and great communication. Incredibly high integrity as well. I was certain the $700 compressor on my fridge was shot and approved the replacement. After looking at it, they discovered the fan was stuck and I needed a new starter. Saved me $500 when they didn't have to and I wouldn't have known any different. Thanks! read more

Our refrigerator fan had broken and we needed it fixed ASAP. Vladimir was responsive and professional. He was out within a few hours and had out fridge up and running for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Phoenix Appliance Services! read more

I was so happy with the service that I decided to write my very first Yelp review about Vladimir. My washer was sounding like a jumbo jet (bad pump). Vladimir fixed it up, at a fair price, and also provided some tips on how to keep it running well. I've had a couple not-so-great experiences with other appliance repair companies before, so it felt great to finally find someone reliable, trustworthy, and definitely deserving of the 5 star ratings. Thx V! read more

The service was great, I just think the service call price was high for the 10 minutes it took for him to diagnose the problem and make a recommendation. I would definitely use this company again as they were honest and friendly, but hopefully the service call could go toward a repair not just down the drain. I could have fed my family for a week with that. Hard to swallow. read more

Vladamir was so kind and professional, he made time for me last minute during a busy schedule! Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending these services. I didn't feel like i was over charged, he was honest and didn't try to sell me parts or services that were not necessary. read more

Our wine cooler was not cooling at all. Placed a call, Vladimir was sent. Nice guy. However, did not attempt to diagnose or do anything. Claimed that it would cost 2000 dollars as the compressor was running to 'change coils and recharge. Charged 75 bucks. Called someone else, turns out that the pitot tube connected to the evaporator was clogged. Total cost 200 dollars. So, was it an innocent miss? Possibly but Vladimir was very cavalier and not at all serious. Never looked inside or really did anything..... read more

Texted them because I had their cell number from a previous job and we quickly established an appointment for the next day. He texted me when he was on his way. The issue was quickly diagnosed, and he even showed me the broken part that was clearly damaged. I dont know if the prices were high or low since I did not have time to shop around but to me the peace of mind is well worth it. Third time using them and I would recommend. read more

Owner called today. Was very courteous and wanted to do whatever he could to make things right with us. Washer was already fixed. I respect those that go out of their way to correct a problem. May give them another shot next time we have an appliance that needs repair. read more

Called about noisy whine in my 12 year old refrigerator. Vladimir sent Nikolai out within 4 hours, cleaned and checked, determined only needed a coil cleaning for a nominal fee. I'm extremely pleased with the speed, price, and honesty of this business. read more

I had a problem with a less than two-year old #Maytag. It took several tries to figure out what went wrong. Vlad never lost his temper and was always quick to return until we resolved the problem. I recommend him to my friends, and they are always happy with him, too. Thanks, Vlad! read more

Got a fridge for the garage that was not cooling properly. Left a request on yelp and vlad called me the next morning and was here within an hour. It needed a small electrical part that was 350.00! Seriously? Well.......he was here and the reviews on here are good so I went ahead and had him fix it . I think I could have got it done cheaper.......but I'm satisfied. Ask for a discount. He gave me 25.00 off but charges 3% more for paying with a credit card. read more

Since I'm new to AZ, I found Phoenix Appliance Services on Yelp and after reading the reviews I scheduled an appointment. My fridge/freezer was running hot. I already knew what was wrong. My dad was an appliance repairman for over 30 years. On one of his visits to AZ he checked it out. He wasn't able to fix it since he's retired and no longer has access to the tools required but he was able to tell me exactly what needed to be done. Vladimir showed up on time and diagnosed the issue right away and billed me for far less than what I thought it was going to be. This company is honest and dependable. I am already scheduling a second appointment to check out my washing machine which is all of a sudden making a funny noise. I highly recommend them. read more

When I called today to see if someone could come look at my fridge, I was expecting it to take at least a day or two before someone could come out. Not only was it fixed today, it was fixed in mere minutes. He was professional and honest and prices reasonable. I will using, and recommending to friends, this company again. Thank you Vladimir read more

When my dishwasher stopped working I was worried I was going to have to spend a bundle to fix it or buy a brand new one. Alec was super responsive, friendly and most importantly fixed my dishwasher in no time at all. I would recommend him and Phoenix Appliance Repair Services to anyone that has an appliance issue. read more

Very impressed with these guys. My tenants refrigerator wouldn't stay cold and his food was at risk of going bad. I called Phoenix Appliance Repair Service and they were able to come out in just a few hours to fix the problem. The repair was much less than the cost of a new refrigerator, so everyone was happy in the end. read more

Poor communication. I've called 4 times to request information about a service performed at a rental property of mine. Every time I call they say they'll have the service person call me directly...over 2 months and 4 calls later and I'm still waiting for that call. read more

Our entire refrigerator, including the freezer, went out yesterday. I found Phoenix Appliance Repair here on Yelp and gave them a call just before 5 pm. They confirmed all the information about our appliance over the phone because they wanted to make sure they had the correct parts when they came, which I thought was great! They came out right away, had it fixed immediately, and for a fair price. Also very nice and friendly. Highly recommend! read more

Serviceman Nickolay came to look at my washer within an hour or so of calling. He was neat, polite, knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and made suggestions to try before I had to replace parts. So far, so good. I for sure will call them again if I need help. read more

I always go to Yelp first when I need service work done and I'm very glad I found Vlad. Called him yesterday morning because the microwave stopped heating. He was here today before noon, as he said he would be. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had the replacement part with him. Microwave is back up and running like new. Price was reasonable and service could not be beat. Very professional and personable too. Call Vlad if you have and appliance repair need. read more

We woke on a Saturday morning to find our refrigerator/freezer was no longer working, and after checking companies on yelp, decided to call Phoenix Appliance Services based off the 5 star reviews. So glad we did and I will never use another repair company in town. Vladimir called back promptly and scheduled a service call to arrive within 3 hours. He diagnosed and replaced the motherboard at a fair price which incredibly he had in stock on his truck. I was so relieved to get this response especially on a Saturday. Vladimir was very professional, knowledgable and had us up an running shortly after arriving . If you are in need of appliance repair, this is the company to call . read more

Our GE refrigerator had been showing signs of failure for over a week until it finally stopped working. I started with GE's online appointment website and was discouraged it would have taken several days for them to show up. I called Phoenix Applicance Repair after seeing all the positive reviews and was pleasantly surprised to learn Vladimir could come out same day. In fact, he showed up within 3 hours and completed the repair in under 30 minutes. Clearly he knows his way around these appliances. Very happy with the price and, most importantly, service quality. I am a fan like everyone else. Highly recommended. read more

We had Phoenix Appliance fix a Wolf double oven which required a new circuit board. Vladamir was helpful and resourceful. He ordered the part after the first visit and was back within days to repair the oven. I would recommend Phoenix Appliance Repair Services, and I would be happy to use them again. read more

I had three dishwashers that needed repair when I searched Yelp for a technician. The reviews for Vladimir were great and decided to give him a call. Vladimir was able to repair all three very cost effectively. One dishwasher needed a new motor but the other two were "easy" and inexpensive fixes. He was very pleasant and even helped me understand a few things about my dishwashers that I didn't know and that are sure to save me a call to a tech and money in the future! Thanks Vladimir for wonderful, quick, and honest service. Anyone needing appliance repair I would highly recommend calling this guy :) read more

No show/no call! I scheduled an appointment for a refrigerator repair a week in advance with no call or show. So I cannot comment on the work, as it was not completed. Any recommendations for a reliable repair service? read more

This is my first Yelp review but I feel like I have to share my great experience with others. So here goes! Vladimir came to my home just last week to fix my washing machine. It was making a horrible sound as soon as it started agitating for any reason. I had no idea who to call or who to trust to come into my home to fix it. I decided to try Yelp to see if I could find a good one. All of his reviews were great and so I took a leap of faith and I called him up.He was flexible with my schedule so we made an appointment for him to come out to my home within an hour window. Not a 4 hour window like other repair services I have called in the past. He was there in that time and even called me to tell me he was on his way! So great! Once he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes of looking at the machine. He told me he could fix it on the spot and not charge me an arm and a leg. He was also kind enought to show me how to fix the problem myself so that the next time it happens I won't have to call a repairman to fix it. I would call his service again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to all my friends for their future appliance repairs. Thanks Vladimir for your great service! read more

I called on a Sunday and response was good and Vladimir was there the next day. My LG refrigerator quit after 5 years and although the parts were still under warranty the labor was going to be more than we were willing to spend. We had not bought the extended warranty so we bought a new one with a warranty. He suggested that most parts are made in China and the extended warranty can be worth the extra dollars. read more

As I have said in a previous post, I have had Vladimir do a repair for me before and he is fantastic. This time, John came out to repair the cause of a water leak leak on my refrigerator and I was not disappointed. He diagnosed the exact problem quickly and came up with the least expensive solution. His idea saved me nearly $200. The total cost for everything -the service call, the part and labor, including his time locating and purchasing the part was $95. These guys are the best! read more

Needed the door latch fixed on my 1999 Sharp Microwave that is built-in. Called at 8:00 pm and Vladimir called me back and was able to come out the next day. It took him about an hour to repair the door latch and get the interior light working. No need to replace any parts. Price was $125. If I need parts replaced in the future he can order them for me. Great experience. I'll call him first for any other appliances that need fixing. read more

Our side by side refrigerator/freezer wasn't keeping the food cold so we called Vladimir. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning control board. Fortunately he carries all kinds of appliance parts on his truck and was able to replace the board immediately. His prices are fair and he really seems to know what he's talking about. I recommend eliminating the middle man and call this small business owner. We will call him again if we need appliance repair. read more

Quick response to call; same day service; accurate assessment, options for repair or replace; cleaned up as he went along- very happy!!
