I have now used this company twice for repairs on my appliances. Both times they were professional and most importantly trust worthy. They fixed both issues without any difficulty. I will absolutely use them again. read more

I would recommend this company. Very professional, honest, fair & dependable. This company is a " Hard to find" service. No up selling

Well I can't give a super bad review because I didn't actually get service , but a can leave a review on the service I has kinder the phone . Just giving three stars because it seems there office and answering service are defi atly in different pages .. This created alot of confusion and waisted time . Based off other reviews I'm sure if repairs had been done it may have all worked out . But unfortunately we didn't get that far . read more

Today is the second time I have utilized Phoenix Appliance Repair. I am quite happy with the work, the promptness, pricing, and the customer service! I will be calling them with all my appliance repair needs. read more

These guys are not very professional. I had called regarding my washer that is leaking water onto the floor. They asked for my address and serial number of the machine (all through text message), and then I did not hear back. The following Sunday I get a text message asking if I was available that day. What happened to giving your customer advanced notice of scheduling an appointment? I told them I was not available that day but my next availability was the following Tuesday. I never heard from them again. I'm not sitting at home with unlimited availability to meet with the washer machine repair guy. I work 70 hours a week and don't have time for this sort of incompetence. read more

I have had my refrigerator since 1998 and never had an issue. That was until the night that i had company arriving for a week. Then of course the temperature was getting warmer. I need someone to repair the refrigerator and not sell me a new one. Before they would even send out anyone they asked me to check the temperature to make sure it was going up inside the unit in order to save me a service call. Phoenix Appliance Repair sent out Nick after we determined it was getting warmer. Nice was awesome. Arrived within an hour to fix the unit. Since it was an older model, they needed to call on a part and were back the next day. Nick was able to fix the unit temporarily until the part arrived and he put it in. Price was very reasonable and Nick was a true gentleman and professional. I would highly recommend Phoenix Appliance Repair. The owner even followed up the next day to make sure i was happy with the repair. Great company! read more

I sought out this repair service because of the high star rating on Yelp. I had my dryer serviced a little while ago. The heating element was replaced. I was provided with next day service! In addition they had the part! In the past I had to wait two weeks because the part was being ordered. They are reasonably priced as well. Richard was the Technician. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend them to anybody! I will use them again in the future! I'm very pleased with the level of service I received! read more

Vladimir was prompt and quickly repaired my clothes dryer. My wife was impressed with his politeness.

Vladimir lived up to his reputation! I called him on Wednesday evening near 7pm and left a message, thinking it would be the next day that I would get a return call. In less than 5 minutes, Vladimir called me back and told me he'd be at my house between 8am-10am the next day. That morning at 9am, the doorbell rang! He had my GE Monogram refrigerator fixed in less than an hour. Really nice guy, too. I would recommend him to anyone and I'll definitely use his services again! read more

After working several 12-hour night shifts in a row, I came home to a very smelly washing machine filled with black water :/ Looking at all of the positive reviews on Yelp, I called and he was able to come out the same day and repaired my washing machine - he even had the right part on him so it was fixed very quickly! And YAY now I have a reliable repairman! Very highly recommend! read more

Excellent service. I called on a Sunday when my fridge stopped working. He came our Monday morning and fixed the problem. Vladimir was helpful, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend. read more

My 9 yr old LG washing machine stopped draining water. After troubleshooting it myself with no luck, I reached out to this company. They answered my phone call and after I texted my address, an appointment for the next day was scheduled. Vladimir arrived close to his estimated time. He acted and was dressed very professional. He explained to me what the possible problems may be with the machine and how much the repairs with parts would cost. He was able to replace my water pump that day for the quoted amount. He cleaned up the area when he was finished working, and the entire process took under an hour. I would absolutely call him again if I have another appliance problem! read more

Believe the glowing reviews - Vladimir is the real deal. He had to make a special trip back for my part and never once got negative. Then, he didn't just fix it but he went to the root of the problem with our cooktop and stove and probably saved us from a fire or at the very least another repair. I'm so glad I found him - I will be sharing his number with my friends and neighbors. read more

We called Vladimir because of another reviewer who raved about him. They were right. He is the best appliance repair man in the business. He came to fix our subzero refrigerator on time and ended up spending way more time than he quoted, just so he could get it right, at no additional charge. If you want an appliance fixed right the first time call Vladimir, he'll get it done. Honesty, integrity, and European craftsmanship with attention to detail and all at a fair price. What more could you ask for. read more

Great service and communication. Repaired washer very quickly, and rates seemed reasonable. Highly recommend.

Vladimir was to our house within two hours! We were so thankful. Vladimir was a funny, kind, genuine person. His associate was really nice too. The diagnoses took a couple minutes. They had the part we needed on their truck and had the fridge fixed in minutes! I definitely recommend them! read more

Wierd freezer thing. Not quite frozen. Bottom freezer of a 10 year old LG french door model. Vladimir was very helpful and sent out Nicolai as soon as possible. I was worried I would lose all the food in the freezer. Fixed it on the spot (was here on time and it took less than an hour). Excellent service. read more

Beware! Called the main office and knowing where their office was,MY FIRST QUESTION was, do you service the Goodyear area? A very nice, helpful person checked for me and said yes they do. She took my name and phone number and said a service tech would be contacting me. About 10 min. later, a tech called me and requested that I text him my information, type of appliance, problem, address. About an hour later, he texted that they don't service my area.. Called the main office again, spoke with someone who acted as if he didn't care less about what I was calling about and clearly told me that I was too far out of their area. It is now late in the afternoon and doubt if I can contact anyone else before tomorrow. They wasted my time and may have cost me an extra day in getting someone to address my issue. read more

I called Vladimir on a Saturday morning after throwing out all of the ruined food from a dead refrigerator/freezer (including some delicious crab and shrimp mac & cheese from Steak 44 - very depressing!). I was expecting to get the "we're all booked up" response, but instead, he said he'd be here in an hour! Woohoo! He ended up being late, but frankly that's to be expected (How is he supposed to know how much time he'll need at each location? He can't, that's how.) and when he got there, he was FAST. All in all he was at the house MAYBE 15 minutes, and got that sucker up and running like a dream. He saw the potential for another issue, let me know to keep an eye out for it, and said that he would work with us on price if it happened, given the repair he'd just done. I meannnnn .... that's the kind of service I always hope for, but usually end up not getting. I'm a very happy customer, and now I just need to replace that mac & cheese. read more

They don't stand by their work. They fixed an appliance, which stopped working again a few months later. I called them back and and told them it was experiencing the same problem. They wouldn't even waive the service fee let alone fix the problem - correctly this time - without charging full price, citing their 90 warranty. read more

I was so impressed today by Vladimir- at Phoenix Appliance Services! He was able to come out the same day to repair our GE Monogram built in refrigerator. He was honest about our repair and fair in his pricing. I will be calling him anytime we are in need of appliance repair. read more

Alec is amazing. I had an issue where my dishwasher would not drain. Alec asked me a few questions over the phone. Before you know it, he solved my issue over the phone. Turns out that the plumber who replaced the disposer a week ago forgot to remove the protective plug on that so it would not drain. Alec offered to come over the same day, but he walked me through it. I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THESE GUYS HANDS DOWN THE NEXT TIME I HAVE AN ISSUE. :-) read more

Excellent service, was able to come same day. Professional, friendly service. Was able to fix my refrigerator. Would recommend everyone give them a call for your appliance repair needs. read more

After waiting 3 days for a fridge repair guy who said he'd come but never did, we called Phoenix Appliance Repair in desperation. Vladimir himself came that evening. We were so thankful- imagine being without a fridge for 3 days. Vladimir is the real deal, efficiently defrosted the freezer and replaced the thermostat at a reasonable price. On top of that, he is a nice guy, very professional and courteous. We will definitely call him whenever we need appliance repairs and we would recommend him and his company to everyone. I called at 9:30 am with a refrigerator that lost power and Vladimir was at my home by 12:30 and diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes and then had to go get the part. He was back about 3:15 and had it fixed within 10 minutes. He kept me informed of his planned arrival times via text and actually came in with a price that was lower than he first told me it would be. How often does that happen? He took a quick look at our washing machine too and told us that it didn't look like there was any major issues to worry about and would take a look/listen if I could send a quick video if the problem recurred and he'd come right out if it was something to worry about. I found Vladimir to be very honest and fair with his pricing and it was very nice to have the communication we received so we were informed of what to expect. I highly recommend them! read more

Very courteous. A company tech returned my call quickly when I called (early am - a busy time to call appliance repair companies. He was professional and polite and scheduled the next available time slot -- early on Saturday morning! Meanwhile another company had agreed to come this same day. I felt I had to accept the first available time so I called and cancelled my appointment. But I very much appreciated their willingness to work with my needs and to try to get someone out to evaluate my problem as quickly as they could. Only Question is that my call to cancel was left on a private phone (I assume the operator forwarded the office calls to her number). I hope the technician gets the message before tomorrow! But overall, an excellent response that left me feeling listened to and respected. read more

I submitted a request in Yelp to repair a Kitchen-Aid built-in refrigerator which was not cooling properly. Vladimir answered almost immediately and was able to setup a time/date convenient for me. Vladimir immediately assessed the situation, quickly found the problem, and calmly explained the situation. The time to repair was very short and the refrigerator was working in no time. I would definitely use Vladimir for any future repair needs. read more

Prompt Service! Vladimir came and informed me of the items that may be causing our garage refrig for not working. He said if it was the electrical item it was worth getting the refrig fixed. If it was that and the compressor it would be cheaper to buy a new refrig. I appreciated his honesty. Lucky me it was the electrical item. His fee was very reasonable also. Would highly recommend his company to others. read more

When my refrigerator went out - I spent some time pricing new refrigerators and searching for comparable used ones on craigslist. I determined it would be much more cost effective to have mine fixed and avoid the hassle! I looked on yelp to find a repair company that had good ratings and found Phoenix Appliance Repair Services. I contacted them on the phone and indicated what the problem was. I talked with Vladimir. I texted him my address and manufacturer name. He was able to get to my house the same day, as well identify and fix the problem for an affordable price! It has been several weeks since the repair and my refrigerator is working great! He is a family man, very personable and professional. He does have a bit of a accent so there were some communication issues, regardless I'm overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend him/Phoenix Appliance Repair Services to all of you Yelpers! The visit is $75 and that is wrapped into the repair cost if you move forward. His direct number is: 602-330-6920. read more
