I received a message to call the office, I called the office who told me the repairman would contact us. He did, asked specifications, pictures and a detailed problem. This was all done over the phone. After receiving this information he said someone would contact me. Nobody did. I inquired again, and told them I have ordered parts, they wished me luck on repairing my microwave. Nobody visited the house, nobody offered to repair anything. I would say they are the Phoenix Appliance Advice Services. read more

Call these guys. DO IT. Awesome service! Highly recommend. 2 hours from the time I called the appliance was fixed. Called this company and Vlad answered. Told him my problem was a front load LG washer that had an error code that Google could not help me fix. He asked me to text my info over and he would have his Tech call me to schedule. Richard called about 30 min later. He was at my house 1hour later and finished the repair with lightening speed so my wife could make her appointment. read more

Ok - so our Frigidare ice maker in fridge wasn't working to drop cubes. Vladimer (the owner) came out and looked it over. After that he said he'd bring parts and test out install of them to insure fix and repair. Turns out it needed a few things and Vladimer came back each time determined to get to bottom of issue. He did and finished up the repair- unit is working great. We are happy with Vladimer's dedication to fix it and see that it was done right. We are happy customers.... read more

We have used this company two times now and can't say enough good about Vladimir! He came out right away, unlike other companies that take several days to come out. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck to complete the repair. As always he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will definitely use Phoenix Appliance Services again and would highly recommend Vladimir! It's nice to do business with a good company. Thanks! Denise & Carl read more

Just great. I was out of town and needed to send somebody over to fix my elderly Mom's range. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Also, due to a miscommunication with Mom, we paid them twice. As soon as Vladimar realized that we got a refund without even asking. read more

Awful. Disappointing. Disreputable. If I could give a zero star review I would. We own a rental property and the tenant reported an issue with the washer. Because of all of the excellent Yelp reviews we decided to use Phoenix Appliance Repair Services for an assessment of the issue. The initial assessment was scheduled for 5/31, the day after our call, so I was hopeful. And that is where the good customer service ended. I paid the $79 service fee and gave the OK to order the part and get the washer repaired. Seven days after the assessment (when the part was to be ordered and received within 2-3 days) we had not heard from the company to schedule the repair. When calling the office, there is no human answering and can only leave a message and send emails. We did both. On 6/7 they advised that they could tentatively come out on 6/12 for the repairs. Then we got a second call saying the tech that did the assessment no longer worked there so a second assessment was needed. And also they did not confirm that it would be free of charge. We went ahead and scheduled it for 6/8. Then a call on 6/8 to reschedule for 6/9. Then 6/9 a call from the company to re-schedule. At this point we were done and said "no thank you" and went to a different company. We requested a refund of the $79 service call but I am not holding my breath. read more

I called Phoenix appliance repair service when my LG refrigerator compressor went out. Vladimir was very responsive and was able to get to my house to assess the situation within a day. We had to order a part but he was able to do the repair within 2 days. Vladimir was very courteous and the service was very reasonable. He even cleaned the coils at no charge. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this company! read more

They were very courteous, professional and prompt. They were also very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

Fast response on a Saturday with professional work at a reasonable price. My situation was complex and Vlad completely understands the complexities of appliances. He was able to diagnose and replace the part quickly. What a PROFESSIONAL and nice person. I will never use another service for my appliances beyond PHX. Appliance Services. read more

My family had a LG refrigerator that died on us Tuesday morning - Vlad was able to come immediately out to fix it! He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Quickly determined it was a bad valve on compressor and was able fix it on the spot! Real nice guy and I highly recommend him to anyone in a pinch. Will definitely use him again for any appliance repair in the future. Fairly priced too! read more

Really great service, and extremely knowledgeable about sub zeros. After searching for a while, we found Phoenix Appliance Repair Service, and now they've not only helped me, but I've referred them to friends and family, and everyone is happy with them. read more

Valdimir said maybe today, probably tomorrow but when I told him we just went to the market and food was going to spoil. He personally showed up in one hour. I gave him the model # and he had the compressor to replace for the fridge and saved us hundreds in spoiled food and frustration. Thank you for the awesome service. read more

These people wouldn't travel 16 miles to service my microwave so unless you live close to them don't call.

After reading multiple excellent reviews for this company, my wife and I decided to give them a call to fix our broken ice-maker in our freezer. Nick, the technician, was extremely professional and knowledgable, and found several issues relating to the problem. Though he had to come back again to swap out a part he had initially installed, he didn't charge for extra work and really did a great job. read more

Second time I've had them out in 5 years to keep my side by side running. Both times they were there the next day and prepared. No leaving to get parts. Had it back up and running ASAP. Friendly, explained the issue, and provided options. read more

Vladimir and his team are the best in the Phoenix area! I have called on these guys every time I have a problem at any of my properties and they have gotten it fixed in a day or less! I own multiple properties around Phoenix and Scottsdale area and I have used Vlad and his guys about 5-7 times! I'm happy to say I have not given them a job that they can not fix! They are reasonably priced, fast, good service, and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair person in or around Phoenix! read more

Today I woke up to find my Frigidaire side by side was having problems cooling with the refrigerator side, the freezer was still working. The frig lights were off and I could tell that it wasn't cooling like it should have been. I called numerous appliance companies and was told I'd have to wait up to six days before I could get a repair person. I called and texted Vladimir at Phoenix Appliance Service giving him the information on the problem as well as the model and serial numbers. I provided pictures of the refrigerator outside and inside. Vladimir texted me back and suggested I simply unplug the frig and let it reset for a minute or two. It worked! The control board reset itself and the lights in the frig came on and I could tell it was beginning to cool again. What an easy fix! He saved me a service call and brain pain! Incredible customer service. Vladimir will be my "go to" appliance person in the future! read more

They came out to help me when my fridge died. Luckily, I was going out of town because my fridge is less common and it took a while to get the part in. Part was ready when I got back. The service was great. They went over and above to make sure that I was happy. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful they were. read more

Have used Phoenix Appliance Repair twice now, once for our refrigerator a couple months ago and once for our front-loading washer last week. Each appliance is 12 years old and we were hoping not to have to replace them quite yet. Happily, on both calls the labor costs were very reasonable, with only the repair for the fridge needing parts. Definitely no sense of being conned for more money. Incidentally, when the washer went out I called on a Sunday evening and received a response -- not sure if this is normal, but it sure was welcome. read more

I wish I could agree with so many others here giving 5 stars. However, I can only give 2 stars, 1 for same day service plus 1 for completing the repair (washing machine was not agitating-required new clutch). Everything after the initial call left much to be desired. 1. Repairman shows up in personal vehicle. Unexpected but okay I'm not judging. 2. Repairman has trouble with step 1, remove control panel. 3. Repairman watches YouTube videos, I repeat YouTube!, to figure out how to disassemble, FIX and reassemble the washing machine!!! 4. Repairman did not have all necessary tools to complete the work. No joke, he borrowed my tools - plural. 5. Repairman shows me the washer is fixed and leaves. I attempt to run a wash cycle to clean all the greasy handprints and junk out of the wash tub but agitate is ALL it does. I call the guy and he says he forgot to turn the water back on! Seriously!? The machine works but I do have a concern with the amount of noise it makes when agitating. I want to give this company a second chance but I'm very very hesitant, so much so I think I'll just deal with it. read more

First opportunity/need to call Phoenix Appliance. Really quite amazing! Totally exceeded my expectations. Not that this should be expected all the time but called about 3, had a technician on the phone within 2 hours and out to the house an hour later. Work took under an hour. They were totally honest, knew what they were doing, and charged fairly. Just a great experience! Kudos to Kirk for a job well done. Thank you! read more

Don't let him near your high end appliances. Paid for a repair that didn't work and he wanted to charge a 2nd service call to come back. Unbelievable. Just didn't seem to know what he was doing, more of a handyman than a trained technician. Update: Also notice how many reviews of his are identical yet come from different names with zero reviews. He is clearly using a service to pad his reviews. read more

I've needed to call on Phoenix Appliance Repair twice in the last 8 months. Calling for appliance repair typically means something you use regularly in your home is broken. That's an inconvenience in its self. Not having any idea the kind of money you'll end up shelling out for the repair is also unnerving. The first time I called was 2 days before Thanksgiving. My microwave was out. They sent a tech out the same day, turns out the board was out and it was going to cost more to repair it than to simply purchase a new microwave. They COULD have charge me for repairs they knew wouldn't work. They didn't. I paid $75.00 for the service call and did as they advised and bought a microwave. Turns out it's awfully hard to find a company to deliver and install a microwave the day before Thanksgiving. Spencer's came through, however no availability in the time I needed for delivery or install. I ended up driving to their warehouse and picking up the microwave. My husband was working all day in preparation for the time off for Thanksgiving, so now I was off find someone to install it.... I called the same tech back. Basically begged for them to find time to come back and install it. He made no promises but said he'd reach out once they wrapped up their scheduled appointments for the day. I didn't hold my breath. Sure enough, 3pm they called. Showed up, removed the old one and installed our new one! They even discounted the job by the $75 service call fee from the day before. (This was a separate job so they didn't have to do that). This go around it was our washer, the drum stopped spinning. We're a week behind on laundry, two kids , two adults, and a dog, it's definitely piling up. I called Phoenix Appliance Repair. Same tech from before showed up a day later. Same outcome, drum isn't repairable and we're better off buying a new washer. And so, that's what we did. Called Spencer's last night at 6pm, bought a washer, and it was delivered & installed today at 11am. That's a review for their page. There's a reason they have so many reviews, there's a reason the majority are all good. These guys are the real deal, I'll refer them to anyone I know needing appliance repair. read more

Vladimir fixed our (15 year old) washing machine quickly and inexpensively, and I believe him when he says it will keep running for years to come. I already have his number stored in my phone for when my dryer (also 15 years old) breaks! Also, I found $7 in the washing machine after the first load I did post-fix -- that's got to be good luck, right? Really, he will be my go-to guy for appliance issues should they happen in the future. read more

Our dryer went out and wouldn't heat on a Saturday afternoon. I knew I wouldn't be able to find someone to come repair it until Monday but I was wrong. I called Phoenix Appliance Repair and although they were jam-packed with jobs, I was told they hoped to get to me at the end of the day. At 7 pm the repairman came to the rescue. He was professional and friendly and fixed the problem in no time. I was so glad to have loads of wet wash that was able to be dried that evening and on into Sunday. I highly recommend this business! I am letting the whole community know about this company. TWO thumbs up!! read more

They fixed the problem... a leaking drain line. Setting an appointment was exasperating. One person did not know what the other was up too. After he left I noticed that the machine was not level. The machine was setting on top of the power cord. Relocated and all is good. read more

Unlike the other repair service we called who couldn't schedule us for an emergency visit for 4 days, Phoenix Appliance Repair responded immediately. Vladimir called us back and was at our house within a few hours of our initial phone call. He was friendly and efficient. Our refrigerator required an additional part and he told us the part would be available in 2 weeks. Much to our surprise and relief, he contacted us 2 days later, with the part and offered to fix the fridge that morning. You can tell Vladimir is dedicated to his work and getting the job done right. We were very impressed with this company and would highly recommend using their services. read more

My refrigerator started making an intermittent clicking and humming sound a few days ago. While I dreaded having it looked at - I figured I should be proactive. I looked to Yelp as I normally do and found outstanding reviews. Vladimir was at my house within hours of calling him. No obvious signs that the compressor was going and the starter looked fine as well. He recommended keeping an eye on it and assured me he could come out fairly quickly if it does go. He also recommended buying dry ice should it go out, so not to lose the food in my loaded freezer. I appreciate a conservative approach and this also gives me time to price a new fridge and decide between a new compressor or a new fridge. Great experience with this company! Thanks Vladimir! read more

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to write my review, but better later than never, especially when I believe it would be a crime not to let other people know that there's someone you can trust when one of your appliances needs help. We had a problem with our fridge (freezer part) and thanks to the good people of yelp, I found this place. Vladimir knew what the problem was even before he looked at it - just from my awkward explanation. He fixed it quickly and he was very reasonable on price. At least now we know the person we call when one of our appliances "gets sick". We got an impression that Vladimir is honest, very pleasant and hardworking which seems to be rare qualities nowadays and are very much appreciated. Thank you everybody who shared their experience and let the rest know about this place! read more

Vladimir is the best! He came over the afternoon of the morning my washing machine went wacko. He was so pleasant, went right to work and fixed my washer in a mere 30 minutes! I saved him in my phone. He'll be my first call for all my appliance problems. read more

I found myself scrambling monday morning to find a great repair guy for my refrigerator that decided to stop working late sunday evening. My experience was excellent. Vladmir is a knowledgeable hard working man who keeps you up to speed with whats going on with appliance issues. While he was at my house I also had him repair my oven. Once again, great work and no issues. I like the fact that I could send him my appliance model numbers and he was already looking for parts. He stays ahead of the game!! Prompt and organized !! Thank you again Vladmir!! read more

Responsive, quick and helpful. Emil did a great job trouble-shooting the fridge problem and then fixed it.

I have used Yelp for everything from restaurants to termite service, so it should be no surprise that I came to Yelp for someone to fix my washing machine. I am suspicious of any repair business with too many 5 star ratings because it is usually not a happy thing to need appliance repair and no business can keep every part in stock, so inevitably someone will have a rough road in the repair business. This business seemed to have too many 5 star ratings, but the reviews felt legitimate to me so I called. I booked Vladimir for a Friday morning because my washer was sometimes stopping mid cycle and I had a heck of a time getting it to finish a load. It is a front-loader and I spilled water all over several times trying to work with it. On Tuesday, I felt the urgency of my building mountain of dirty laundry so I called Vladimir and asked if he could come on Wednesday instead of Friday. He asked me to text him. This is a big plus for me. I can know he has the information and won't forget it because he was in the middle of a job when he listened to my phone call. Wednesday morning I woke up to a text saying, "Ok see you today between 12-2" He arrived at 1:40. He fixed the problem (a clogged pump) and he showed me how to prevent the problem in the future. My repair was simple. He could have installed a new pump without suspicion for $250. He could have charged me the $135 he said (and I agreed was fine) it would cost if it did not need a new pump. But because he was able to fix it quickly, he just charged me $100. If I ever need appliance repair again, I will skip Yelp and immediately text Vladimir from Phoenix Appliance Services. read more

He had a replacement board in his truck and had the repair done in 30 minutes. His service call fee was also less than others who we had called who would not come out on the weekend.
