Shrimp spring rolls and a salad I made
Marita S.

I love, love this place! I'm not giving it a full 5 star review because I think they are the type of place where 5 stars would be underrating them. It's crazy to say that but I think there are little tiny improvements that can be made to make it better. First and foremost, food is excellent. The taste is very much more balanced and the flavors I'm used to with a good Vietnamese restaurant. It is not water down and I love every dish I've order so far. The Bahn Mi is my favorite so far right now. I ordered the special combo and it's a great size. The bread is chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The meat is grilled and seasoned well. The only thing I wish they could of had more of was the veggies. I love a Bahn Mi with lots of pickles veggies. Despite this, I will come back every lunch break for this sandwich!!!! I ate it so fast I didn't take a picture of it!!! The other favorite off of their Pho options is their Pho Ga, it's the chicken Pho. I don't normally go for this as my first option but becoming I wasn't feeling so well I wanted a chicken soup. It's Pho-nomenal!!! I would highly recommend this dish. Especially if you are trying Pho for the first time. It's one of the most flavorful Phos I've had in a long time. My disappointment with their take out orders is that the veggies are very sparing and I love that condiment in my soups. However, I also understand the overhead these types of things can cost. But I do wish that was given out with a better portion for takeout. It's my only negative reaction for this place. Everything else I love very much!! I've ordered different appetizers and everything has been delicious. No complaints with that at all. Also, big shoutout to Autumn, she's always the sweetest when she takes my orders and I love that they are literally next door to my job. If you're in Bend visiting or if you live here. Go here!!! You will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my lunches so special, easy and I would go here everyday if I didn't have a food budget!! I also seriously had to write a review because I was so blown away by their Bahn mi. Sorry, Bend but it's very hard to find a good Vietnamese sandwich in this town.

V3. Imperial Rolls & Pork Grilled/Bún Cha Giò Thit Nuong
Deena J.

Selection of foods and the flavors were good. Although, I wish there was more seasoning in the dishes. The Lemongrass Tofu is her 'go to' meal and she says, "it is fire." I got V3: Imperial Rolls & Pork Grilled/Bún Cha Giò Thit Nuong. When ordering I alerted the server of my allergy and they confirmed it had no nuts, after eating a bite I noticed on the other side of the plate there were sprinkled peanuts over it. They quickly corrected it and got me a new dish. Loved the flavor & texture of the Tofu Roll. *good food & variety *not allergy friendly *needs more seasoning *new renovation looks great! *$18-$30 per person

Beef Pho plus meatballs

The service is actually very fast for big portions (3 soups = 10:30 minutes) Additionally, the servers are kind and they don't press you for your orders which is very good. The ambiance is quiet but I cannot say for sure because I went near closing but overall very quiet and cozy. The food is amazing with large portions of meat in your pho for a great price.Additionally, the broth is very flavorful and soothes my body.Adding to this, the meat is very generous making other pho places look skimpy. The meat is also very well marbled!

I've been here twice and both times the staff is supper friendly and kind. The new renovations are stunning. It's been busy but cozy vibe and not too loud. Large portions, delicious food. Will be back for sure. Service was also fast both times.

My friend and I like to go to lunch whenever she is in town, and we usually pick a different place each time. We have so many restaurants and food carts to choose from so we make a point to try someplace different. we decided on Pho Viet for lunch and it did not disappoint.we started with a couple of drinks, mine was a strawberry boba. For an appetizer we ordered the chicken pad Thai which I never had pad Thai before. I had the seafood Pho and friend had the beef pho. Food came out fast and delicious. great service also, will keep this in our rotation!

If you want authentic Vietnamese food at an affordable price, Pho Viet is the place to go in Bend! Initially, the staff told us it would be a long wait, however, they ended up seating us very quickly and getting our meals over to us well before we expected them to arrive. It's a bit of a hole in the wall place (in a good way!) - the restaurant doesn't look fancy, but makes you feel like you're somewhere with authentic food. The pho was exceptional and the portions were enormous. Thanks for a great meal!

Large P6 and a small P9.

Great pho P6 - lean beef brisket is awesome. The fixins (basil and sprouts) plate was a little light for 2 bowls. Friendly and fast device. Fairly Clean restaurant, which is kinda unusual for an authentic pho place. 5 stars for a Pho Vietnamese restaurant.

Pho special combo.

They have the best Vietnamese food in Bend. By far the pho is a must . The broth is full of flavor and they don't skimp on the meat. They can get a bit disorganized when it gets busy though

Frequent flyers here. Of recent not as impressed as we used to be. Meal size has declined and quality of food served decreased.

Decent Vietnamese food, about the same as Dang's. And I like Dang's. The restaurant decor is fancier, the staff about as friendly.

This was alright pho, not too much flavor. It was also quite expensive compared to what I have paid in the past at other pho restaurants.

Good service, but food was ok. Expensive. Had the bun (not enough sauce) and Pahd Thai.

Yo - if you're visiting Bend - make your way here, without a doubt we will stop anytime on our way…read morethrough or if we come back! It's a walk in sit down spot - you place your order at the counter and they give you a number - decent size for busy food times - so usually plenty of seating. Over the phone ordering was a snap and the dude was super polite and helpful - not rushed. My wife got the traditional breakfast - she loved the local links and flaky biscuit - I think it was peach marmalade - not sure, but it was LEGIT. I got the pozole roja (I think that's the menu name) and - yo, it was the best pozole I've had. The ingredients were plenty, the chicken was tender and flavorful, they put the radishes, cilantro and cabbage on the side for you to add so it's not soggy. Sourdough was so good to dip - mouth is watering writing this. Service th morning we were headed out at 7amish was great also - wife got coffee cake (warmed in their brick oven) and I got two citrus muffins and a sourdough cinnamon roll for later - all were scrumptious and delightful. I would got a half dozen muffins if I knew they were that good before. People were kind and the service is quick. We ate there these two time on $52 dollars - both to-go orders. We will absolutely be back - every time we are near bend, I'll be stopping for pozole for sure! Well done, Jacksons Corner, well done!

This is hands-down my favorite restaurant in all of Central Oregon. It's cozy, it's inviting, it's…read morenostalgic and it's really enjoyable for any meal of the day. Set in an old home, this establishment has become one of Bend's favorite restaurants. The menus have range with breakfast by far being my favorite. However, their pizzas are spectacular and I've never had a pastry yet that I didn't really enjoy. They serve coffee from a local roaster called Lone Pine. The staff is always extremely friendly and I have frequently positive interactions with them when I stop by. Prices are reasonable, and the food is very high-quality while also being consistently fresh. Parking can be a challenge at times, but it's always worth the effort. Not to mention a chance for a nice stroll around downtown Bend after my meal... just the perfect end to complement a perfect day here in this lovely place. Thank you Jackson's corner for being a staple in this community and consistently making every meal here a little bit more joyful.

Delicious well crafted food that can even satisfy this unapologetic carnivore (ok technically…read moreomnivore).

We were just passing through Bend for the night on the way to Washington and looking for takeout…read morefood to eat back at our hotel. Found this place because of the killer reviews. It is located in the parking lot of a brewery that looked super cute with tons of seating both indoor and out. We got our dinners + 2 cheese plates (one for that night and one to take on our road trip). The lady that took our order didn't really like the idea that we were taking the cheese plate to go because she said they have a nice display and silverware at the brewery for it. We thought that was kind of strange, but when we ended up getting it, it was a super full box with a ton of goodies that must of been a bit of a challenge to get in the box. It probably would of been a beautiful cheese plate if we stayed there and had some beer or wine. I got the wet burrito for dinner that had griddle potatoes, smoked turtle beans, grilled mixed vegetables, roasted chilis, & caramelized onions smothered in hot enchilada sauce. I really liked it until my friend pointed out it tasted kind of like marinara and I couldn't get that out of my head. It was still good, but not the normal burrito taste. My friend got the fried rice and liked it, but thought it was better for breakfast.
