On this day 4/14/26 walked in about 10:15am not busy by any means nobody was inside the employees just got done with a customer I ordered a cheesesteak like I normally would have I also tipped the employees, but upon eating the sandwich it wasn't cooked nearly as well as it has before. As well as a faint distinctive smell even taste of vomit I hate to say it but this was the worst experience I've EVER had at Jersey mikes. This was a huge let down. & all I gotta say is.... I'm from New Jersey so I always hesitate to go to places that mention the state name. I wouldn't say that it holds up to back east subs which have a nice crusty bread. I do like the fact that they're made to order pretty substantial amount of ingredients on it. And the price stays within the framework of what Bend is offering right now. I recommend this place to locals and tourist. You pretty much get what it says you're going to get. My children always liked the fact that they warm up the sandwiches also. The location on 97 has started to put very little meat on their sandwiches. We ordered a large and a giant and got ripped off. Avoid the location as it is also in a nasty area of town where they have to lock the bathrooms. I will try the one. off Cascade Lakes Hwy near Colorado on the way to Bachelor and see if it is company wide. Sad if Mike is changing his ways and not giving customers a fair value. I'm very surprised I've been wanting a good sun and this place was recommended . Our sandwiches didn't come with mayo. Were not even asked if we wanted it. WHAT SANDWICH DOESN'T COME WITH MAYO? This store is INCREDIBLE!!! I'm a Unified Sports Coordinator for the Redmond School District, which is an inclusive PE program supported by Special Olympics Oregon (SOOR). Jersey Mike's is a proud sponsor of SOOR, and the Emerson location went above and beyond for the Redmond and Ridgeview team today. Doors open at 10 am, but my tournament started at 9:30 am, so Cody (area manager) and the Emerson store manager came in early, around 6 am, to prepare all of the sandwiches, chips, and cookies, so it was all ready for pick up by 8:30 am. As a result, all 75 students had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch today. This is for the Hwy 97/Emerson St location. For a subway shop this place was great. I loved all the additional choices for sandwiches. I picked out a club and Veggie and they were packed full and really good. We were hesitant to eat here, I don't know why, but after a friend recommended them we came in and gave them a try. I thought the staff was terrific, friendly, funny. I didn't agree with the review that said they talked too much or engaged in meaningless conversation. Not my experience. But then again, I got my order to go, so didn't stay around to chat. Instead, I found the staff professional and totally funny to talk to while my sandwich was made in record time, I paid while it was being bagged up, and I was on my way in no time at all for just $8-9 for a regular sandwich. This is Bend's second Jersey Mike's location and has been opened since July 2015. Both are locally owned and operated franchises. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
