I Always order lunch for myself here and its always perfect. Today I catered lunch for my team at work, getting the 5.99 sub special for everyone. 13 sandwiches, each with specific add-ons and leave-offs, and the individual names written on each sandwich was made exact and perfectly to all the requests. I was so surprised! I will definitely do this again. Thank you Redmond J.J.!!! You all are most excellent! read more

Just stopped in on memorial day weekend! very fast and super friendly service! They need one of these in Sisters, but really enjoyed chatting with our server and getting helpful tips on where to go :). Delish and fresh sandos! read more

Had a great tune club sandwich, but they named it wrong. Should be the No Tuna Club. When you pay $10 plus tip for a tuna sandwich, it should have some f**ing tuna on it. read more

Jimmy John's - Some tuna in the middle, but the rest is just bread, lettuce and cheese. Our Italian club, was short meat too. - Sandwiches Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

No exaggeration, they miss something on our order every time! We give a tip when we order on the app, the team still messes up. I'm not talking about high maintenance orders, I'm talking about add crispy onions and cut the sandwich in half. Simple instructions they can't seem to be bothered with. read more

Arrived at 8:39pm still open for 21 min. No sandwich making items, all cleaned out for the night and was told out of bread. Obviously, they wanted to go home as soon as possible read more

Customer service was great and my sandwich was ready ridiculously fast! I didn't even have time to sit down before they called my name. Neck breakingly fast read more

Placed order tonight at 8:46. Received a call at 8:51 and the employee told me that they would have to void my order since the only driver working tonight won't be back in time. I said "that's okay, can I just come pick it up?" (I live 5 minutes away) He responded by saying "well we close in 10 minutes." I asked him "isn't Jimmy Johns supposed to be open 10 minutes past close?" He didn't have an answer so I said "Go ahead and cancel it." I hope this mentality doesn't last long here, because Jimmy John's has a great business model. Maybe this employee is overworked or they're not happy being there. I've worked customer service my whole life; as a manager I would not allow this poor customer service from the employees that I manage. read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwiches Near Me - Redmond, Oregon

like the bun, I always get the spicy Italian. They are quick and it's good every time I go there. Staff is friendly, can't talk a whole lot because they are always busy. read more

I have seen this place for years and have just never tried it. I am a Subway fan. But I was ordering delivery and thought why not try something different. I wasn't impressed the menu first. And I was really not I Pressed by your choices, and was not impressed bu the sandwich when it came. I don't get what the big deal is about this place? Can someone explain it to me? I found my sandwich mediocre. read more

I mean, it is what it is. That being said, this is one of the friendliest and quickest Jimmy John's I've been to. Super nice staff.

Best Jimmy John's in CO! Delivery is quick and the sandwich was delicious and well made!

It is not the most freaky fast location I have been too but the sandwich is one of the best, and that matters more than speed!

After a great day of golf at Crooked River the Combo sandwiches were the perfect and easy lunch all the players in the 12th Annual Sunrise Children's Benefit tournament. Thanks to all the Staff in Redmond Jimmy John's !! read more

I am really impressed with the way Jimmy John's has kept the quality consistently high and the service fast and friendly throughout the multitude of franchised restaurants. I have eaten at a dozen different locations, and fast, courteous and cheerful service is the rule, and this location (#2672) is no exception. Did I say fast service? I mean Freaky Fast! I walked in at noon on Friday, and the place was packed. There were eight people ahead of me, one order taker (great job, great smile, Raven!), and both sandwich lines were running full steam (one line dedicated to take-out, one to walk-ins). The guy in front of me had six sandwiches. I walked out with my full, correct order in nine minutes. NINE MINUTES! As I was leaving, there were another eight people in line, and more on the way in. I was impressed with this store's teamwork and their "can-do" attitude! Which wouldn't matter at all, if their made-to-order sandwiches weren't great. What's not to love? Fresh rolls and bread, meats and veggies. Bottomless beverages. Kettle-style chips ($1.25), excellent cookies (they have a couple of different kinds, my favorite is the Triple Chocolate Chunk / $1.50) and really fabulous "half-sour" pickles. Tremendous! I love (and usually get) the Country Club, #11, on 7-grain bread. My wife recommends the Billy Club, #8, on 7-grain bread, or the Club Tuna, #15, on 7-grain bread. Today, I strayed, and tried the Ultimate Porker, #17, on 7-grain bread. Delicious! Stacks of smoked ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Wow! (All these sandwiches are $6.00). read more

Food is good but employee attitude is not. Was told i needed a face mask. I explained i was exempt because if a respiratory problem, 100% military disabled, offered to show them va card. They did not care, just get out. read more

Sandwiches are great, service, delivery and customer service is lousy. Almost a two hour wait for delivery last week for co-worker. 45 minutes for me the week before. Because I was such a major customer for so long, I have more than one address on my app. Stupidly picked the wrong one and was met with extreme rudeness when trying to rectify the situation. read more

Ordered a single sandwich for delivery for my place of work 2 minutes away from the Jimmy John's. It took an hour to get it. For a place that advertises "freaky fast delivery", it was anything but. read more

DOES NOT FOLLOW HEALTH SAFETY GUIDELINES ! Sign on door states masked required. Internet states all employees must wear mask. On 09/03/21, I went into store to order a sub, and two customers in store were not wearing mask, and not asked to do so. WORST YET, an employee making sandwiches was not wearing a mask. Another employee had a mask only covering his mouth. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DURING THIS PANDEMIC, DON'T GO TO THIS JIMMY JOHN'S ! read more

Walked in and left with 2 whole meals in under a minute! Emma was amazing and is the fastest sandwich maker around these parts! She made two perfect sandwiches. The cashier Cherise was very approachable and she was very kind. Highly recommend this place! They are the best! read more

I don't know how they do it. We walked in for lunch today and got our sandwiches almost before we paid. They didn't have a line, and the only reason I can think of for this is that they make these sandwiches so darned quick. There were plenty of people coming and going as well as a steady stream of delivery orders headed out the door. As for the food, it's good. Is it the best sandwich I've ever had? No (East Side Deli, I'm looking at you). However, when you combine cost/taste/quickness of service, it's probably the best overall experience I've had. I will definitely be back (to this location and to others). read more

It is 8:45 and we live .75 miles from our jimmy johns. I placed the order at 8:02. Still no food.... I called and was told there was one person working the counter and one delivery driver. When I asked how many deliveries he had and when he left. She repeated the same answer. So basically freaky fast delivery here in Redmond Oregon is whenever we want to get it to you. Good thing we weren't starving. read more

My wife & I purchased take away sandwiches from Jimmy John's on Tuesday 29 November. We were flying back to SFO and wanted something that would travel well on the trip home. My wife ordered the #10 Hunter's Club - roast beef and I opted for the #9 Italian Night Club - mixed deli meats, sadly I did not notice I could have add hot peppers until writing this review. The sandwiches were tasty and filling. I would say the Jimmy John's sandwich offerings are a bit better than most of the other sandwich shop chain outlet competition. I would visit again. read more

If I could give them a zero, that would be a more appropriate rating. We arrived at 8:21 PM, all signage and online websites state that they close at 9. Four employees standing around tell us they are closed and refused to serve us. We had a party of 6 and would have been happy to take our order to go, but they flat out refused us service. As we were leaving, another party tried to come in and were told the same. Apparently this Jimmy John's isn't in to making money. Won't be back. read more

Really good for a fast food sammich place. The bread is nice and soft on the inside with a slight crispness to the crust. Great place for a quick well priced meal. And their delivery is super fast. Their advertisement does not lie. :) read more

Yum! Can't complain. Love the #5 (Vito) with a bag of salt & vinegar chips. Super fast and tasty freshly baked bread.

No doubt the best sandwhich ive ever had. No more subway for me. I loved the #9. The cashier recommended that and Im glad they did. The employees were really nice and.friendly and they made the food really fast we finished paying and or food was done and it was made to order. Only reason we ddnt give 5 stars was we brought our kids and there was no high chairs or kids menu. But besides that it was bomb.com read more

This is the best sandwich place I've ever been to.. jimmy johns is literal perfection! It is vegetarian friendly, which I am vegetarian. And their subs are amazing.. great chips too! Well, after ordering 31 sandwiches, & having them delivered, I was told (by one of Redmond's manager's) that we weren't in their delivery area! Needless to say, I'm very mad! Unbelievable! Has to be the most crappy customer service relations! Not only was I a frequent customer but I always tipped 20%, and none of it mattered! He was concerned about the possibility of "being docked" (for delivering outside of the designated delivery zone) and losing the ability to open his own store. Apparently regardless of being told we were with-in the delivery area when they first opened this branch, we weren't anymore. (Their delivery zone did not change) read more

Went to order online and told that I am out of the area. I live 2.1 miles away. I guess it is easy to have the fastest delivery when you deliver less than 2.1 miles. read more

It is ridiculous that this location has a 1 mile delivery radius. This makes all the commercials that boast not only of freaky fast delivery, but delivery at all a false advertisement. Jimmy Johns has lost my business at this location as well as the location I have utilized in the past in Bend for my work. The worst part is now I am left to wonder why did it take more than 30 minutes for me to get a sandwich at work if the delivery radius is only one mile. 30 minutes isn't so freaky fast for delivery when it can be leisurely walked in that amount of time. read more

Good sandwiches and they really are fast. I love the peppers. Blows subway or any other sandwich chain out of the water!!!

Finally got around to tryng this place. Subway's got NOTHING to worry about. It may be fast but the sandwich was pathetic. Mostly bread roll and a skinny one at that. Stale. My French roll was so over-baked or over-held I could knock on the top crust and hear my knuckles hitting the it! The #14 was boring and we had to go in search of a napkin or two, only to have to ask for them and only then was a stack of them set out on the counter. We were the only ones in the dining room on an early Saturday night. Sad. And there must have been 5-6 staff running through the place... And the drive through traffic had to pull around front, park and wait... read more
